So Making decisions God’s way requires discerning God’s will and one can look to the Bible to read about the revealed part of his will. There’s also God’s mysterious, hidden will which is beyond our ken and not directly usable for wise decision making. Basically it’s better to see God’s will for us as our taking a journey with him along a narrow road, but a road nonetheless. Ch. 3 is the crux of this booklet providing nine questions one could ask oneself for wise decision making. Here are some of the questions to ask oneself: 1) Is this decision consistent with God’s Word in the Bible which is his revealed will? 5-6-7) Does this decision fit with how one is gifted or with what one loves to do or with how God has worked in one’s life in the past ? 8) What doors are opening or closing ( but can one discern whether that door is moving by God’s will or not?) 9) Will the actions following the decision bring one peace and joy and bring God glory?
Fyi, I have a few dozen more booklets from the Discovery Series by Our Daily Bread Ministries that I’ll be reading from time to time. So can u ! All the best !
