Who wouldn't want a pie from the sweet granny type landlord? Strange things are going on in the apartment block, kids missing, adults dying, Jeremiah Woodson is brought in to give sweet Granny a taste of her own medicine. I really enjoy these shortish stories I hope they continue.

Another great, dark story in the Blackened series. There’s a cliff hanger-who is Woodson’s mother. Can’t wait to start the next book.
