This was a so close to 5 stars for me. If he would have been a virgin too it would have been right up there. I wasn’t sure about the heroine at doesn’t because it felt like she was going to be doing a lot of pushing away, but she relented.

-no cheating
-no ow/om drama
-a bit of pushing away but her heroine but was resolved quickly
-hero celibate a decade/ heroine a virgin
-epilogues 2 years and 8 years later

Branagan's story was a torture to read... I was so excited that I finally I was going to indulge in another Kelly but I was disappointed. So disappointed, I skipped several sentences...Maybe even more... I liked Raven and Branagan as characters but that was the only thing that I actually liked. I'm not going to delve into the steamy moments, they were quite a turn-off.

P.S. An extra ⭐ because Trick made an appearance!

When I’m with you, I feel like I’m living for the first time in my miserable life.

Branagan fell and he fell hard. Love when the H chases and fights for his one. Dual POV, virgin h, celibate H since high school, no cheating, talk of prior abuse, epilogue at 2 years and 8 years.

Bran is the oldest Kelly son, he helps at the bar occasionally, his regular job is in finance. Watching his parents struggle through the years he decided he needed the security money offered so he could better take care of his family. Raven works for Trick at his tattoo shop. Getting caught in a bad storm she has car trouble, has to walk to get help. Finds her way to Kelly’s where Bran is working. The two talk over drinks while she waits for the tow truck. Tired she sleeps in the bar’s office until the tow truck comes for her the next morning.
Neither can stop thinking of the other, Bran decides he’s going to get his girl, heads over to Trick’s shop to see her. Raven is dealing with a bad customer when Bran shows up, then Trick comes in, after getting rid of the customer both brothers argue. Not sure what that was about, Trick says something that leads you to believe he didn’t know Bran fought in illegal fights in college to make money for the family. Also how did Raven not put Kelly’s bar and Trick’s last name together? And how did Bran know Raven was a tattoo artist at Trick’s shop?
Bran and Raven talk and start their relationship, he even takes her to Sunday night dinner. Their sexy times were hot. But Bran oversteps the next morning and Raven gets mad and leaves his place. He apologizes and they make up. Soon after he proposes and they have their happily ever after. Two epilogues, two years later with pregnancy announcement and eight years later with three kids.
I really liked Bran and Raven’s characters, I like their chemistry and their caring for one another’s feelings. I felt like Bran’s character’s relationship with the family wasn’t the same as in the previous two books. He at one point says “ my miserable life”, the other two books made it seem like they were a very close knit loving family, and he comments on having a hard time with his dad. That made it hard to stay in the book, I kept thinking back to the other books.

WOW!! I couldn't put this one down. I absolutely love it!! This was a nice quick, short read.

Branagan meets Raven when she comes into Kelly's the pub his parents own, on a Saturday night while he's working. Raven comes to the bar when her car breaks down, she has a couple of guys after her and Branagan scares them off. When she tells him she's tired he offers her a couch in the office to take a nap. He comes in the next morning, to let her know the tow truck will be there soon and he has some hot food waiting for her. Raven works with Bran's brother Tricks who owns the tattoo parlor, when a client walks in and wants Tricks to take care of him, he tells him he needs to step out for a minute and Raven can take care of him. After Tricks leaves the big guy tries to assault Raven but then she hears Bran come in. Bran tells the big guy he needs to leave, then Trick's walks in and sees what's going on, he tells the big guy he needs to leave also. The big guys tries to put up a fight but the two brothers stick together and the guy ends up leaving. Raven finally realizes Tricks and Bran are bothers and she can't believe it. Bran gets Tricks to change Raven schedule so she doesn't have to close up the shop anymore and is left alone. Bran takes Raven to Sunday dinner at this parents house, then they head back to his place. When they get inside he pleasure her, when she tells him she a virgin he is shocked. She gets up to leave but he tells her he's sorry and he doesn't want her to leave. He asks her to stay the night and he wants to do this right with her. Bran tells Raven to pleasure herself, while he watches her. Then he begins to pleasure her again, then they get physical. She wakes the next day, and he asks her about the tattoo on her wrist but she's not ready to tell him. Bran get a phone call from his assistant and then Raven realizes she is suppose to open, so she gets dressed. He asks her what she doing, when he tells her he called Tricks and asks for her to have the day off she flips out. Raven tells him he had no right doing that. She tells him she has to go and this was a mistake. When she gets to the shop they all look at her because they thought she was taking a day off. Bran comes storming in and tells her they need to talk. Tricks tells him he can't come into his business and shout at his employees. Wren, Tricks's girlfriend suggest they go get breakfast while Bran and Raven talk. Bran apologies to Raven, they talk about his past. He asks her not to run from him, he's waited his whole life for her. She tells him she's sorry, she's use to taking care of herself. He tells her he loves her, and asks her to have dinner with him, she accepts, so she can tell him about herself. Bran can't believe where Raven lives, he takes her to one of her favorite restaurants. Raven tells Bran what happened to her family and why she has the tattoo on her wrist. He takes her back to her apartment, he looks for her couch but she tells him she doesn't have one. He asks her to be his wife, and to marry him, she tells him yes. He tells her they'll get her stuff moved out in the morning he can't spend another night without her. He tells her he has big plans for them. Two years later they celebrate their one year anniversary. He places a piece of paper in her hands, its a drawing Tricks did of Raven sleeping, he got it tattooed on his left peck all the way to his belly button. She tells him she has a surprise of her own, she hands him a piece of paper. He asks her if they're having a baby, then he goes to his knees in front of her, talking to her stomach. He thanks her for giving him the world, she thanks him for giving her a family. Eight years later, they have Aisling, Clara, and Brin they are getting ready to go to Bran's parents for Sunday dinner. Raven tells them all she loves them all so much. Bran tells Raven from the moment he met her he knew she was his.

Bran is the oldest of the Kelly boys, and he has been the one to make sure everyone has been taken care of. Bran wanted more of his lift than what he saw from his family, so instead of working at the bar, he paved his own way, but that did not mean he would not help out when needed. Raven moved to town recently and is good what she does, unfortunately the weather on her way home is not very welcoming, which is how she ending up on at the door of the bar.

Bran is a strong character with a possessive protective side, he does not give he heart to just anyone, but when he sees Raven, in his heart he knows things will never be the same. Raven has gone through pain in her life, more than one should especially at a young age, so she makes it a point to be able to take care of herself. But sometimes it is good to let go of the reigns.

This is a great addition to this series. I enjoy getting to know each brother as they find love.

Smoking hot, I can't even explain how hot Branagan and Raven were! Raven is skittish, understandably so when you find out her past. Branagan's type A personality almost derails them. He just can't help himself, its in his nature to take care of anyone he loves. That said, he also apologizes when he messes up, which is huge to me. Their connection is very apparent right from the start and I was mesmerized by it. I didn't want it to end, I wanted to see their life together play out. I adored this story if you can't tell by my gushing! Another 5 star read from Aria Cole and Mila Crawford!

This book was a very quick read with very minimal amount of drama. Branagan and Raven meet when Raven is having car trouble in a storm. She walks into Kelly’s bar and ends up staying there while waiting for a tow truck. Their relationship takes off quickly and you can really feel how much Bran cares for Raven.

After a small amount of drama, I do think the story wrapped up unbelievably quickly. This was a cute story with a hea. I wanted to read it because I read the others in the series, but I did like the other brothers books better.

Love and first fight.

Branagan is a grumpy, strong and successful alpha man. Raven is a strong because she has to female who has been delt a raw hand from life. When he lays eyes on her for the first time the rest is history. This story has steamy scenes and shows of alpha dominance as well as both of their stubborn streaks but you cannot help but fall in love with these Kelly brothers.

Finding Strength

Branagan takes one look at strong and independent Raven kicking butt and taking names and falls hard, she's the woman he's been looking for all his life. Raven has her scars but Bran knows how to heal her in this sexy and emotional tale.

i read this book as part of an arc program. This is the story of Branagan Kelly, the oldest son of the Kelly family. When Branagan i=visits his family, he learns his mother and father need a break from the bar they own, so he offers to work on Saturday nights. Branagan never wanted to work at the bar, instead he is an wealthy investment consultant. When Raven was driving home during a storm, her car broke down and she went to the bar to call for a tow truck. branagan never had an interest in finding a woman until he saw Raven. Raven and Branagan were stuck at the bar over night and Branagan made sure Raven was comfortable in the office. The next morning, Branagan offered to make breakfast for Raven. Branagan wanted to get to know her and learned she was a tattoo artist. When Raven went to work, she was surprised to see Branagan coming in the shop, and that he was her boss's brother. Branagan knew Raven was meant to be his and he was determined to be with her. I liked this book. I think Branagan realized he was in love at first sight with Raven and wanted to be with her. Raven was attracted to Branagan, but she also wanted to have her own life and reach her dreams. Branagan was a little dominating and had to learn he couldn't control everything. Good one.

Wow!! This was so much deeper than I was expecting! Branagan, like his brothers, is an Irish rogue. He's massively built, smart, sexy, and has depths that go well beyond what the eye can see. He hides a pain, and rarely does anyone see him for the caring but complicated man he is. Raven is slight, feisty, guarded, and determined. She has a tragic and dark past, relying on no one as that only leads to disappointment. A dark, stormy, rain swept night changes everything for them both, in all the best ways. These two have unexpected pasts, making their connect all the more sweet. Now each finally has someone who sees them for who they are, accepts them, fears and all. Sexy, fun, and wonderfully intense, this is a great third book in the series. Happy Reading!!

Book 3 in The Kelly Brothers series is "Branagan", the story of the eldest of the Kelly brothers. Branagan is ridiculously successful in the world of high finance, but he is lonely. While helping out the family by tending bar in their pub one Saturday night, he rescues Raven when she has a minor car accident. He is instantly enamoured with the beautiful young tattoo artist. Having had a tragic upbringing, Raven does not trust easily and is overwhelmed by Branagan's protectiveness. But once she meets the entire Kelly family and sees what a family CAN be, she lowers her guard. Branagan's pursuit of the woman he knows is meant to be his is swoon-worthy. Mila Crawford and Aria Cole have created two wonderful characters and a hot and steamy read.

I kind of loved this story. It was entertaining and enjoyable for the most part. The characters were interesting and likable mostly. I was glad that Timmy was caught and thrown out pending additional trouble to be handed down later. Branagan and Raven are opposites but somehow also not opposites at all. Branagan was a suit-wearing businessman while Raven was a tattooed tattoo artist and they totally clicked with each other. Branagan wanted to help and take care of Raven but Raven was too independent for that and told Bran so. I liked that Bran was all about letting Raven decide the pace of their relationship so that she would be comfortable. Their happy ever after made me smile. I recommend reading this book.
