when your cheating, lying, scum bag husband accidentally sets you up with guy that ACTUALLY deserved you…😍 this was amazing! thank you heather for recommending this book! it was so much fun and soo short! i highly recommend! mav is one of the sweetest and most thoughtful heros ive read in awhile!

A friend of mine recommend me this book and I came into it with zero expectations. But then I fell in love with Zara and Mayven. I was a bit skeptical of the infidelity storylines but B.Love made me root for these two until the very end.

I am seriously in love with B. Love's book at this point. It doesn't matter what the hell I'm reading at the moment, I will drop everything I am reading to read her books!
First thing I did this morning (after praying), was pick up my tablet so I could read this book, and boy was it a good one!
One thing I know about B. Love, is that I can always expect her to come through with something unique, different, and/or something that I have never seen before.
I absolutely adored this story and adored Mayven even more.
Like on some real, Mayven is just my type, and had a bitch swoonin' like a muthafucka, okay? My mans knew what he wanted and did not stop until he got it! Even though he had to play dirty he gave no shits, and I loved it! He's just a good ass man with a lot of love for those he cared about and I luff (no typo) him so much.
My girl Zara was really going through it with her weak ass nigga bruh. I was so glad that she gave zero fucks and gave up that coochie when May asked for it. Cause on the real, at first I was expecting her to turn him down and it lowkey had me givin' shorty the side eye! But she proved me wrong and had me beating on my chest like a proud sister lmaooo! In the end I was proud of
Cayden..... I was so back and forth about how I felt about this man child. At times I felt bad for him, and wanted him to get his shit together. Like the man was such a manipulator he had ME wanting to give his ass a chance. But this man was so selfish and cared about himself. Like he couldn't own up to his mistakes and admit he needed help until it was too late. Like I could go on and on about this man, but you just have to read it for your self.
All in all, amazing read and I can't wait to read more from this amazing author.

Another banger by B.Love I enjoyed it. Zara definitely hung in there with Cayden for as long as she could. Cayden is yet lost soul that feels their spouse will be emotionally mistreated and still stay. The extent that Cayden went to just to gain his wife's respect was uncalled for. Zara really needed some appreciation and found that in Mayven.

Interesting storyline
This was a really different type of story. I was so over Zara being so wishy washy about Cayden. I’m glad Cayden’s stupidity put her in the presence of a real one. Mayven was the man Zara needed and deserved. It’s a shame Ashton got caught up in Cayden’s dumb plan. I’m glad in the end everyone got what they deserved.

Wow. That was a crazy book. It took me on a wild ride. I don’t think this will be for everyone, there’s cheating, and some violence (nothing graphic) and a little bit of a love triangle. But. Wow. It was crazy and also sweet and when I finished it I had a huge smile on my face.

Omg this was really good. Being a basketball wife and dealing with infidelity can be a lot. But the twist of the story, as Sara said her ex set her up for her next! Lol highly recommending.

Different but still a good read!
This book is about Zara and Mayven. This book is not your normal romance, it’s actually normally a no no for me. With that being said I did enjoy this book. Zara is married to Cayden and he is trifling and I whole heartedly mean that. He has constantly cheated on Zara, has a gambling problem, and immensely selfish. He is a famous basketball player so all his scandals are broadcasted.
I enjoyed Zara, I appreciated the fact that after all she’s been through she was still herself. She did not allow her marriage to make her bitter and she was still receptive to love. Zara wasn’t a doormat but I do wish she would’ve left her marriage earlier. She was married about 95% of this book. It seemed obvious that Cayden would not change. I wish it didn’t take Mayven coming along to recognize her worth.
Now Mayven was a man with a past but it did not hinder his future. He saw what he wanted and went for it full throttle. He was protective and vocal. He was honest with Zara despite feared reactions and I can respect that. I enjoyed the chemistry and love between the two. And that they both had a spiritual relationship with God.
There is an unexpected twist that adds to the story. I will say Cayden does some admirable things towards the end, but a little too late to change the road he was already on.
I definitely recommend this book!

If this story doesn't make you believe in love and second chances then you need some help!!
Mayven is truly the street gentleman. The way he loved on Zara and respected her situation while still showing her that he wanted to be with her was amazing. Cayden truly seemed like he might have been dealing with a mental illness with his way if gambling, cheating, drinking, drugs, and frivolous spending. I loved how Zara stood her grounds with Mayven and Cayden. When the both prayed for each other, my heart swooned even more for their love to flourish. This love story is all about second chances in love and in life. Mayven received a second chance at life when he decided to leave the streets alone for good. Zara got a second chance at true love when she finally ended her marriage with Cayden. Cayden got a second chance at life once he owned up to his mistakes and let Zara be free and hopefully started truly working on being a better man. I loved every minute of this story and I hope you do as well!!

Another amazing read!!!
Queen B. Love done blessed us with another one. Zara did what most women in her position who are married and are dealing with selfish spouse. Women try so hard to make it give it another shot, giving chance after chance so that when it's all said and done we crash say I gave it my all. More time than not it rings us for the next guy.
I'm glad that despite all Cayden put her through,she was still open to love. Mayven was it for her, he started with alterior motives but him coming clean made her want him more. If f'boy was a person Cayden picture would pop up. He had an f'd up way of thinking and really deserved that beat done Mayven gave him and whatever else coming his way. Love wins in the end, who doesn't love love💞. I would love to get an update on Zara and Mayven.

Ughhhh Zara and Mayven were the cutest. Zara and Cayden’s marriage was on its last legs; Cayden couldn’t tell the truth to save his life. & Just when I thought Cayden couldn’t be any worse, he proved me wrong. Cayden didn’t recognize what he had in Zara until it was too late. Mayven was so dreamy; I loved his character—he was a gentle thug and he loved and protected Zara. In my opinion, Zara was too good for Cayden and even at the end, she still had his best interest at heart. This was a good read; that offered just the right amount of Romance and drama..it also had me ready to throw my phone a few times because I was too done with Cayden and the shenanigans 🥴. I loved everything about this book and it was a quick read! ❤️

Can I just say that Cayden ain't ish? This dude got some issues for real, for real! Why was you doing so much man? I felt for Zara, as she was such a sweet person, doing all she could to be supportive of her man. He just was not worthy of her. Mayven!! Loved him from the start! Although, Zara was put on his radar on some bs, he knew that she would become someone important in his life. He held nothing back in his pursuit of her, and was even honest when all the ish went down; knowing that he could potentially lose her. The way that they had each others back, even when it seemed they were on opposite sides due to Cayden, was everything! They were the couple that was meant to be all along.

When I Took One Look At You It Was Fire Baby
One of the most detrimental things that Cayden could've done was making a way for Mayven and Zara's paths cross that gave Zara the push that she needed to leave for good and divorce Cayden. Cayden was a terrible husband to Zara and she stayed way past their expiration date but Mayven was there to give her all the love, protection, and security that she so desired and needed. I'm glad that Cayden didn't get away with the Melissa and Ashton situation and that he let Zara go to live her life to the fullest and be happy. I didn't want Mayven and Zara to get pregnant though.

Listen Zara was LOYAL and knew she should have left Cayden a long time ago but stayed around really thinking he would change his ways. But where Cayden messed up at was trying to involve outsiders because that same outsider would show Zara how a man should really treat her, in which happened. Mayven had this hood but sweet aura about him. I loved that he was honest with Zara regarding the robbery plan AND I also loved that he listened to Zara when it came to comforting Cayden. He showed Zara what she really needed and wanted which was so sweet. As always B.Love NEVER disappoints!

I couldn't get past the intention
Let me first say that this book was well written. However, it was not for me. When I read the synopsis I had a feeling I wouldn't like this book, but B. Love was one of my favorites so I figured maybe I was rushing to judgement. Unfortunately, I was mistaken. The intention or under story beyond the romance bothers me so much. It seems to be the theme lately; woman stays in a bad relationship no matter what until someone comes to save her. How is this ok? No one, but The Almighty should love you more than you. What happened to self love, self worth? Why are we so often portrayed as weak and in need of saving?

Cayden learned that sometimes the pit you dig for others is the one you fall in yourself. A woman will love hard but when she's done, she's done. Zara loved Cayden but learned love is often not enough when so much else is lacking. Thank goodness she had a real man in Mayven that saw her worth and added tax to her value. B Love comes with the unconventional love stories and I'm always here for them.

So here is where I am with B. Love's works...she is a beast with her pen. She can take the most unusual angle and give us all of the elements that make a great romance story - strong female and male protagonist, character development and fiery sex scenes. Oh did I mention the sex scenes...my goodness. Mayven is bae...and Cayden is not. Thanks for giving us another good one!

I really feel like Ashton's final "hustle" was to make sure his brother found everything he needed. Mayven and Zara were truly meant to be together; they just had to find one another. Zara poured into Cayden until she had nothing left. Cayden could not truly appreciate all that she had to offer but that was because they weren't meant to be together and he was too immature. Talk about being set up for a come up!

I have never hated one of your characters like I did Cayden! Whew Chile. How Far a stayed and put up with foolishness is beyond me. He was just straight tryfling. But I did like how she turned the tables back on him and set him up in the end. Glad he didn't snitch of Mayven and took whatever came his way. Good read!

Set Up for Love!!!
The drama that took place in this story could not prepare me for the man that Mayven was. He stepped in and claimed Zara from first site and she deserved everything that he was. I was thoroughly pleased with the outcome of this story and would recommend it to anyone who enjoys a good urban love story.

I loved this story!!!! Cayden really pissed me off though... Zara was giving him all he needed yet she still wasn’t enough, smh!! But Mayven, whew honey he swept in for the kill and got just what he wanted!! Cause no deserved all that he got for being underhanded and sneaky and I’m glad Zara and Mayven pushed forward to make their love last forever!!

This story was an example of what was meant for bad can result in good. Mayven was the real MVP. He was everything Zara

Loved!
This book was so damn good! I loved Mayven, he was everything! Cayden, was wrong on so many levels, he supposed to be so misreable without her but talking about he kept his appearence up for other ladies. This was a great Sat read, I can go on with my day, with a happy feeling❤️

Amazing
This is a new author for me but this will definitely not be my last book of hers! This book was amazing start to finish. There was just enough steam to keep it interesting on that point but the love story between Zara and Mayven was what really created the mood of the book.

What one won't appreciate, another one will!
This story was great. I loved the openness of the characters. There was truth, awareness, vulnerability, betrayal, forgiveness, love, and a touch of spirituality. What's not to love? This was my first time reading a B. Love story. I am now a fan!

Every time I read a book by B Love, I marvel at just how talented an author she is. The story was so riveting. It grabbed a hold of me all the way to the end. Mayven was definitely bae😍😍 and his love scenes with Sara were so descriptive, I felt like I was watched a movie. Job well done. Read it. You won't be disappointed😊😊😊.!!!!!
