Much like predecessor volume Koi-Iro ni Sake, this volume a collection of multiple short story arcs.
The songs adapted in this volume are Kimi ni Todoketai Message (following Haruki/Miou), Manatsu no Valentine (Yu/Natsuki), and Koibito-tachi no Happy Birthday (Sota/Akari), all leading into Tokyo Summer Session.
