An incredibly useful book for any women who want to have solo adventures. This in-depth book covers all areas of travel from so many different angles, you'll definitely be prepared for your trips with this guide! There are inspiring stories from other travellers, advice on everything from equipment, packing and planning to how best to document your travels for social media. The writing style is also super readable, honest and clear.

Everything in this book is so well thought out, I'll definitely be using it on all my trips away. Reading it also reminded me of places I've been myself which was lovely. Couldn't recommend this enough!

I thoroughly enjoyed this book. After being forced to stay home due to the pandemic, my travel skills were feeling rusty and I was looking for inspiration and information. This book delivered! If you’re a seasoned traveler, some of the chapters may seem a bit basic, but don’t skip them. Anne Malambo packs helpful hints into every chapter and I had many “oh yeah, I forgot about that” moments. Her no-nonsense but positive writing style had me smiling. I now feel ready to start planning that solo trip I’ve been waiting for. So happy to have found this book.
