Quiet Chaos

Rate this book
Anxiety is the most common issue in the world of mental health. This book discusses the treatment and reflects on how to deal with anxiety issues in a completely different way. It does not tell you to work harder and look happier, nor does it tell you to fake it until you make it. Rather, it expresses the importance of struggle and the power of intimacy in the hearts and minds of those dealing with anxiety.

Quiet Chaos is a deeply honest conversation between the author and the reader. A conversation that could just change the way you see yourself and the world around you.

I am from Orlando, Florida and have lived in Kuwait since 2010. I have worked as a Therapist since 2017 in multiple countries. I have given talks in Kuwait, Singapore, Sweden, and the US, on various issues in Psychology. I love to travel and still have a lot of places that I want to see. One of my biggest dreams is to visit Thessaloniki, which was my Great Grandfather's home until he moved to the US. I love nature, fishing, scuba diving, boating, music, and of course writing.

This is the best book I have read on the topic. It described my anxiety just like I feel it. I learned a lot and I will read it again. Everybody should read this because you might have a friend or family that have this.

Very insightful book. Gets a bit technical in the middle, but over all very enjoyable.

Unfortunately I’m not impressed! The book was more technical rather than emotional, i thought thiS WAS A SELF help book but it got too physics and medicine for me to accept that!

I wrote this book to offer an honest and simple voice to the conversation of Anxiety. My goal was to be open and as transparent as possible in my own struggle and as well in the process of growth and recovery as a Therapist. I hope you enjoy it!
