Actually, it was good to an extent to read this book. I really liked the last part, where they included a 20-story collection written by people who attended the PASS support group. It was also important to me to learn from this book that, for some people, a very unhealthy eating lifestyle may be worth figuring out as a first step. It was also mind-shifting to me to let exposure not just be oriented toward fear-challenging but also toward searching for what might be interesting in every exposure to the person.

The ideas presented in this book were very helpful to me in changing the way I view anxiety and panic attacks. Everyone, but especially those who struggle with managing stress and nervousness, would benefit from reading the perspectives and techniques presented in this book. Change is possible. You're not alone. Keep persevering because it will pay off eventually!

I didnt really learn anything from this book. It was just something I saw at the bookstore and since I suffer from panic attacks decided to get it. The other panic attack book was way better.
