“Tonight, we will celebrate too.”
YOOO, Peppa Pigs grandparents are appropriating Judaism (either that or they’re Jewish and only celebrate one night) (I know it’s not that serious but I think it’s funny because they could have just had them go over to friends to celebrate.)

Pretty educational though if you don’t know anything about Hanukkah. Although it just says “people” celebrate. You can say Jewish people!!!! Peppa: “I love Hanukkah!” girl what you just like chocolate.

The end has a little description of the holiday which is all accurate but again, it does not designate it as a Jewish holiday.

Oh goodness, here I go writing a review of a Peppa Pig book. In terms of actually understanding Hanukkah and the miracle of the lights, this is a perfect book for a toddler. This was not just "my first Hanukkah words" but... dare I say it... it did seem like there was a deeper message in a Peppa Pig book about the importance and miracle of the lights. My little one did seem to understand what we were doing on Hanukkah a bit more after reading this book. However, I do find it hard to justify giving the book more stars as Peppa's grandparents seemed like they just kinda decided to celebrate Hanukkah one day. The book should share more about how it's a religious holiday and not just an excuse to eat latkes and chocolate.

I liked it. It actually talks about Hanukkah and explains it a bit. There's a nice small section in the back explaining the holiday and the dreidel too which was nice.

This is a very cute book, perfect for celebrating or learning about Chanukah. My niece loves peppa pig and was so excited when she saw the book that we read it several times once I gave it to her.

Cute

This was a cute Hanukkah story for kids. I think my nieces and nephews would enjoy it. They like the Peppa Pig tv show.
