“You fit me perfectly, Theseus, son of Aegeus. I am your mate, and you must be mated.”

First…awesome cover. Second…I need to read blurbs because I had no idea that this would be Theseus and *the* Minotaur.

Basically…what if Theseus didn’t choose Ariadne? Or Phaedra? The girls do have a brother, after all…

We begin with Theseus under the Cretan palace, making his way through the Labyrinth.

The Minotaur is super strong. He’s able to overpower Theseus without much fuss.

Theseus had no clue that the beast could even speak, let alone be…more.

It’s cool how Theseus goes from thinking of him as an “it” to realizing that he is, actually, Asterion.

“We were promised. I was promised a worthy mate that would arrive one day. Now you are here. I will mate you, Theseus, son of Aegeus.”

Helpful, but not required, to know a bit of the mythology here.

Great variety. Hot and passionate. Asterion has quite the tongue.

Guess now we know why Ariadne is so salty in her book 😂.

One of the few erotic short stories with zero typos. Beautiful dialogue; strong prose.

Cool ending. Did not expect the HEA.

“Will you let me go, when you are through?”
“I will never be through with you, Theseus, son of Aegeus.”

Hot and steamy!

Short read full of Monster/Man spice. This isn't the first Minotaur short I've read but its a bit different and a good one. Perfect when you need a short spicy read!

I wish there was a book 2

I absolutely enjoyed the story but I do wish it was longer
I would love to read about how they built a life together and maybe even had children
