I love getting swept away into a land so different from home. Dreadlands is a great book if you want to find yourself in a snowy wonderland but with real danger. From polar bears, to swarms of bats, the action-packed story keeps you riveted. I read it twice back to back because I wanted to make sure I didn't miss anything. With the second round, I discovered even more. The ending was shocking to say the least. If you love fast-paced stories with a slow-burn love story on the side, this one is perfect for you.
