It's paranormal gang against paranormal gang in a race to reclaim a magical knife! That crafty crime lord Yamaguchi laid down a challenge and now we have to fight it out. I’d happily tell him to get lost but this might be the perfect opportunity to form alliances with our rivals in order to oust Yamaguchi from power. Old rivalries run deep, though and I have no idea who I can trust. If I mess this up, it might just cost my life as well as the lives of people (if you can call them that) who’ve become important to me but if I succeed, I can reclaim my parents sacred stone and free my friends from their lifetime bonds.
I’m a digital nomad (well I was until 2020 happened), although I hate that term because it makes me sound like a wanky hipster. Which I’m not. Okay, I am a bit snobby about coffee and I sometimes wear twee vintage dresses but that doesn’t make me a hipster.
On my travels, I love visiting weird and macabre places. Mummified hands that remove curses, museums of infectious diseases, collections of taxidermized frogs riding Penny Farthings - hell yeah!
Oh, and that profile photo isn't me, it's my rapscallion Bishon Frise called Hamish. Both of us highly motivated by treats.
Harajuku crows are back on the trail of another treasure that Yamaguchi somehow lost. This entanglement will not be easy as he has set up a Survivor type of situation. The crows will have to work hard in order to stay ahead of the others. It is always nice to read more about Molly, Shun and Yuki.
This book will keep you guessing from beginning to end. Just when you think have figured out the next step the story changes and this will keep the readers interest longer.
