Not disappointed!
I devoured this book and with good reason. I think it had just the right amount of everything in it. Percy and Jazmine finally got a story a wanted to hear. I love Pia and Homer. Like how adorable are these couple in this books. I think the focus was exactly were it need to be and left us wanting more because we know at least two more books are coming. If you've started with Desiree from the beginning of the catalog then you know her books run long and are entertaining as all get out. I'll be checking the site for the next one for sure. And when it's all said and done, I'll re-read the ALL the books again!

This one might be my favorite of the series so far. Simply because we got to deep dive more into Percy and Jasmine relationship. Homer and Pia also felt so well developed as parents and separately as people. It was refreshing to see Homers demeanor change in small ways, but he continued to be himself. We saw the light shined on him in a way that highlighted his strength in a good way. Especially in his relationship with Pia, he was gentler but also pushed her alot into becoming a better version of herself, all the while feeling safe. Really appreciated his overall development. I had been waiting for this because I couldn't stand him in book one. lol
They definitely give me 'king & queen' vibes and I'm excited to see them slowly become the heads of the family as a whole, together.
Percy and Jasmine are truly my favorite toxic couple. But we really got to see their dynamic change and grow into something that could be beautiful. I loved seeing their emotions and love for one another pan out over the chapters. Through the hate, the deceit, the confusion, through therapy, make up sex. It was all piled up to show in the end they were meant for one another. I want more of them honestly.
This book also dipped into the past of the parents in this book. It showed alot on how the things the parents taught them or continued to have them do and accept effected them in huge ways as adults. Alot of drama and blow ups happened in this book and we also got to be introduced to alot of new characters which I'm excited to see. I love mermaids and I enjoy the paranormal touches in every book. Its never too much but just enough added into every day life. Excited to pick up book 4 soon.

Boyyy do these characters irk my nerves in the absolute best possible ways. I started my journey with these characters in Hoodwinked at the top of the year, not knowing that it was going to be a full out series. And I will give it to Desiree, this one of the only series that I’ve felt compelled to constantly check the status of for updates on the release of the next books because I’m invested THAT much.
All the ways in which these characters are connected...it SHOULD be overwhelming and shouldn’t make any sense at all. It SHOULD be ridiculous and a bitch to follow. The connections and interwoven threads between these characters…its like reading Butterfly Effect on speed...but somehow, someway, it WORKS!
It's hard to say much about this book without spoiling anything but I will say I cannot WAIT until the next two titles drop.
Side note: The Skye family always goes in on Delilah and how she’s always in people’s business and meddling with things she shouldnt...but at least she goes into it with some semblance of a plan. Tallulah on the other had. THAT girl is ALWAYS in someone's business, meddling in things she has NO business and is just reckless and wild with it. Another one
Desiree has becoming one of the best storytellers in this genre. From beginning to end you're so into the story and wanting more by the time it ends....I can't wait to see how everything plays out with the couple's and their families. I love Homer and Pia. And I'm glad Percy and jasmine are on the road to a better marriage. I need more about Fowler too. I think I might love him. Lol. Great job as always Desiree. Can't wait until Fantasea drops.

So worth the wait
This book, well as it was told turned three books were anticipated by ALL who love the author Desiree. I am so happy for Jasmine and Percy, we finally have them on the same page and wanting to be with one another. Homer and Pia are on their way and am looking forward to seeing what is up next for them. That dang Delilah though, all I'm gone do is shake my head at her. Glad we readers will get book two very soon I can't wait to see what happens to her and if Ben done had it with her. Will Michael and Ryan really get married and what is to become of Indigo and her baby and the band daddy? So looking forward to the next book.

YESSSSSSS
This was one amazing follow up to Moon Child. This book definitely had me cheering and biting my nails at some of the things that were going on. I'm excited for Homer and Pia. Homer has grown from that overly arrogant and obnoxious older Skye to the protector and family man. Desiree keeps these stories going and each one just gets better with a sprinkle of new characters entering the fold. So curious to know more about Kayla and what is the mystery behind the very outspoken Ryan. Can't wait to read what's in store for everyone now that things have shifted and not in a good way.

Where do I start?
First I must say that I am never disappointed with a Desiree book. I read it slowly so that I could savor it. These couples were a hand full and I can’t wait to read more about them. I’m really glad that Jasmine and Percy, along with Pia and Homer seem to be getting things on track. This book was well written and the character development was awesome. I can’t wait to read Fantasea.

Worth the Wait
I am at a loss for words. There is nothing I can say but Desiree has done it again. This book was a work of art once again bringing to life the characters I love and hate and even making me love some who I previously hated. Well done Desiree, take a bow. Very well written. Your imagination to put this to paper is astounding. Can’t wait for what’s to come.

Desireé never disappoints. It was an anticipated read for me like many others and it was worth the wait. This story is the building to the end of this series and was just enough to wet my beak 🤣. I do love Percy with all of my heart and he is my boo and has been my boo 🤗. 5 stars ⭐️

Man I don't know where to start with this book. Desiree has always made me look at things differently but not from the magical stuff. It's the things the characters say about real life things like when Percy and Lu talked in the kitchen about how niggas ain't ish. I loved the way the main couples have come into their own. Staying in their lane and protecting each other. The three signs has definitely been seen so things are going to get crazy!!!
