Carl Weisman does not really have an back ground in RF Technology he never the less is a great writer this book is more for the newbie,this book will help you understand the basic concept of the many systems that are out there such as (spread spectrum,CDMA,WLL,ISM,LMDS)and others out there such as RF Behavior its a great read for the Hobby person out there.........

Got a chapter or two in, and then I got bored. I didn't find his writing style particularly engaging.
