Very creative story. Tarzan must deal with Snake men who, in a civil war, take arms against the Ape Man. Capturing his mate, Tarzan must fight the snake men and rescue his beloved. I enjoyed this short novel. It has a lot going for it. However, it doesn't beat the original stories of ERB.

Book 3 of the illegal "new" Tarzan books, and this is the worst yet. As in the previous book, there's a silly hidden race, with two sisters fighting for control of it. Add in an evil Belgian conman and a fortune in radium and a terrible writing style, and you have complete nonsense.
