I had no idea that making pasta was so easy! One thing that he does that I don't remember others doing is that he rolls his pasta twice on each setting. Is that the key? Lots of great sounding recipes accompany the pasta but I was also hoping for more graphic colored pasta designs and different shapes. But looking forward to reading more of his books.
