' The forbidden trilogy' is a contemporary stepbrother romance by the best selling author Tracy Lorraine.
After reading this trilogy , I felt like I had been living under a rock! Why the hell haven't I read this marvelous series before! It was absolutely breathtaking and I enjoyed every book of this series.
Lauren and Ben have a complicated relationship. Ben being her stepbrother does not help the matter . They both have always been attracted to each other and don't know how long they can stay away. Once they give in to their attraction , all hell breaks loose and they have to seperate again. Lots of misunderstanding and lack of communication forces then to stay apart and futher develop distance.
I hates thay part of the story. They could have communicated a little and all the misunderstandings could have been removed. It would have saved them from so much pain. My heart broke for them both. But over all this trilogy was amazing and what I absolutely loved about it was , it made me feel every emotion! I was high on pain and heartache and when these two got their HEA , I was just so happy! Because they clearly deserved it!
Tracy Lorraine has once again done it! She has ruthlessly given me one of my top reads of this year! I am so grateful for the chance to read this story and would definitely recommend it to all the contemporary romance lovers out there!

In the end, true love always wins.

Well she’s done it again! Is there anything Tracy Lorraine can’t do? I dare anyone to read this and not fall head over heels in love with Ben Johnson.
This is a beautifully written story and whilst it may be ‘taboo’ I just just pure raw true love between Lauren and Ben. He is so gentle, kind and caring toward her. He’s spent years putting up walls to protect himself from his devastating loss of his Dad and then the evilness of his stepdad, yet he melts the moment he’s with Lauren. Reading his warring emotions as he tries to process it all himself only adds to the realism and make you fall for him a bit more.
There is so much going on in this book, setting up scenes for future books that you just know are going to blow you away. The story behind BJ is more heartbreaking than I think we first realised when we see him in The Falling series with Dec and Liam. I can’t wait to find out what happens next.
OMG!! What a wild ride!!! And it’s not over yet!! Yet another cliff hanger!!! Tracy Lorraine is really killing me here!
Picking up after a 6 year gap, of which we’ve seen some of Ben in her previous series as he helps Dec and Liam get their girls. This picks up from the point in Falling for Liam when BJ gets the call his step dad is dead.
This book has a bit of everything. The plot twists and turns had me gasping. ( I don’t want to spoil it for anyone but you really need to read it) I think this book left me with a few more questions than answers and I can’t wait to get the answers to them.
Will Lauren realise she still loves Ben and be with him?
Just who is Joe?
Will the business survive?
Is there more ghosts from Nicks past?
Will Chris sweep Jenny off her feet.... finally?
Can Erica live with her guilt?
I don’t think I’ll have any finger nails left by the time the next book comes out. 🤣 oh and the whole step brother thing? Not even an issue, she is totally his lobster 🦞.
Oh. My. God. Just when you think you’ve figured out who the sexiest book boyfriend is by Tracy Lorraine she goes and one ups herself with Ben Johnson.
This is the conclusion to the three part story of Ben and Lauren. It brings together all the loose ends and sets the scene beautifully for a follow on series with other characters.
Seeing Ben and Lauren finally talk things through and work on their second chance is beautiful. I love the sense of humour Ben has throughout all the books even though he’s been to hell and back. Plus Livs comments about his right hand had me floored!! 😂😂 I enjoyed the bringing together of Bens two worlds as he was finally able to say a goodbye to the beach as his home and fully take on board the company and give it his all. Seeing Lauren come to terms with everything is nice too, we see her stronger and mature by the end of the book. A strong female and sexy alpha male, really what more could you ask for?
I can’t wait to see how Tracy Lorraine tops this.

Falling for the Forbidden: 4 stars
I love Tracy Lorraine's writing. I love her style, her flow, her stories. But every once in a while a favorite author releases a book that just doesn't hit the mark.
And that's okay.
I enjoyed this book, but it did feel a bit...rushed. Lauren and Ben were forbidden but explosive.
But that ending? I'm not a huge fan of series where the H and h separate for years because of miscommunication. That's personal for me, so if that doesn't bother you, then the ending might be better for you.

Ugh. I hate, HATE giving a 3 star rating on a Tracy Lorraine book but I'm just not a fan of this series. We all come to understand Ben's decisions for leaving. He did it for his mom AND Lauren. But Lauren, despite being 6 years older, acted more childish than the first book when she was only 18.
I wasn't a big fan of this book. Lauren was too harsh. Again, I understand why she's mad, but she didn't even give Ben a chance or listen to him.

This one was better than Losing the Forbidden, but it still wasn't fantastic. I mean, Lauren still refuses to forgive Ben. I mean, Jesus Christ, he did everything for HER (and his mom) and yet she took her father's side? That pissed me off.
However, I did like the ending. I was rooting, MOSTLY, for Ben. Lauren wasn't my favorite by the end, but I'm so happy Ben got what he wanted in the end.

Falling for the Forbidden-This book was so exhilarating! I can always get behind a good forbidden romance and this one was one I was for. There is nothing better than rooting for the people to be together when they aren't supposed to be together. This book was such a page turner, it kept me wanting more and more. These characters were not hard to fall in love with.
Losing the Forbidden-Just when you think the story is going to go one way, its taken a whole different turn. The character development is strong. Seeing Ben and Lauren continue their story was one I was totally engaged in. They continue having to fight with all new aspects coming up left and right. You are definitely taken on a wild ride with these two after this story. To get to the end, thinking things are gonna go the way they are supposed to and then they just don't. I'm excited to continue the story with these two.
Fighting for the Forbidden-Tracy has done it once again. She always give out such strong characters that its hard to not like them. I would of liked a little more build up between the characters it seemed a little too instant. I was having a little bit of trouble connecting with Lauren she comes off a bit flat and then she seemed to get her backbone to get turned around again. Hopefully in the next book she can redeem herself. Can't wait to hear the next part of the story.

After being gone for six years Ben returns after news of his stepdad's death to be there for his mom and Lauren. Emotions are high and the chemistry between these two are still there but things have changed. Great Continuation but it ends in a cliffhanger.

The Forbidden Trilogy by Tracy Lorraine is the previously released Falling for the Forbidden, Loosing the Forbidden and Fighting for the Forbidden all in one box set. Tracy Lorraine tells a wonderful story and each book is better than the last.
Falling for the Forbidden: Ben and Lauren are step brother and sister living in the same household. They eventually find love. Lauren's dad hates Ben. After an altercation with Lauren's dad Ben just leaves without any explanation. Lauren is devastated. Cliffhanger! Loved it!
Loosing the Forbidden: It's been six years since Ben left. He comes back and finds that Lauren has moved on. Secrets are uncovered on both sides. Cliffhanger! Super Good!

Lauren’s dad is bad news from the beginning and does everything he can to control Lauren’s life including who should be in it. This trilogy is set over three books and will keep you reading from book one to book three without moving!

Having read these some time ago I decided to delve back in now they are in a box set together. I had forgotten how beautiful and pure Lauren and Ben’s story is. So much so that I literally consumed the entire series in one day again. The attractive thing about this story is how well written it is, events that happen aren’t so out there that they are purely fiction and are deeply rooted in reality. In fact some of the things that occur I have been guilty of a time or two myself. I mean who hasn’t at one time tried to make an ex jealous of you with someone else. A beautiful tragedy with a hea. You need to read this series you won’t be disappointed.

This is Ben and Lauren’s complete story. It was so good. This trilogy is filled with angst, heartbreak, secrets, lies, revealed truths and love. Ben and Lauren knew they should stay away from each other, but the pull between them was too strong. This trilogy will make you cry, gasp and laugh. There were times that I wanted to throw my kindle, but I refrained myself. Tracy wrote such an emotional read. My heart went up, down and all around. She had me so entranced with their story that I read the whole thing in one day. I need to know what would happen and didn’t put it down until I was finished. Don’t pass up this trilogy.

I decided to read the trilogy because I knew that the way Tracy Lorraine writes I would devour this book, I was not wrong..
These two kids don’t really know each other and their parents get married forcing them to be family .. obviously Jenny is kind and patient but also aloof and naive..several times it seems like Lauren’s dad is just with her for the money or the company that is supposed to be Bens but he does not like Ben..
Her dad is definitely up to something..
Their attraction is off the charts.. with steamy scenes .. they lack communication and they definitely waste a lot of time because if it .
This is an excellent read, it has everything you need in a stepbrother romance...

It was nice to see the writer kept true to the characters although with some growth and development from the first book. I was captivated from page 1 of falling for the forbidden to the final pages in fighting for the forbidden. This is a must read!

The Forbidden Trilogy is a story about love between step siblings and their journey to HEA. Ben and Lauren shouldn’t be together, but the attraction is so strong that they give in to the feeling. And they fall in love with each other. But is love enough to survive all the ups and downs? Tracy did a really great job with this story. It’s well written and captivating. If you like emotional and steamy reads with some unexpected turns than this book is for you.

This is one trilogy that I did not mind waiting for. Ben and Lauren have one angsty, sexy, forbidden ride and I couldn't put this down. It was explosive and I swear I didn't blink while reading. I laughed, I cried, I blushed, I screamed and I almost threw my kindle! It just pulled every emotion.

Gripping
Another outstanding book series. Loved the angst and drama that these two had to go though, to get their happy ending.
Total page turned that was hard to put down.

Such an emotional read absolutely love ben and laurens story. The emotional rollercoaster these two incredible characters go through is so touching you can feel it as you read it, it had me laughing and crying at times with this story. Another fabulous story written by the incredibly talented tracy lorraine if only i could give it more then 5 stars i would.

Tracy Lorraine is one of my favorite authors and yet again she wrote a book that did not disappoint! This sexy step brother forbidden Trilogy had the chemistry sizzling off the pages and was a Rollercoaster of emotions. The story between Lauren and Ben will have you in all the feels. I absolutely loved this story and this world.
