Another take on property investing which I have been doing now for 15 years.
This is the first time I have read the suggestion to save 50k-100k before you purchase your first investment property. I would have never even been able to get into the investing game if I had used this method. I did not have that kind of discipline then.
I don’t agree with the take on paying more taxes and being fine with it. I work to hard for my money to give it to Uncle Sam who makes far worse financial choices then I ever will. The author states wealthier people pay less in taxes.
I don’t understand this concept. If someone making 40k a year pays 20 cents of each dollar versus some making 300k each year paying 35 cents of each dollar how do the wealthier pay less?
I definitely appreciate where the author came from which was nothing. I can relate to this side of his story.
