Not Without You

Rate this book
Diandra: I was in love with you. There was never any doubt about it.

Since that rainbow morning, when I bumped into you while cycling on the road. I hadn’t expected you to immerge from that corner.

You saw how I had turned red with embarrassment.

So you smiled and said, “Not a big deal”.

You were sweet to me although my tyres had rolled over your feet.

I had figured you for a kind soul. Not the ruthless, super-rich playboy everyone said you were.

Guess, I was wrong.

That night when I came to you beaming in love, you spurned me. And broke my heart.

Six years have elapsed since that night. Now finally, I am happy and ready to forget you. And grab my share of happiness.

I am about to start a life without you.

Vikram: I never liked your smile. It made me lose myself. Made me someone I was not.
Soft, kind and considerate.

I couldn’t tell you that. I couldn’t tell you why I had to let you go – that night.

Strangely, you never looked back. Never tried to find out why. For years, I wanted you to.

Now you are here. Ready to turn into a glowing bride.

But, I am afraid Diandra, I can’t let that happen.

This time, I am not leaving without you.

In Timeless Romance Book 3, Diandra and Vikram's story will move forward and come to an end. Book 2 however can be read as a standalone.

My Take:

Diandra has always been in love with her neighbor Vikram who is vary of investing in relationships and always believe in being practical. Set around years their encounters with each other and their point of views about each other changes. They learn a ittle more about each other , attraction intensifies.Love remains for Diandra but heartbroken, she moves on with life, music and Amlesh.

Fate again throws her with Vikram and this time hook or crook hes hellbent on making her his bride. Will Diandra agree? Does she still love him? Read the book to find out.

A classic example of powerful narration. Loved they way the story is written. A simple story with point of view of both the patrongist and how they react and think about the same situations. You understand their turmoil and maybe even connect to their emotions to an extent. For me Amlesh stood out for his nature and selflessness. Vikram and Diandra are effective and the author has paused with a cliffhanger leaving us wanting for more. Waiting for the sequel.

I would are this 5/5 for the story and narration.

Sexy and steamy!

Vikram and Diandra's young love reignites 6 years later, when Diandra is about to become a bride. Diandra is unable to forgive Vikram for breaking her heart, but Vikram is hell-bent on winning her back in whichever way he can.

The story is filled with cute little moments that ought to give a person butterflies. The romance is so realistic that it transported me back to my school life and reminded me of my young love. I especially liked the characterization and significance given to every relationship amongst all the characters. I loved the sexy chemistry and steamy romance taking place in the novel. Also, the lucid language totally justified the plot making even a simplistic plot such as this, magical.

Tragic Love Story

This story is of two opposite personality the girl name is Drainder and the boy name is Vikram. When the first time she met him it was embarrassing for her because she fall off her bicycle and from no where Vikram appeared.
One night she was ready to confess her feelings to him but that night was not meant for her . Six years later Vikram who wanted her to be in his life told her why he didn't accept her.
Now it will be interesting to know whether they reunite or not.
This story is in Sequels and this is the second part much eager to know what happened between them?
Overall I liked the book and the language used is lucid and easily understandable. The narration and writing style is quite good.

Raw, Real and Engrossing
The first person narration where Diandra and Vikram talk about their feelings is so engrossing. Their emotions for each other is so raw and real. You don’t feel like it’s fiction. It feels that close to life. Also their love story has just started. And the writer has left it that way so reading the next part becomes a must. When is the next book coming out?

Breezy, romantic, charming read
Loved the characters and the plot development. Not a single boring moment. My favourite were those bits on music and the teenage years. Waiting for book 3.
