This story is about a switch (twins) and it's sweet and steamy. No drama, no cheating, virgin heroine, no info about hero, adorable epilogue with their daughter and pregnant heroine ❤️

Pretty fast pace novella that is connected to another novella.

Celine is doing a huge favor for her twin sister in taking her place at her intern job since she dyed her on accident blue. Now shes trying to hide the secert so they don't get in trouble. But Zane doesn't take to long noticing the switch between the sisters. 

And what Zane wants he shall get but he doesn't want no one fired so he makes sure his girl is safe. Their relationship is sweet fun and alittle steam.  The sisters story is already out if you wanna check that out and it timeline is correct this one would be first to read.

I am voluntarily reviewing an advanced reader copy of this book.
Celine was against the idea from the start when her twin talked her in to covering for her at the office after a hair experiment went drastically wrong. But needs must and there was no way that she could go in to the highly regarded Costa and Costa law offices and it looks like the jig us up when she is called into none other than Zane Costa’s office to take notes. So how much trouble are her and her sister in and how are they going to get out of it?

Zane Costa knows that there is something different about their intern Natalie but just can’t put his finger on what it is but he has never had a reaction like this to Natalie before and when he discovers that Natalie has an identical twin called Celine now all that is left it to find out why they have swapped and show her that she belongs to him. He never believed his father’s tales of love at first sight so is this all the proof he needs?

I enjoyed this quick and steamy read, both of the main characters have a lot of chemistry and there attraction wasn’t rushed. I will have to catch Natalie’s story too because she was an interesting character. Enjoyable read perfect for a chilled lunch hour. 4* Read.

Great story. Short and steamy insta-love. We get a twin switch that doesn't go entirely as planned but exactly as we love to expect. Dual POV, virgin h, no mention of H's past other than he's a workaholic that has never had much interest in the opposite sex, no cheating or abuse, epilogue 5 years out.

Zane is a partner in an important law firm who is a workaholic and doesn't take time to go on dates. His father has warned him growing up that Zane comes from a long line of men who fall in love with the woman meant to be theirs instantly. Zane didn't believe him until he felt it himself with one of his interns. He is confused because Natalie has been working for him for weeks and had never triggered feelings like this before. When he checks Natalie's HR record, he reads that Natalie has a twin sister. Now he just has to get the sister fall for him.

Celine is stressed after her identical sister pressures her into taking her place at work while Natalie fixes a home hair coloring disaster. Celine is afraid that they will get caught and possibly arrested. When the big boss calls her into his office to take notes for a meeting, she is stuck. At the end of the meeting Zane asks her why she took her sister's place. He also threatens her sisters job and both sister's reputation if she doesn't agree to have lunch with him tomorrow. Celine feels trapped but agrees.

I really enjoyed this story. Zane is great handling his instant love feelings.

Loni Ree joins the multi-author Hunky Halloween series with Wicked Ways. This is an over-the-top insta love romance that is super sweet and steamy. Zane is a lawyer who never thought love at first sight was a real thing until Celine walks into his law firm. Celine's twin Natalie is an intern for Zane and his sister Lana, but after an embarrassing hair-colouring incident, she convinces Celine to pose as her for one work day while she tries to fix things. Zane instantly notices that something is different - because the intern that has been wandering the halls at the firm for months has never physically affected him before. And from that moment on, Zane recognizes that he has found his forever. Celine is sweet and innocent, but also strong in her convictions making her a wonderful character, and her chemistry with the older and more experienced Zane is off-the-charts.

Wicked Ways a love at first site quick sexy read! Zane is an attorney and has one of the best assistants. Then one morning everything is off. The energy is different. Natalie has a hair emergency so she comes up with crazy idea of having her twin Celine fill in at the law office . Celine starts the day as usual but how hell Natalie did not prepare her for the force known as Zane.
Zane and Celine have an immediate pull toward one another and he soon figures out the real reason and the fast paced romance begins ! They have great chemistry, are funny and so steamy!

This was a very steamy insta-love! Zane an Celine great together. I loved their connection and their chemistry. Zane can tell that Celine is the one for him as soon as he senses her. Celine is hesitant about Zane but can't deny her feeling for him for long. These two are a really cute couple. I loved that Celine came into her own after being with Zane and isn't afraid to sass him! I would recommend this great steamy insta-love.

Loni Ree knows exactly what to give her readers for Halloween. A no tricks, ALL treat story with lovable characters and a plot that sends heat and love straight to the heart. I loved the story and how wonderful it all came together. It was fun, hot and perfect!

Okay so this basically had nothing to do with Halloween. It's mentioned for 2 seconds near the end and that's it. Never mentioned even the month before or after. And there was so much disconnect not only between the main couple but the whole book. It just flashes through time at random. It's not smooth at all. Honestly I don't feel like this author was actually the one writing this. I'm a fan of most of her other work. But this was not it.

Absolutely love this book.
Zane of course recognize it immediately that there was something going on with his intern. After some digging he discovers that Natalie is a twin and it’s really Celine at the office that day. Of course it’s Insta love with Zane and Celine.

Wicked Ways is a classic twin switch-up that we’ve been waiting for since Celine’s twin sister Natalie found her forever with Bryce from the Sweetbriar Colorado books. Twin switches are an all time favorite and this story was steamy, swoon worthy, and a great fast read. Zane has quickly made the list for favorite alpha caveman hero’s and Celine was a sweet and shy queen that really came out of her shell as her relationship with Zane flourished. I really enjoyed this story!

I picked this up thinking it was a Halloween romance. After all, it's part of a series of books called Hunky Halloween. By the second chapter, I started getting suspicious. This is a fairly short story so I figured we'd jump right into spooky season shenanigans. I skimmed ahead and discovered Halloween isn't mentioned until the last chapter and it's only because they apparently choose it for their wedding day. So it's not a Halloween romance at all! It's also the slightest bit clunky so I chose to let it go rather than force myself to finish and potentially have to give it a poor rating.

Wonderful!! This was a nice quick, short read.

Zane meets Celine when she impersonates her sister at her internship. Celine‘s sister Natalie dyed her hair at home and now it’s blue. So she can’t go to work so she asks Celine to cover for her. As soon as Celine walks into Zane’s office he knows it’s not Natalie. He is more attracted to Celine. Zane does a little digging and finds out in fact they are twins. At the end of the day he calls Natalie/Celine into his office to take notes for him. She tries her best but can’t do it. When Zane tells her he knows she’s an imposter she comes clean and tells him what happened. He makes a deal with her to meet him the next day and go to lunch with him, because he can’t see her beautiful ass in handcuffs. The next day she comes in and Zane and her act like they don’t know each other. He tells Natalie he needs her to take a file to another office and he will take Celine to lunch. Zane takes Celine to his cousins restaurant and has a private room for them. They talk over lunch for three hours before either of them realizes the time. He takes her home and tells her they will meet at seven tonight for supper. Natalie helps Celine getting ready for her date with Zane that night. Zane picks her up and takes her to his house, she thinks his home is beautiful. She tells him there is something she needs to tell him. He sits her on the couch and tells her he Is listening. She tells him she has never done this before, she’s a virgin. He tells her they can take the relationship at her speed he won’t pressure her. They fall into a comfortable dating pattern over the next two months. Zane rushes home Friday night to find her naked on his bed. He tells her he would have come home sooner if he would have known. Celine goes to meet his family and when she gets home to her apartment she finds a note from Natalie she took a job in Colorado. So Celine decides to move in with Zane. She meets his family and they absolutely love her. Zane asks Celine to marry him and she says yes. They plan a Halloween wedding. Natalie comes home for the wedding to be her bridesmaid. They get married at his parents home with his mother helping. Several years later they have a five year old daughter, Jessica. Celine is pregnant with their second child.

Wicked Ways by Loni Ree is seventh book in the multi-author series Hunky Halloween. This is an OTT, insta-lust/love story about Celine Holmes and Zane Costa.
Celine is in her mid-twenties and has a twin sister Natalie, her story is in Roping Ms. Impossible. When Natalie has a very unfortunate home hair color incident she talks Celine into pretending to be her on Monday at her work. Celine goes along with it but she is sure that she will be discovered than then Natalie will be fired.
Zane and his sister are lawyers and have their own firm. On Monday morning when he sees Celine he has a reaction to her that he has never had before. He is not sure what has changed but something has and he is determined to find out what.
Celine is sure that Zane is on to her because of the way he keeps looking at her. Zane figures out who "Natalie" is when he looks at her personnel file after remembering she had once mentioned a sister. Now the question is how will Zane make Celine pay for her little deception.

This is a charming, witty and quick story with some zany moments and a lot of laugh out loud scenes. The story-line is nicely developed and the characters you laugh at and laugh with. If you love OTT insta-love romance with witty dialogue and wackiness abounding then you will love this book.

I knew this story was a light read, and while I don’t mind suspending belief some basic research was definitely needed for this story to have any plausibility. Celine is covering from what we are told is a flighty twin sister at her law office. With the supposed background check they did on her sister, she would have never gotten the job to begin with. Celine is not a paralegal and trying to pull that off would have been a stretch for anyone.

Once the boss figures out that she is not the real employee, he still allows her to come and listen in on a client’s info. He then uses his knowledge to threaten her and proposition her all at the same time.

We are told constantly the state of his member and what he wants to do to Celine. Of course it turns out Celine is a virgin insert eye roll, (virgin and billionaire). We get some dialogue that has shades of another well-known virgin and billionaire story albeit without the red room but you get the drift.

There really isn’t much of a story line, once the deception is acknowledge the world moves on without a misstep as these two head towards the HEA.

Loni Ree stories are always great for a smile. This is a companion tale to "Roping Ms. Impossible" and is the story of Natalie's twin sister. There is overlap between the two books, so while you can read either as a stand alone, they are better read together. I love how Loni's books often contain connections, and then I end up rereading a bunch of stories! Anyway, Celine is a loyal sister, a bit shy, responsible, and still trying to decide what to be when she grows up. She's reluctant to pull the childish twin switch, but can't let her sister get fired over a bad dye job. But she never expected that hot shot lawyer Zane would immediately spot the difference, or that he would steal her heart in one day. Zane knows Celine isn't Natalie, and doesn't hesitate to use the knowledge to his advantage. One glance and his heart belongs to her, so he's not about to let her slip away from him. But realizing how innocent she truly is, Zane slows way down, letting Celine set the pace, vowing not to scare off the love of his life. This is a wonderfully sweet, emotionally fulfilling romance, that is not to be missed! Happy Reading!!

If over-the-top instalove is your thing, then this novella is for you. I don't gravitate toward over-the- top romances or instalove, but I have found I enjoy some stories with these elements if done a certain way. If the emotional connection between the characters is fleshed out well and there's some counterbalance to the over-the-top moments, they can be quite enjoyable.

For me, this novella is SO over the top and is such the very definition of "instalove", I just couldn't take it seriously. The hero wants to spend his life with the heroine before ever even having a conversation with her and, by the end of the story, I still didn't have a clear picture of what the hero adores about the heroine other than having sex with her. And I felt like the heroine was mostly just along for the ride, with no real input into the relationship.

With that being said, if you prefer over-the-top instalove, and I know some readers do, this novella is a great choice for a quick, angst-free afternoon read.

A love at first sight curse?! A great way to start an instalove! Celine is the imposter in Zane’s law firm, and he has every intention of making sure she sticks around! She may have broken a couple laws, but he believes she’s just too pretty for prison. Poor guy can barely keep it together, or keep it in his pants. But he does, because he’s willing to play the long game. Celine is in charge, and I LOVE that it’s up to her to make the “next move” decision. Everything is squeezed into this novella, from the meet cute to the wedding! And it’s an adorable feel good time!

He corners her at the end of the day and convinces her to act one more day. What follows is a fun, quick, insta-love romance between Celine and Zane. Zane agreed to takes things at Celine's pace, while still trying to make her fall in love. This is another page turner by Loni Ree. I love her quick, sweet reads. I really liked this short story. It was entertaining and fun. I found it thoroughly enjoyable and did a lot of laughing. The characters were interesting and likable. The way the sisters were willing to do what it took to help each other even when they weren't sure how things would turn out was awesome. Zane cracked me up so much with his surprise/shock at his reaction to the intern/Celine. I loved that he was willing to let Celine set the pace of their relationship. Celine was sweet and willing to help even when she wasn't sure how much help she would actually be. I loved their happy ever after. I recommend reading this book.

This is a great story. I am looking forward to reading more by this author. Zane knows that there is something different with the intern because he has never reacted this way before. The men in his family always have strong reactions when they meet their one. He is glad to discover that she is the twin sister of his employee. Celine knew that it wouldn't work but her sister did a crazy thing and begged her to cover at her job. She thought that she gotten away with it until the end of the day. Zane and Celine work out something so that no one else knows. He doesn't want to lose this chance to get to know her more. They begin dating. Will she ever believe that they are perfect for each other?
