Good Book for new Managers

If someone is reading such book, that person is struggling with time, and need to get quick inputs on improvement of time management. In such cases, it is difficult to read 300-400 pages of book and then slowly start adopting the learning into daily life. This book have good content, precise and experimental. For a new manager, this is a quick introduction of how to optimize your time.
