With the incident surrounding Bucho's wife coming to a close, it's finally time to greet the new year. When Aya says she's going to visit her parents, Bucho asks if he could come as well! Here's another exciting volume to Yuki Hisawa's heart-throbbing and dangerous love story of the girl who lost love and her boss, under the same roof!!
I really do like these two characters and their relationship; it’s really sweet to see their dynamic grow in depth and seriousness as the manga goes on.
Honestly it’s nice to see two people so secure in their feelings for one another and not doubting the others feelings in romance manga. Still small references to her being the pet/cat, love that. Over all a cute volume
This entry is just a smooth, drama-free volume that’s all about family. Akira meets Aya’s parents and younger sister while Aya meets Akira’s older brother and sister-in-law, which of course means the return of nephew Hiroshi. He’s much more tolerable this go-round. We learn that sadly, both his parents have passed on which makes it even sweeter that he manages to bond with Aya’s parents.
Akira and Aya’s secret relationship is revealed to the director and a prying coworker, but otherwise remains a secret. There are hints that Akira’s gearing up for a proposal. Still no word on how long Akira’s had feelings for Aya, nor do we find out who Izumi is.
Quick and a little dirty, I think I’ve found a new genre. Not sure if it’s the translation but it’s pretty amazing that half a world away, romance authors use similar phrases to those found in some romances in the States.
