Lou When Daddy passed away, he left me the family diner to run, my rebellious little sister to look after, and a pile of debt. Two years on and I’m struggling to keep us all afloat. So when Colt turns up with his pop-up rib van and steals our customers, I’m determined to drive him out of town.
I’ll do anything to keep Daddy’s diner running and his memory alive, even if it means betraying my own heart.
Colt From the moment I arrive in town, she wants me gone. But one look at her curves, and I’m not going anywhere. She puts on this tough woman act, but underneath there’s a little girl that needs looking after. She’s had enough hurt to last a lifetime, and now I’m here to heal her wounds.
But can I convince her to choose love, or will the past drag her down?
Lou is book eleven in the Curvy Girls Can series. Short, sweet and steamy insta-love stories about women with big curves, big attitudes, and big dreams and the men who love them.
Always with a happily ever after. Each book in the series is a standalone. No cliffhangers.
I really enjoyed Lou and Colt's love story. Lou is struggling to keep it together, running her father's slowly failing diner and raising her teenage sister. So when Colt rolls into town with his food truck, selling ribs and stealing all her customers, Lou is livid! Colt is captivated, and recognizes the pain she's feeling. A food challenge leads to an emotional breakthrough, which leads to understanding, which finally leads to love. But Lou still has to let go of her past, and Colt has to decide if she's worth the extra effort. This is instalove, so of course Colt makes the right decision! A short read, but fun and sexy. Well worth your time and energy. Happy Reading!!

Lou is hot and bothered by the competition or is she just hot for Colt. Flirty, fun read where the food is tasty and finger licking good, but will it all come to an end when the pop up kitchen leaves for the next town. Lou challenges Colt to a cook off, winner takes all, but will this be the end of a possible romance or the budding of a new venture.

How could I not love a strong woman holding down the fort after her Father died and taking care of her rebellious sister! I couldn't get enough of this sassy woman, who needed a break and someone to be there to care for her at once. She wasn't sure the competition, ring slinging food truck runner, Colt was that man. But he had no problem showing her. There were bumps in the road, but i loved the way it ended!

Lou is trying to save the struggling diner her father started but she runs into trouble when a new food truck selling ribs comes to town with hottie Colt at the helm. These two are at odds but find themselves attracted to each other. Colt is just the change that Lou needs in this sweet tale.

I didn't connect with the H at all. I also hated how he called the h "little girl." Then the one sex scene was so unimpressive, it was like the author phoned it in. It was completely unsexy and lackluster.
She has a diner and he has a food truck. The attraction is there . They have a cook off which he wins. She upset that he was from the mc club her mother left them for. They finally talk and all things are good.
Colt and lou are my favourite couple. Lou is grief stricken in this book, and Colt supports her and helps her through it. I am glad that her was there to offer her the support she needed.
A little competition leads to so much more when Lou and Colt meet. Even if she tries to deny, you can see their chemistry coming off the pages. This was fun and flirty and I liked their banter.
Lou and Colt are cooking up a story that saviors. Lou is left the family's diner after her father dies long with the debt and responsibility of keeping it going. When Colt comes in with his food truck, Lou is determined to keep her customers no matter the cost. Colt takes one look at Lou and the sparks ignite. Can these two come together to create a recipe that is sure to fill their hearts? I voluntarily agreed to receive an ARC of this book for an honest review.
