Provides resources for peaceful exchange of viewpoints about the Middle East. Sixteen scholars of the Bible and theology offer here insightful, extensively researched essays to shed light on religious and cultural priorities and promote understanding that can lead to productive dialogue. †
I attended a webinar based on this volume so some of those presenters have submitted essays in this book. These come from different points of view from people who are Jewish, Muslim, Catholic, and Christian living in the Land of Israel or the State of Israel or outside the land. I found myself underlining or highlighting statements from all the essays and downloading the documents they referenced. These showed different views and perspectives of the Israeli-Palenstinian conflict. I recommend this book to anyone who would like to hear from all sides of the continued conflict.
