A good book for beginners to the subject of etiquette. It didn't entirely meet my expectations as I have already some knowledge on the topic and was looking for more precise, "hidden" etiquette rules. But the book is very clear (organised by theme) and remains a good first approach to etiquette, particularly if you're new to the business world and are looking for general advice.
