I’m emotionally wrecked. Destroyed. Happy. Sad it is over. Epic book hangover! Tillie is savage. Nate is my favorite king! I love his soft, his hard (winks) and his depraved! I never want to let them go.

----------
5 SAVAGE CROWNS

Amo Jones has hit me with all the feels – outrage, intrigue, chemistry, steam, romance, and so much more. Each page was a revelation, each moment filled to the brim with emotion. I was enthralled from the beginning, and by the end I can’t even begin to explain what my brain was thinking and my heart was feeling.

Nate has so many sides to his personality. He is Malum - reckless, devoid of emotion and apathy, and as violent as they game. He is the playboy, manwhore who doesn’t know how to love. In Malum Part 2, though, he becomes so much more. He grapples with loss and grief, the conflict facing the Kings, and his heart belonging to Tillie, even when he doesn’t want it to. Like the rest of the Kings, he is a man with the world on his shoulders fighting for, with, and against his Queen, even when it doesn’t seem that way. If I thought Nate was my favorite King before or that I couldn’t love him more, I was DEAD wrong.

Tillie is SAVAGE, just straight up savage. She is truly equal to the kings in all ways that matter, and there is reason that she is allowed to run with them. She is smart and will take revenge with her own hands. She protects those who are more fragile, and she provides this missing piece to the group that truly makes the Kings a familial unit, in a way we have never seen them before. My most favorite moments are when this group comes together as a family, joking and laughing, and the love and respect they feel for each other emanates from these moments. She is the missing piece to their crew, and just like NATE, she is without a doubt my favorite Amo heroine.

This story, like all of her stories, has many plot lines running through it. Readers get the romance of Nate and Tillie, a chronicle of not just their love but of their grief and their hard journey back to each other, a bit bruised and altered, but still at the core, two people who possess each other equally. Then we have the running King plot line with Perdita and the inner workings and betrayal of the generations of kings and the rebels and the circle, as well as the introduction of a new generation. To top it all off, readers also get plot revelations that will break their hearts as well as blow their minds, and as with any Amo Jones book, we get so many answers and are left with just as many questions to be answered in the remaining books for Brantley and Bishop and Madison.

There is a reason that I devoured the Elite Kings book when I stumbled upon them two years ago. They are unique and dark, they shed light on the best and worst parts of humanity, they exemplify that everyone has the capacity to love in their own way, and they show that families can form in the most unlikely of places. Her stories are layered, complex, engaging, and completely original, and her twisted mind never fails to entertain me.

Just when you think you know everything, that you've reached the bottom of the well of secrets, Amo Jones pulls the rug right out from under you and you wind up landing face up in a pile of WTF wondering what the hell just happened. GOOD LORD did this book deliver and then some. I died for Nate Riverside Malum in part one, but part two? I bow down to his excellence. He and Tillie were pure fire. She was the flame to his match and together they burned the whole world down and then some!

Without going into details, this book continues right from that shocking ending in part one where Tillie is now in Perdita and coming to terms with her pivotal role in the Elite Kings' world. There are so many things this book excelled at: the combustible chemistry, the suspense and the amazing twists and turns. But the banter took the cake for me. It was phenomenally done and on another level. It legit gave me life!! I loved seeing and feeling the comraderie between the Kings and between Tillie and her girls. But the spitfire back and forth between Tillie and Nate was FIRE. With her head held high and her guard up, she came out swinging from the gate as she differentiated truths from lies and uncovered secrets kept hidden for ages.

After reading this duet it can be honestly said that this author did not pull her punches. We saw Tillie, Nate and the Kings suffer the lowest of blows in such a dark time but we also felt the hope of a new beginning and change. Furthermore, as a couple, we saw how Nate and Tillie tore themselves and each other apart before they could slowly rebuild their love with an even stronger foundation.

To say this book was exceptional is too tame a compliment. It answered all the questions from part one, left us with so many more and allowed us to see a more raw and primal Nate as he unraveled from a tragedy. Likewise, I loved that Tillie was not only strong but she was a Queen - she proved to the hardened bloodthirsty Kings around her that she came to play, destroyed all in her path and ultimately earned a seat at the mothereffing table. This was spectacular. Amo Jones once again did the damn thing! Bravo! 5 stars! ~Ratula

Oh My Gawd!!! Just when I thought I was prepared for anything, where it comes to Amo Jones and her brand of dark and sultry romance, she goes and blows my mothaf*ckin mind! Malum part 2 was everything I wanted the story to be. The drama reaches the highest point in the series and I loved every minute of it!

Here’s what I loved:
It’s dark, sexy, and delicious.
Nate is unflinching in his resolve to protect what’s his. His wicked tongue provided hours of entertainment
Tillie is strong and sassy. She holds her owns and gives as good as she gets. In the face of these Kings, she’s a true Queen
The storyline is solid and beyond entertaining
Brantley is beyond intriguing at this point. I loved his relationship with Tillie and the interactions he had with Tillie and Nate together. He can get it!
Daemon (sobs)

Overall, if you’re a fan of the series you will love it!

We are the Kings. The mother fucking Elite. The monsters people whisper about in fear because they're too afraid to say our name out loud. Image and video hosting by TinyPic

'MALUM' is the second part in Amo Jones 'Elite Kings Club #5' series. It picks up where the previous book left off. Spoken in 'Dual Perspectives.'

This review will be spoiler free..Go into this blind..If you've not read this series..What are you waiting for!?! Start now..You won't regret it..Fall in love like others before you..Because you will love..

How does one go about writing up a review when you’ve just closed the last page of perfection, what an emotional journey this took me on..

And already I know for a fact that my review won’t do this book the justice it deserves, Amo Jones nailed it, the twists and turns, the whip lash, the shock factors, the nail biting sit on the edge of your seats as the boys played their games, you truly never knew how far they would go. The love we carry in our hearts for these characters, I lived, breathed, felt everything that was thrown at me. This series has just gone from strength to strength.

Why am I attracted to the depraved? It's like my soul attaches itself to darkness, lurking on the wicked because the disenchantment in mundane-like souls isn't enough to spark fire to mine. All men in my life have one thing in common-evil. - Tillie

Image and video hosting by TinyPic

Take a seat as we carry on this journey with Nate and Tillie and their boys. It's not a pretty story by any means but it comes full circle and you get closure, you get answers to your questions, you get to fall in love all over again with Nate. You also get the revenge you seeked. And with that came the healing these characters and us the readers needed.

From the cover to the blurb, to the formatted ebook, the writing, the pace, the storyline, the characters, this series as a whole has been utterly unique, unputdownable greatness. I devoured this, I swooned, I cried, I loved, I couldn’t get enough. I didn’t want it to end.

Favourite quote from our boy Nate: This queen doesn't need a throne, she just needs my dick to sit on.

* Teaser is off the authors facebook page *

In the name of Britney Fucking Spears "Oops, she did it again" she fucking did it again....

Just when you thought Malum Pt1 was a mindf*ck—That’s just what Amo does, and what she does best is create fucking epic storylines, that mindf*cks the best of people! Malum Pt2 was explosive right until the end, it had me hooked, so hooked that I kept swiping even though I got to the end... I craved for more!

I loved Tillie and Nate, I loved their Love/Hate relationship—I loved Tillie’s no f*cks filter, her bravery, her sass, I loved everything about her right up to her pink hair.

Nate, the gorgeous A-Hole... that man had me captivated, I loved how possessive he was with Tillie even though he tried to deny it, loved the soft side to him that only the ones he cared about saw. I loved the funny, playful Nate, the hot sexy alpha Nate... I just loved Nate!!

In the end, my mind was reeling from the absolute mind fuck of a rollercoaster ride I’d just been on throughout the storyline. I’m not gonna lie, I was stunned, I was angry, I laughed, I fucking cried, and then came the ending and I was like— WHAT THE FUCK WAS THAT!!!!

My Mind was blown!!

Hands down best story Amo’s written!! Hands down!! 🙌🙌🙌🙌

This is a MASTERPIECE and Amo is the motherfucking QUEEN <3

I thought that after all this time, I'm ready to proceed, but I was wrong. You aren't ready for this story. I thought that Amo's style is already not unknown to me. She surprised me. She creates a completely unique thing with each story. A very rare treasure. And the MALUM Part 2 is a mind-fucking story.

What the entire fuck did I just read?!

My review will more than likely be criticized because I'm not a hardcore fangirl or blogger that raves about subpar books. It will, however, be honest and full of curse words+ a few small spoilers.

I told myself I was done with this series. But I got pulled back in by all the hype (damn you facebook!).

I was told it answered so many questions.

It didn't.

My reading buddy claimed it was the best book of the series. LIES.

You know what my biggest gripe is with Malum 1 & 2? The way this author destroyed Madison's character. She turned her into some coked out airhead that became nothing more than an unnecessary plot device. She turned Bishop into some weakened version of the possessive alpha he was and replaced who was meant to be the true king and queen of the series with Nate & Tillie. (I'll get to them in a minute).

Someone please explain how Madison, the girl who started all of this and was paired with the man meant to 'rule' their world, is suddenly a hindrance and too much of weak link to be involved anymore? The actual SILVER swan. The chick we spent 3 books getting to know and root for even when she did bizarre shit. Shipping her and the man who finally decided he would do anything to keep her.

Where the hell did all that go? Those characters aren't even recognizable anymore.
Honestly, it's like she became another Tate. (a character this author ruined with slut-shaming and completely vanished from the books. The first chick to befriend Madison, mind you.

Back to my gripe with the terrible way Amo Jones chose to destroy the character.
*spoiler*. So, last book was the beginning of the end for Madison Montgomery. In this one the convenient side-plot came about, she was raped. Of course, Bishop had to become an idiot and not realize something the original Bishop would have been intelligent enough to pick up on. And when this is brought to light it's like shrugged off? Not once, but twice. Bishop would rather revenge fuck Tillie because her vagina is dripping gold and he's done with the girl he was all cave-man alpha over. Just. Like. That.? What the FUCK? again. WHAT THE FUCKK???!!!

Tillie became what Madison should have been (vagina of glam and all) and Madison became some random secondary character, who quite frankly, could do with MUCH better friends and a better man.

I was so pissed about wasting so much time on 3 books for the main character to become...this weak nothing that I found it hard to care about the shit show that is Nate and Tille.

Tillie was like a weaker replica of our dear Madison, including wanting to fuck all the kings. It's such a redundant form of characterization my head can't wrap around it. Nate was beyond unimpressive, too. He treated this girl like shit aside from when he wanted a quick emptying of his sack. He screwed half the other women that popped up, all in his past.

I read the reviews where Tillie was strong and a badass. How? She cried all the damn time and her reactions were all off. I'd go into depth but I would be here all night. This book was all about her getting angry, grinding on Brantley, pretending to a give a shit about Madison, crying, fucking Nate. *Insert some deep inner dialogue that's immediately contradicted.* Repeat.

The writing was also jilted. Scenes randomly flowed together, jumping from one quick resolution to the next. Nothing truly hit a climax until about 60% and then it all just fizzled out even more with a simple paragraph. *Spoiler* Example 1. That damn masquerade party. How that went down was ridiculous. Madison went from running away from Bishop to the twenty-second floor in a room, attempting to kill someone. She must have teleporting powers. That ended with everyone going on their merry way.

The whole mishandling of the rape drove me batty, still not as mad as I am about the way this particular character was ruined. This author has a habit of using rape and pregnancy to drive her plots, and completely dropping the ball in how they are resolved.

Furthermore, this whole girl-power thing these characters try to claim is severely lacking. They're all terrible friends to one another. Tillie abandoned everything 24/7 for Brantley (bran bran -_-) and Nates cocks. Oh, plus some random creepy guy that served no real purpose to the plot. And occasionally shirtless Bishop. Because thinking salacious thoughts about your 'best-freinds' man is all fine and dandy if you don't actually slam your vagina on his peewee.

& the phantom, pure, angel-like chick for Brantley? So thin, ethereal, and above them all. (probably a virgin or a rape victim too. *eye roll*) Bailey is already a mini Madi/Tille. Or maybe a carbon of the Razing Grace chick.

Fucking insanity, not the good kind. I feel like this book was completely unnecessary. All of this could have been easily added to the first Malum. I'm not sure what the point of this was other than a filler for Brantley's book.

I could rant all night but I am tired.

*If you enjoyed this, more power to ya.*

Hold on ladies, buckle up those seatbelts cause you will need it!

Man this story is addictive.

Like totally addictive.

I opened it up and was immersed straight back into The Kings world and I knew I wasn't putting that sucker down until I had devoured it all!

It's the continuation of M1 with more secrets, surprises, shocks and it moves at 90mph, you just hang on for the ride!

And all you need to know is #NateisGreat

Cataclysm: A sudden violent upheaval!

The following ratings are out of 5:
Romance: ❤️💙💜💛💚
Heat/Steam: 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Story/Plot: 📕📗📘📔📙
World building: 🌎🌏🌍🌎🌏
Character development: 👤👤👤👤👤

The setting: The Hamptons, New York, Perdita Island

The Hero(s): Nate Riverside Malum – is second only in the Elite Kings to Bishop, though Bishop has been dealing with relationship issues and has become more human lately so Nate often takes over in the Lead role. Nate had a baby, Miceala with Tillie but was mad at her for hiding the pregnancy from him, though she really was kidnapped.

The heroine: Tillie Stuprum - in love with Nate, but is coming to realize that they can’t be together. She along with her daughter were the last remaining members of the Stuprum line. These women are meant to rule over the lost boys on Perdita Island.

The Love Story: Tillie and Nate have never really been happy since that first weekend they were together when she became pregnant. Though their daughter seems to have helped bridge the gap somewhat.

So much happened in this book. Not just with Nate and Tillie, but also with Madison and Bishop. I am not quite sure why that stuff didn’t happen in their own 3 book series, as it could have crossed over timelines with this book, but I guess it was so we could find out what happened between them second hand instead of first person.

I guess what happened in this book shouldn’t have surprised me, but boy did it ever. These books have been pretty brutal all along and the romance genre on whole has way more coincidences than can occur naturally. There were so many huge reveals in this book (and the previous) I was going a little crazy.

Additionally, like the first four books there is some crazy attraction and a bit of action between people other than Tillie and Nate. In the first three books Madison had some encounters with Nate and one with Brantley as well even though she was in Love with Bishop. Tillie likewise has had more than a light flirtation with Brantley and he her.

However, I can’t blame Tillie too much, since Nate is a is often an insufferable jerkface. Though I must say that over the course of these five books I have truly hated the idea of the “The Elite King Club” like I do with most ultra wealthy secret society type books. They are usually inherently bad and corrupt, not that this one isn’t that, but this book showed why the club hasn’t disintegrated from the inside. It showed why the Kings stay. That was the best part for me.

I voluntarily read & reviewed an advanced copy of this book. All thoughts & opinions are my own.

Welcome to a story about a brotherhood of mayhem and destruction and the one girl who could topple a kingdom. The Elite Kings are up to their same old tricks - secrets and games - and Tillie offers herself up as tribute. Willing or not, she's playing and she hopes to win. Nate may be her one true love, but forgiving him and letting him back into her heart won't be easy. And although we find out the whys of so many WTH moments, new facts arise, making me wonder what happens next.

I highlighted so much of this book it's ridiculous. I was left dangling at so many points in this story that I'm questioning if I'll ever see the whole thing clearly. Getting a glimpse into Amo's mind is a like a psychedelic trip and I only hunger for more. I want to dissect it all, find the hidden meaning, learn everything. I'm just as lost now as I was at the end of the first book. Isn't that something? This series is a mindfck mystery that I can't help but love. Getting the the whys and the hows is a huge part of the thrill. The characters have a lot in common but the author created them with such unique distinction, with each of them offering something the other doesn't have. They're gorgeous, rich and cunning, and not to be messed with. The Elite Kings are the dominion, having it all is never enough, and being a pawn is almost inevitable. Tillie is a character with immense inner strength, surviving and coping and thriving. I loved how she worked these boys, bending them to her will, manipulating their reactions, and finding a way to get hers in the end.

I think it was pretty obvious that the story isn't over. I'm not happy with the way things have shaped up for Bishop and Madison and I'm crossing my fingers that the author finds a way to fix this. Stop messing with my heart, Amo!! I'm serious. There were certain things that I wasn't pleased with in this story, things that seem to be typical for this genre, but the story was so good that it was easy to overlook them. Filled with angst and drama and hope and despair, The Elite Kings series will mess with you in the best of ways.

I need more stars for this book! This story proves, without a shadow of doubt, that Amo Jones is the QUEEN of mind-fuckery. Grade A fucking masterpiece! This book is so intense, it left me with the adrenaline shakes. These Kings are going to break you and piece you back together one dark part at a time! I need more stars for this book!

The 2nd part picks up right where we left off in Malum Pt 1. I can tell you right now, you are unprepared for the twists that Amo is getting ready to throw at you. I thought I had it all figured out but I couldn't have been more wrong. It is gut-wrenching, dark and oh so very sexy. If you loved the mind games before then you are in for a real treat!! Bad boy Nate is at the top of his game and Tillie is more than a willing player. The chemistry between these two is off the charts but then you go and throw in a little Bran Bran and then it ignites!!!

Even though this is Nate and Tillie's story, we still get a peek at the other Kings and Queen. My heart is breaking for Madship, there is definitely trouble in paradise and Brantley is holding secrets of his own also. We are introduced to some new characters but one old one that really sticks out for me is Eli. His comedic relief and banter with the others was a welcome break from the dark. Another welcome surprise was how well Brantley and Tillie are getting along. I love seeing their friendship blossom. I could go on for days but I will stop now and let you enjoy the mastery of this book! Grab a smoke and some alcohol, you're going to need it!

"Love is just an anchor. It can either be the reason you drown or the reason you float. You can’t ride on that to keep you sane."

JUST WOW!!!

Nate just blow my mind for good.

He ruined me for life. No one will ever compare to him, there's no way.

Not one chance, I'm a goner for Nate.

A long a tormented rollercoaster of chemistry , love , anger and so so much more.

I loved it!

I can't believe we're for now at the end of the EKC.

The Nate we see in Malum part 2 is so much more than before.

"...when she's angry, there's something inside of me that recognizes her fire and wants to build an inferno with her. The only problem is that those closest to us get burned."

We get to see some more layers of his personality , I think the most important ones.

The ones where he shows his vulnerability , the grief and the pain .

I almost thought the king had fallen apart for good but then something happend.

His queen , strong and protective of the ones she loves , she was the only reason that pulled Nate out of his

hole. She was bruised , scarred , damaged for life . But It only made her stronger .

“You can have my kingdom, but you cannot have my king.”

I loved how she took her life in her own hands and kept going with a fire I ever never seen before.

In this one the plot twists were pretty big .

The chemistry and the sexual tension was amplified .

But what I loved the most was how Nate was almost always sincere with Tillie , he never hided anything form

her , on this hand he was the complete opposite of Bishop .

"Losing myself in all that is him. He consumes me more than anything in this world, the feeling is stronger than love."

It was the perfect ending , I couldn't wish for a better end.✨

I gave it absolutely 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I hope you'll enjoy it like I did

Enjoy.

This Series is seriously ridiculously so good.

Malum: Part 2.. OH MY LORD!!!!
This book wasn't even close to how good I thought it was going to be. Talk about a story that is sexy, dark, angsty AF! I devoured this book.
I will say this, I am writing this review after having read this book thrice. Yup. Thrice! It's that good.
I am in complete fan girl mode now.

This books is absolutely everything you'd expect and more. What surprised me most was how emotional this book was without diluting all the dark, raw and suspenseful aspect of the storyline.
I cried my eyes out reading certain parts of Malum: Part 2.

The Elite Kings Club is all about brotherhood, alpha- assholes (we love and hate but mostly love), strong female heroines, friendship and despite all it's secrets, mind-fuckery dark romance...it's about LOVE.
The romance is these books are so swoon worthy in a no cliche way and Malum:Part 2 took it on a whole new level!

Tillie and Nate are some messed up characters, with a messed up relationship. And I love every minute of it. It's crazy how much they captivated and frustrated me at the same time. There was so much back and forth with them in this book that had me wanted to grab them both by their throats and force them to finally sort their shit out but I loved that experience. That's how this whole series has been for me; it drives me absolutely crazy but somehow has me intrigued and enjoying the experience.

And of course there is so much going on in this story other than Nate and Tillie that's equally captivating. I'm not even going to get into any of that thought since I don't want to give anything away. Plus I feel like it's something you just have to go into blind with this series in order to truly appreciate all of the secrets. I still have not one clue where this series is actually heading, but I do know that I'll be on this insane ride until the very end.

I’m not going into any details about the story at all. You’ve read the previous books (if not, go read them NOW!!), you’ve met the Kings, you think you know what you’re in for....you don’t. You’re in for so much more but you already know that because it wouldn’t be Amo Jones otherwise.

Nate steps his game up to another level in this book and I’ve got to admit I loved both sides of him. I don’t know what it is about Nate but even when he’s not very nice, I still can’t bring myself to hate him. Tillie continued to surprise me. Everything about her is perfect. The sass, the attitude and the heart underneath, all make her extremely easy to like. I feel quite protective about Tillie, I’m not sure why. It could be because of her past, it could be because I share her confusion, either way she’s turned into one of my favourite female leads ever.

I am in complete awe with Amo Jones’ mind. If I could climb inside and live in there, I would in a heartbeat. With each book she writes, she fucks with my mind even more than before and there’s a sick part of me that loves it. I feel like I’ve been on a rollercoaster after surviving the latest from Nate and Tillie. My emotions are all over the place, my head’s a mess, in between the wtf’s and the occasional ahhhh’s, all I know for certain is this author has an insane talent of giving me the unexpected and leaving me feeling shell shocked and desperately wanting more. Scattering clues and a few answers (that usually only lead to more questions) along the way, this story has me completely obsessed. I started a reread as soon as I’d finished it and I’m glad I did as I saw things from a different perspective the second time. So many things clicking into place, so many times I wanted to slap myself for missing a clue, so many twists to keep track of. Amo Jones has exceeded all of my expectations with not just this book but the entire Elite Kings series. How she manages to tie everything together while still making me question everything blows my mind.

Malum Part 2 is full of lies, betrayal, secrets and so many twists it’ll have you questioning everything and everyone. The Elite Kings are as intense (and hot) as always and I’m already waiting impatiently for more from them.

OH MY!!! This book, my head is totally fried and my brain is all topsy-turvy.
So many twists and turns and talk about epic gameplay this was stand-out brilliant from start to finish I just couldn't put it down.
I am seriously impressed with the way this all played out even though for the majority of this I had not a clue what the actual crack was.
This story is all about puzzles and fitting the correct pieces together until a more complete picture starts to emerge.
What a fantastical web this author has woven and this really did keep me right on my toes with its antsy but bloody addicting drama.
So brief thoughts concerning this instalment.
Nate needs to man the hell up and stop with the games and mixed signals.
Tate has turned into some total mega biotch.
Madison is keeping secrets from Bishop (hopefully another book featuring this delicious duo)
Loving Brantley in this one, he really does come into his own here and I can't wait to learn more about him so hopefully, he gets a book also.
I am also really digging his creepy mansion with its many secrets.
Adoring how much of a friend he is to Tillie and how he is always so supportive of her.
Their banter sure made me smile.
That epilogue was fabulous too I really appreciated it.
This is such addictive reading, way confusing but of so delicious.
Every book here is just as enthralling as the last and it is one of my favourite series of all time.
Malum Part 2 definitely lived up to all my expectations.
This one gets a massive hell yeh from me absolutely loved it.
I voluntary reviewed a copy of Malum: Part 2 (Elite Kings Club, #5).

WOW! Where do I even start?! Malum: Part 2 had me questioning everything while waiting for the other shoe to drop. There are so many WTF moments all throughout. I was constantly on the edge of my seat, biting my nails, trying to guess what could possibly happen next. And just when you think you have it all figured out... Guess again! Secrets and lies slowly come to light, but leave with you with many more twists and turns. This story is full of mystery, suspense, sexy af alphas and steamy hot sex sprinkled all throughout. I absolutely loved EVERY. SINGLE. SECOND of it!

Nate and Tillie's hot and cold relationship constantly had my head spinning. You never knew what side of him you would get. Sometimes he was kind, funny and protective. Other times he was mean, reckless and violent. Tillie gave as good as she got though. She was strong, brave, sassy and didn't hesitate to put Nate in his place. I loved the two of them together! They had combustible chemistry, and their banter was EVERYTHING! These two were pure FIRE! They definitely proved why they are perfect to be my king and queen.

This story left my mind reeling after one insane roller coaster ride of emotions. Malum: Part 2 was phenomenal and so brilliantly crafted. I love the author's twisted and original stories. I love her complex and wonderful characters. Her books are exceptional and never fail to entertain me. I was enthralled from the first page to the last. THIS. BOOK. WAS. EVERYTHING! If you are looking for something unique, intriguing and absolutely captivating, then this book is for you. I am telling you right now that you will not want to miss it. So be sure to one-click the minute it goes live. It is worth every penny and so much more.

You are NOT ready for what Amo has in store for you in this book! MALUM 2 was a game changer!

This book is PURE ANGST HEAVEN! My heart was literally racing through 95% of this book and I LOVED EVERY MINUTE OF IT! I felt like an adrenaline junkie when I was done. I was left emotionally unstable whenever I had to stop reading to go back to my life #adultingsux. This book and the world within it, sucked me in from page 1. Amo Jones brought her m*ther f*cking a game! Most of the questions we were left with at the end of MALUM Part 1, were answered. I'd say all of them were answered, but that would be a lie. Amo likes to keep us on our toes and irrevocably hooked, so that we crave more of that uniqueness that she brings to the table. Each revelation and/or plot builder in MALUM part 2 had me increasing my pace of reading. I NEEDED to know what would happen and I couldn't seem to read fast enough.

Nate and Tillie were EXPLOSIVE together. Their relationship is destructive and toxic, but yet they are perfect for each other. No one else can reach their souls they way they do for each other.
"B? I whisper and I see form the corner of my eye his footsteps falter. My focus remains on a rough patch on the wall, isolated. So f*cking isolated. "Tell me he will be okay. That this up and down bipolar thing isn't going to be forever."
Brantley turns around, and I finally bring mu eyes up to his. My throat swells with emotion, but I choke down any tears. They cannot see any of my weaknesses, and Nate is my biggest.
"You'll come to learn, or are already learning, that there are two sides to Nate. This is just him. This is how he is. How he reacts to different circumstances is always erratic, we can never be sure which side we're going to land on. There's the jokester side, then there's the Malum side. He battles with the two personalities a lot, I know this, but one thing you should always remember is that both of those sides have one thing in common."
"And what's that?"

He stares at me blankly. "You."

I STRONGLY recommend you start this series from the very beginning: THE SILVER SWAN, THE BROKEN PUPPET, TACET A MORTUIS, MALUM Part 1 and then MALUM Part 2. The couple from the first 3 books (Madison & Bishop, aka "Madship") are VERY MUCH a part of the reason this books angst is SO HIGH for me. So you will want to know their back story and what they've all endured up until this point. Also, Amo sets up Brantley's books (which are planned to be next in the series, titles TBA). I can't wait to know more about Brantley's girl, Saint!

I feel like my brain has malfunctioned now that I've finished. My mind is left spinning! My emotions in complete disarray. I feel all the emotions right now. I NEED THE NEXT BOOKS! Also, I am left feeling compelled to reread these 2 books now that most of the "chips" have fallen into place, to piece it all back together correctly and make sure I didn't miss anything.

I have to say, I have NEVER been more nervous to start a book before in my life! I absolutely feared for the worst, with one particular couple. And some of those fears came true and because of that I think I might die a little waiting for the next books in this series. (No announcements have been made as far as to WHEN to expect them) I'll be honest, I'm upset with how things were left that one couple, but I'm trying to trusting that it'll worth the wait. *hoping and praying*

5 stars!

The Queen of Dark is back... and not pulling any punches! Amo Jones has just wrecked me beyond belief with Malum part 2.

“If you hurt someone enough, they acclimatise to pain, but just like a wound, if you don’t seal it, you’ll just bleed out.

Malum part two was everything I’d hoped for and so much more. I was extremely anxious to read how Nate and Tillie would survive and how their story would play out after reading Malum part one, what I will tell you is, I thought I was ready... but I totally wasn’t. Twists and turns, moments of shock and joy, gasping for breath, swooning my ass off, Amo Jones took me through every emotion available.

“If you cower in the presence of a King, he’ll have you kissing his feet for life.”

I fell soooo hard for Tillie in this book. She was mourning, broken and reckless at times but she NEVER bowed down to The Elite Kings. I love a heroine who has a back bone and fights back and that’s exactly what Tillie Stuprum did, cementing her place in my heart.

“I’m going to play some games with you. The kind where there are only two players until it’s Game over.”

Now Nate, I don’t even know how to describe Nate. His character floored me at times. I love an alpha asshole but those times of Vulnerability that you got to see from Nate, absolutely sucker punched me and bought me to my knees. He ruined me in the most perfect way.

“They may be savage, they may be ruthless and completely unattainable to most people, but with me, they’re different.”

My love for The Elite kings and this series is bordering on obsession so I loved the fact that we got a big dose of all of the Kings in Malum part 2.
There is one King that snuck his way into my heart throughout this book though, without me even realising it. Brantley. Bran Bran. That dude is going to ruin me for all other book boyfriends... I can feel it coming. I can’t wait to read his book. His relationship with Tillie was one of my favourite things about this book.

A story of love and loss, pain and survival, recklessness and loyalty. Tillie and Nate stole my heart, shattered it and then put the broken pieces back together again.

I have such a book hangover; first, if you haven't read the series. What are you waiting for? I love the series. This is book two in Malium and book five in The Elite Kings series. After several hours and a good night's sleep. I am changing my rating from a four-star to a five-star review reason is this book is, to me is perfect. I wasn't thrilled about one side story; it happens; the more I think about it, the side story would take away from the book.

Amo Jones hooked me in from page one till the end; I was on edge the whole freaking time and loved every minute of it. This book is a total mindfuck and so many twists and turns.

This is Tillie and Nate's revenge, And such sweet revenge it is. Their story comes to a full circle, and they get some closure. All the kings are in tow. And it's glorious. My girl Tillie is one fierce woman. The guys still play their games, and you just have to wonder how far will their games will go?

I release a little as she leans over and grabs it before taking her spot back on my lap. Where the fuck she belongs. This queen doesn’t need a throne; she just needs my dick to sit on.

My favorite quote

I didn't want this book to end; I got to fall in love with Nate again, and you just can't help but to adore Tillie. I was left wanting more. Your questions will be answered, and now I have more. Now to wait patiently for the next book.

DUET REVIEW

REVIEW: 3 SOLID STARS
"When Nate bears his soul to you, he takes yours as collateral."

This entire review will consist of me battling between my own frustrations and my love for this story and the characters. It was a rough ride, but I am not entirely sure it could have really been told by anyone else, any other way. While I realize a 3 star review isn't indicative of my LOVE for this book, I truly did love the storyline and the characters. I loved the actual plot and the depth that Nate had. Nothing in this book was surface scratching, and believe me when I say that I was easily confused 65% of the time. There was SO much going on, and so many pieces to put together. What a ride.

I love Amo Jones
I love her crazy books
But dammit, they’re frustrating! Frustratingly good, but frustrating nonetheless.

But I couldn’t walk away.

I try really hard to be fair in my reviews. I don’t ever want to come across as me trying to find little things here and here to complain about, but I also know that I want to always give an honest opinion. I try to enjoy my reads, but I also have a really hard time accepting things in books that don’t really work. Drinking? Drugs? Normal teenager stuff and I know this happens. But running the town? Murder and mayhem? Ordering drinks in a restaurant? Nope. And the drug use? It felt 'token'. Basically placed to give a darker edge to the characters that we didn't really see in the first three books. It just felt far fetched to me in some spots, and it didn’t feel like there was enough believability to the amount of power and destruction these teenagers wielded.

But I was dying for answers

Amo is so authentic in her storytelling style. There is no other like her and I feel like the only reason I was able to get through this story was because I was so intrigued with not only what was going to happen, but also to see what other crazy parts surfaced. She had so much personality infused into her characters, they were honestly their own persons. Were they all alphas with testosterone coming out their pores? Yes, but the charisma each character demonstrated gave a level of intimacy between the action and the reactions of everything surrounding them. There was a deeper meaning to everything, but not always did I see the 'why' right away and I appreciated that. There was a lot of discovery with this duet, with some parts reading so vividly, yet there were other parts I was so confused by all the jumble that I couldn't make heads or tails about what was going on or who was doing what. Sex scenes were the hardest to picture...

But I was curious

The good with the bad, the name of the game, right? The amount of errors was staggering. I understand ARCs contain errors and I never hold that against an author. I realize I will get unedited copies, but I also feel like the amount in this book leads me to believe that the editor wasn’t very thorough at all - I had to read and reread a few spots multiple times for clarification just to understand the direction things were leaning. Along with this, the lack of a content editor and research was very apparent. Simple things like the location of I-5, for instance. There was quite a bit of storyline that was unnecessary and caused some parts to feel long-winded and some of it overly dramatic. I also felt that the circumstances, the activities - they all happened with a purpose and sometimes they weren't worked up to. It almost felt like afterthought instead of forethought and that doesn’t help when a character is already ‘set up’. I like crazy. I like original. These books have that in SPADES. What I don’t like is unrealistic and too far out there. But I most definitely don’t like drama. D-R-A-M-A. Unnecessary, drawn out, over-the-top, stupid decision making drama. If these “kids” are supposed to be so smart and able to run the world, why do they make teenaged decisions. You can’t have both worlds. This storyline read like 23 year old kids. Not 18 year old adults. The drama was frustrating to no end and I hate when it is mitigated by stupid, common sense actions.

Another thing that really made me side-eye was the boys’ ability to basically read Tillie's mind and know what she was thinking about at any given moment. No one tells anyone anything and everything’s a secret. They have to figure everything out, and that gets exhausting when it’s on repeat. Here and there, in context, knowing what someone is thinking happens and it’s believable. But ALWAYS?? Like, for real. If they always knew what she was thinking, why weren’t they one step ahead of her? Oh wait...

But I wanted to finish

A book should not be narrated by a DJ - but this primarily falls in Tillie’s voice. That’s obviously my personal opinion, but it felt as though every page had a song and a drink. Like, I understand having some music inspire your stories and I love to see how they influence the story, but when the story centers around a lot of the music - especially music I’ve never heard of (again, a 'me' thing), it’s very eye-roll worthy and annoying. I feel like it takes ME out of the story. I don’t like the playlist incorporated into a book in this way. But this is my issue because every few pages a song was mentioned and I didn't honestly care. I just didn't.

Having read some amazing YA, this lacks in comparison. Yes, I know this is a dark, mature YA, but the flow and structure of the story could have been better edited for content and grammar. Having read an amazing asshole bully YA, this definitely left some aspects to be desired. I don’t like to compare because everyone writes differently, and that’s my favorite thing about reading, but when the story has so much to offer, but the writing lacks in its ability to make me fall in love and sink into it, it really messes with my overall enjoyment factor. I will finish this series because I feel very invested by now - after five books, but I know I’ll have to gear up for it mentally.

I realize that this will not sit pretty with many, but I hope that while I can happily recommend the story to readers that want crazy and intense, I can not recommend it as well-written or researched, or without certain caveats. But, having said all that; I look forward to so much more from her - and I know that sounds backwards. I’ll call this my guilty pleasure. Like a gossip rag in the checkout at the store. You know it’s full of inconsistencies and half truths, but you can’t help but pick it up and check it out. I couldn't stop reading.

But I wanted to know more

I loved Nate but let’s be reasonable. Let’s have a quiet, faint voice of reason. I felt his pain over his loss. I felt his mental and emotional turmoil with Tillie. I understood that rawness he felt and I loved how Amo put a voice to his pain like that. However, when you say you like assholes, then Nate is your asshole. He is legit an asshole. Voice of reason: he’s an asshole. Talking reasonable, he’s an asshole. Seriously, his antics are very well masked in some spots but in others, he’s kept me confused. I did enjoy his depth because he had quite a bit to offer, but my absolute favorite chapters were in Nate’s POV. That’s when his true self shined. I loved it. Tillie was a complex character. At times, I couldn’t help but feel terrible for her and her upbringing, but the fact that it made her who she was now is what makes me feel amazed by her tenacity. She’s stubborn, but gives in. She’s sexually submissive but strong in every other way. Her dynamic with Nate was delicious. They had friction and tension galore - in every facet of their story. Ill-timed or ill-located, their sexcapades were definitely interesting and showcased their depravity quite well. They were a very toxic couple, and many readers may not understand the need to still be around each other while fighting their attraction, but giving in to their desires is what makes them who they are. It is one of the many reasons I loved their story. I like hard-to-love crazy lovers. BUT, sex is used in conjunction with intimacy and bargaining. I do not pretend to like that at all. It bothers me. If you love someone so much, you don’t want others that bad to spite them. Unless you’re immature. Which the entire crew is at many times during the books.

I know my rating isn’t indicative of my love for this story, but it is. Here’s why: the story itself, in its truest form, is an amazing twisted mess of love and hate. Combine this with the secondary characters and their roles in the story, it kept me rooted to my seat while I read it. It was definitely an addicting high I got from it. BUT, gosh dangit!! The editing and the analogies, the wording and the lack of research, it pulled me out. I don’t want to be shallow. I don’t want to be judged for my ‘inability to just enjoy a book’, but when simple research goes a long way, and when proper editing sucks me in instead of pulling me out - that is what makes the rating higher. I just couldn’t do that with this one. Story was great. A little over dramatic, but great. But when I roll my eyes this much, or give a frustrated cry.....I have to give that little caveat.

But, I. Wanted. More.

This duet was emotionally and physically exhausting to read and Amo Jones always leaves me with an 'addicted' feeling. One I can’t obviously deny because I keep coming back for more. The depth at which she twists this story is intense, but the problem is some of the parts don’t make much sense. Fix the editing. Get a proofreader. Get a fact checker. Find out some truth and realities. I don’t like to nitpick things and I know it sounds like I am, but when little things that are easily researchable are messed up, it takes me out of the story. Content editing is a must. Real proofreaders are a must. A competent editor is a must. I feel like a few of these musts were lacking.

Amo's a writer with charisma - she has charisma in abundance. I can’t and won’t deny that. The problem is that while she can tell an intriguing and addicting story, her background is noisy and the plot veers off course a few times. So while I really enjoyed the first three books in The Elite Kings Series, these last two really drained me. It was ridiculousness amplified. It was CrAzY personified. Things that made no sense were the norm. Common sense was not. It just felt almost like she was working and said, “Oh yeah! Let’s add this part!” and didn’t think it through with any forethought to build up. Craziness just came out of left field.

So needless to say, despite all the negative feelings I may have had, Amo still sucked me in. She still gave me an addicting storyline. She still made me want to keep reading. It’s not that I can’t handle a stretched truth here and there. It’s when it’s a continual issue to where I’m rolling my eyes and it’s hard to see past the ridiculousness. Like, really? You can run 12 miles within months of starting to exercise? Everyone knows your thoughts? Everyone drinks but doesn’t like to drink? So many inconsistencies and it was very frustrating. However, I will continue on with this series because I feel very invested after five books with the characters and the continual underlying theme, but I know I’ll have to gear up for it mentally and emotionally. Having said allll that...I cannot WAIT for Brantley's book. I know his turmoil will be so sexy!! He is so smooth and delicious.

"Pain doesn’t define us, it shapes us. We come into this world as newborns, a fresh start. New life, a crisp soul. Then life happens, and every single choice you make has an implication. Every scar has a story, or it doesn’t and it’s just a scar, but whether or not it has a story, it’s still a scar, and that scar doesn’t define us, so why should pain?"

This series just keeps getting better and better! All the theories I had were reshaped and my opinions reconsidered. Every character, the secondary, tertiary and even the ones mentioned briefly in passing captured my interest and suddenly you're dying to hear their stories.

This isn't an easy read, it's beautiful, intense and raw. The feelings of the protagonists bleed through the pages and cut you open. The anger is real, the emotions staggering and the characters, absolutely true to themselves.

♥Nathaniel Riverside-Malum

"He kept his heart in a cage."

We saw the cocky playboy until Tacet a Mortuis and a complicated man with interesting and maybe even sinister depths in Malum Part 1. These depths get darker and deeper here! Nate has so many layers. The way he owns his role as the second-in-command Elite King all the while keeping his identity intact, how he's so in love with Tillie were all to point. Nate definitely had a great character development. Not that his character as a whole changes, more like we finally understand (kinda, only Tillie can fully get every part of him) the many layers that make him up. If I thought Nate in the first book was great, Nate in the second book was everything! His anger, his love, his revenge, his sense of the role he should play in the Elite Kings world were all aptly conveyed.

"You’ll come to learn, or are already learning, that there are two sides to Nate. This is just him. This is how he is. How he reacts to different circumstances is always erratic, we can never be sure which side we’re going to land on. There’s the jokester side, then there’s his Malum side."

♥Tillie

“You think you have the power, but last I checked, I’m the one with the p*ssy.”
(Um, forgive the language but this quote was too damn amazing to not include it here)

Someone get this girl a crown, because she's a QUEEN! (Bailey already did, so there's that)
I mean major girl crush!
Tillie didn't have an easy life but she owns that and comes out on top with a throne to match. She has been through so much, yet she remains strong. Her thought processes were real and her personality- shining.

"She’s level-headed, smart, fucking sassy, and she can hold her own."
Yeah, Nate had that down perfectly.

♥Secondary Characters

I lost count of how many times I said this but Amo Jones knows how to write secondary characters. I can barely wait to read more about Abel Hayes, Bailey Vitiosis and Benny Vitiosis.
Don't get me started on Brantley

"I study Brantley’s posture, how he positions himself in a defensive stance while we speak about her. Yeah, I wouldn’t breathe near this girl without his permission. At all. It’s frightening while being beautiful at the same time. To witness the scariest man I have ever met, ever known, with such a dark past and soul, soften toward a girl who is the opposite of him, is some sort of witchcraft."

♥Madison and Bishop

Now it's clearer what was going on with them. I'm actually invested to know where this is going to go. Way more than I was in any of the previous books. I really liked Bishop in Malum Part 2.
His and Madison's final book, Ruined Castles is something I'm definitely looking out for. And Madison, I felt for her. I'm rooting for them ღ

♥ The Elite Kings Club

"They’re the most feared individuals by anyone with half a brain in this world or the knowledge of who they are, but really, through my eyes, they’re still a pack of boys, just with extracurricular activities, and who wouldn’t flinch at tearing a head clean off the shoulders of anyone who dared hurt anyone they cared about."

In real life, they'd be scary as hell. To give teenage boys this much power even if they've been trained for it all their life is, well, not ideal. I can't help but think, for all their wealth and the sway they have, they were never really given a chance to be just kids. But the bond they have, the way they have each other's backs is something that's precious.

“Are they bad people, or are they just always given bad choices?”

♥Tatum
I didn't really like Tate. She was presented as shallow. Also what about Nate, he knew Tate was Tillie's bestfriend and yet got together with her! I felt like this wasn't given due importance. Her actions broke the girl code, hell even the friendship code, to smithereens. She wasn't a main character in the book. Just mentioned. Hopefully she's given some development in any of the following books.

♥This book was an exceptional read. Loved it, through and through! Extremely well-written and such an amazing storyline. The ending was everything!✧✧
The characters suck you in and take you for one hell of an intense ride.

Love isn't always direct and easy. It's complicated and you fight for it. There are as many aspects of love as there are beating hearts. The strongest of bonds have to bear the test of countless hardships. Tillie and Nate delivered every bit as much as I expected them to and more.

"You’re not a woman who can be owned. I knew that a long time ago. You may not belong to me, but you belong with me."

I Bow Down To You Amo!! OMG This Book!!! The conclusion to Malum Part 1 is here and believe me when I say you WILL NOT be disappointed!!! What a wild and crazy, twisted, sexy ride this book takes you on. It starts right where Malum 1 left off and with a huge bang! “....if you hurt someone enough, they acclimatize to pain, but just like a wound, if you don’t seal it, you’ll bleed out...” I’m speechless how brilliant this story is! Tillie is the epitome of a Strong Woman and Nate...Well Nate is Every feeling you can possibly have! “..Because knowing you’re okay is worth the pain that having you in my arms causes...” total Swoon! Will we finally have all their secrets revealed? Will Madison and Bishop findna way back to each other? What will happen to the King’s and their Queens? You just have to read this masterpiece and find out for yourselves. Told in Dual POV.

***** 5 CROWNED STARS!!! *****

I have said it before, and I'll say it again....Amo Jones is pure evil genius when it comes to her writing. Everyone says "What the F did I just read?" after her books, and I know what I read...Amo Fucking Jones, that's what. She's brilliant and bold and pushes the imagination and reality into an entirely new realm. It's her own magical and fierce world...not the Kings' world, and I will gladly step into it EVERY SINGLE TIME.

Very few books and series mesmerize me to the extent to where I'm completely drawn in - and I mean completely. My own personal world stops and this all-consuming book world starts. The Elite King's world and this series own me - I don't eat, drink, sleep or even think about what's going on around me when I read the Kings, and Malum Part 2 was no different.

I fell hard for Nate Riverside Malum what seems like forever go while reading The Silver Swan. He was magnetic with his charming and flirtatious personality, compassion for Madison, care-free attitude and bad boy persona. I LOVED HIM. Since then, my love for him has ebbed and flowed but never faltered. He does in fact have two sides to him - but each side is oh so real and raw; and what I thought broke him in Malum Part 1 only made him stronger and more powerful in this world. His actions ALWAYS have a purpose, and that includes anything and everything to do with Tillie. He can be evil and malicious, and definitely broken at times, but who he was at the core never wavered. His passion for Tillie and loyalty to the Kings and Madison always remained, no matter how he fought it all at times. The way his character developed throughout this book was truly jaw-dropping, and I shed tears when he showed his vulnerabilities, and when he finally allowed his facade to falter and stop running from what was always his fate.

Tillie Stuprum is a force to be reckoned with in this book! She is a QUEEN and I need her as my BFF right the fuck now! I love her apathatic attitude to her status in this world. She doesn't want it and is not afraid to tell anyone "no" - and I mean anyone. Bad Daddy Hector and bad boy Nate included. At the same time, she will fight for what's rightly hers and wants vengeance against those who wronged her so badly. She's not afraid to dance with the devil himself and will walk away from him with hips swinging and a smirk on her face. What I love the most about Tillie in this book is that she wears every emotion on her sleeve from beginning to end. She is not afraid to show her vulnerabilities and broken heart to these Kings, as she knows deep down they have her back, even if she doubted them at times. Her ever-evolving relationship with Brantley was swoon-worthy as it grew from sexual attraction to much deeper as he becomes someone who she consistently relies on and confides in. As she bares her soul to these powerful Kings and their world, she does it with her head held high, confident in every move she makes while refusing to let the darkness consume her.

Nate & Tillie's story was more than a roller-coaster of emotions...it's a tsunami, but it is a ride that I could take every day. Each time you think they are "fine" something crashes down around them or a new truth is exposed, and twists and turns are at every corner. They both had to break before they could mend together, and A Jones did a fucking fantastic job of writing this story that is addictive, all-consuming and will pull every emotion out of you! I both cried and cheered for these characters and left my heart on every page, and I'll do it again and again for them. Can't wait for the next book in this series. Well done once again A Jones!!!

5 STARS FOR THE QUEEN OF DARK ROMANCE

The dark romance QUEEN delivered an unforgettable storyline that twisted me up, tore out my heart, then put me back together and I FREAKIN’ LOVED EVERY WORD!!!

This series is dark and twisted yet at the heart it’s about an unconventional family. Their love for one another runs deep. And once you find yourself within the Elite King’s inner circle, there is no line that won’t be crossed to protect their own.

Nate and Tillie were complicated. She was balls to the wall. She could handle her own. Hes a no-holds-barred alpha male who takes without asking. They had lost their way, but it’s time to work out their issues and get it together or move on. The question is...can they let go?

The author always takes her readers on a crazy ride. Twists, turns, emotional overload, crazy hot sex and characters you can’t get out of your head! As always the lies and deceit are in abundance. Everyone has their own story and agenda. No one is safe.

This series is an experience. A must read for any fan of dark, romantic suspense and elite society’s. You need to read it from the beginning and become part of the Elite Kings’ Club. Forever a favorite and I am always looking forward to more...let’s hope the wait isn’t too long!

🖤 ARC KINDLY PROVIDED FOR AN HONEST REVIEW💛

I don’t know how Amo does it but she makes me fall in love with fucked up stories and asshole men. (I love it tho) I don’t even know what to say about this mindfuck of a book.

First off, I thought I knew in what direction the story was going and boom *PLOT TWIST * You think you know but trust me you don’t.

This story continues where Malum PT 1 left off. Tillie is still grieving and dealing with ghosts that won’t let her move on. On top off that she’s playing a dangerous game with the kings. This story was filled with secrets and crazy drama that had me on the edge of my seat.

Nate is trying to keep her safe but at the same time he pushes her away. She’s a reminder of everything he lost. Still, he wants her to be okay. I absolutely loved him in this book. He was demanding even more than usual and so damn hot. He showed Tillie who was in charge but she didn’t take his crap. She fought back.

Tillie is one of my favorite heroines by Amo. She is truly a queen and she knows it. She is not only fighting for the people she cares about, but for herself as well.

I won’t spoil the story because you need to read and experience this amazing book for yourselves. Just be prepared for mind blowing plot twist and hot as hell sex scenes. You know Nate and Tillie are 🔥.

Let me just say that Amo’s writing is like dark beautiful poetry. While reading this book, I felt like I was part of that world and I was going through the motions with these characters. The plot was SENSATIONAL, you never, EVER know what to expect from Amo and she definitely never lets us down.

I will be adding more to my review but is currently 12:00 am and this story left me emotional drained.

I can’t wait for what’s next...

The ultimate series, book & characters; Malum Part 2 by Amo Jones is the fifth installment of the Elite Kings Club series and the second book of Nate and Tillie's unconventional romance. It must be read from the very first book of the series in order to fully understand it. It's a book that must be savoured and experienced properly in order to really feel everything this book has to offer.

Let me preface this with an apology. If I sound stunningly inarticulate at times in this review, I can't help it. My mind is completely fried. I started this book at 12 am on a Saturday night, only intending to read a few chapters, and then the next thing I know it's 6 am and my mind was completely blown. My chest was heaving, my eyes puffy, my body completely flushed and my entire being was so overwhelmed, I had to slap myself a few times to make sure I wasn't dreaming.

Jones continues to rock the stereotype and transcend all expectations with her books. And Malum Part 2 might just be one of her best books yet. Jones manages to keep surprising me with every book despite having been an avid supporter of her works. And with that growth, comes magic. I felt every emotion in the book; sadness, anger, frustration, love, joy, laughter and mostly, shock. I don't know how Jones comes up with these plot twists. But keep doing it, boo cos you're dominating the business. Such a queen in all things savage and dark and I am addicted.

In her novel, Jones creates an intricate plot to the point of intolerable suspense thus keeping the readers’ attention up to the last page of the book. As for the style of the book, it should be noted that it is quite relentless and dramatic. There is wide use of the epithets which make the novel sound rich and voluptuous to some extent, although sentences often seem to be short and abrupt. It began a little slow in the beginning, but that's just because it takes a while to get into the proper mindset of the setting. Jones pays great attention to detail which helps the readers to imagine the picture vividly to the point that one cannot wait for the next turn in the lives of the main characters.

The best thing about this series is that while there is a focus on main characters, there is also a spotlight on the other characters. We get to see so much more to these characters, their struggles and their relationship issues, and the potential for future relationships, stories, and books. She created a sinister love story built on lust and revenge, while also building a foundation for her future novels and left all her readers wanting more. And that's the best and worst thing about Jones' writing; she provides us with the best stories while simultaneously leaving breadcrumbs so we can follow her like gullible Hansel and Gretels. I'm excited for this book to release, so the world can get a deeper insight into just how talented Jones is. An excellent book and series that I wholeheartedly recommend, and I can't wait for the rest of the series.
