Sophie and Cole have always hated each other. since they were little their fathers made it clear that the two families aren't friends, in fact, their fathers hate each other. However, while the rest of their families try to merely avoid the other, Sophie and Cole are renowned for taking a louder tactic.
so what happens when they end up kissing at a masquerade dance?
all of a sudden they can't keep their hands to themselves, yet no one can know, as if word got out that these two enemies were hooking up, their fathers wouldn't be impressed.

people say there is a thin line between love and hate, yet Sophie and Cole are going to find out if that is true or if it is simply a thin line between lust and hate.
pretty good tbh! I always struggle with wether to give books 3 or 4 stars when I liked them but they just aren't one of those that's going to stick with me forever (that being said I almost always end up giving 4 because I think about all the effort that goes into writing a book and I did read it all through and enjoy it!)
there truly isn't too much to say about this book though, it was very cliche and basic (as you'd expect, it is a wattpad book lol) it is described as an enemies to lovers, however yet again they stopped being enemies very early on in the book and it wouldve been much better if we'd been able to experience them hating each other a bit more and for them then to fall in love! I feel it wouldve added a lot more depth to the book!
apart from that there really wasn't any other faults with this book, there wasn't really any major twists but the characters were all very likeable (and although there was LOTS of side characters I can actually say that I remember all of their names which usually isn't the case in books like these I always find them irrelevant and find that I've forgotten their names even before the book ends aha)
but all in all a quick, fun, lighthearted read. exactly what you'd expect on wattpad except with good grammar and spelling aha
