It's alright. The plot wants you to feel 'wow' and I do feel that once or twice, but overall it is pretty meh to me. I'm not sure if it's because each story is too short to build anything (although it doesn't really feel short) or because the plot is really not that weird/horrifying in this day and age, considering we've been overly exposed to a multitude of horror stories right now. One thing I really like is the translation of this book. It's masterfully done and I do feel inspired reading the words flowing naturally and beautifully across the pages.
Nothing life-changing, nothing brain-chemistry-altering. However, it did scratch that itch in me and managed to satisfy a particular craving for these kind of stories. + kudos to the translator
