It is the best book among I have ever read on the subject. The best thing additionally I found is-- the author had given some tips for identification and solving variety of clues., and a list of common crosswordese. Though the book is addressed to the readers of the newspaper, Telegraph, it can be read by any solver, as setters generally follow the same rules while compiling these puzzles.
Do not hesitate to buy this book. I’ve never been able to do cryptic crosswords. Read this book and completed my first ever cryptic Telegraph crossword without a problem! Yes it took a couple of hours, but I’m still delighted.
