Have you ever fallen in love, with the idea of love?
In the era of live-in relationships, failed marriages, Ishika, a charming modern girl, has grown up witnessing the blissful arrange marriage of her parents and is looking for a similar fairy tale.
Destiny bestows on her two choices of elusive love.
Will either of them persuade Ishika?
Or will she deny both in the quest of her idea towards love?
"Love is boundless; it cannot be conquered by the idea of falling in love with your brain or beliefs. It runs with no logic."
Ishika, our protagonist, is a well established girl, who has grown up being pampered by her parents as a only child. Her parents have a long successful arranged marriage, that's filled with love. And this beautiful relationship of her parents has made Ishika believe that arrange marriage will bring her the love of her life. Just like the blurb of this book asks "Can you fall in love with the idea of love?" Ishika has fallen in love with its idea. But destiny doesn't follow as per one's plans. It introduces two men into her life, one through an arranged set-up, and one by coincidence. She falls in love with one, and from here it's the story of her internal struggle to come at peace with her emotions and accept them.
The language is simple and plain. And editing could have been more crisp.
I loved the strong and independent characterisation of Ishika, but my favourite character out of this story is Aditya. His character is differently weaved than most of his kinds in romance novels. My other favourite thing about this story is close knit and sweet female friendships, and the sis code of staying there through the thicks and thins of one's friends.
What I didn't like was the love story here seemed superficial, and focused mostly on physical beauty of people. It failed to establish the connection with the characters'and their love story.
This is a short sweet journey of Ishika towards breaking her stereotypes about finding love. If romance makes you feel bored this might not be the book to pick up. But if you are a fan of chick flicks then this might be the book to spend your weekend hours with.

BOOK : A MOONLIGHT PROPOSAL AUTHOR : SAYALI ARORA RATING ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐/5
Do you believe in love marriages? What made you believe in it and Why?
Romance and marriages have always fascinated me and so did this book.A MOONLIGHT PROPOSAL by SAYALI ARORA revolves around the protagonist Ishika.Ishika is a jolly and enthusiastic girl. Many of us look upon our parents as an ideal couple and that was the same with Ishika. The success relationship of her parents made her believe in love, specifically arrange marriages.
Being a normal girl, bollywood and movies have had an impact on her.But she did not feel the same when she met Aditya. She questioned why dint she feel the same butterflies as shown on the screens. She was a talented girl and hence received praises and admirations from many of her team mates. But one team mate had a vibe which attracted her the most and he was Siddhant.
But Here's the twist. For a girl who strongly believes in arrange marriages, whom among Aditya and Siddharth will she choose? And the main question arises is will she really choose someone amomg these two becuase of her stronger belief in arrange marriages than love marriages?
To know the answers of all these questions head ahead and read this beautifully woven story by the author. The book will take you on an emotional journey where you could relate to many things too if you are someone like Ishika. The language was lucid and the depiction of characters was well done. Also a five star for the mind blowing and beautiful cover.

Moonlight Proposal by Sayali Arora is a cute love story revolving around three characters Ishika, Siddhant and Aditya. Ishika always believed that the successful marriage can only happen by an Arrange marriage as she consider her parents the world’s best couple and so she feels perfect and successful life will be made only by arrange marriage. Author gave us a very meaningful message in this book by conveying a message and also breaking the stereotype that “Successful marriage are not the outcome of arranged marriage. A successful marriage is a result of mutual understanding, cooperation, trust, care and respect towards each other.” The story pulls around Ishika, a beautiful and go with the flow girl. She was born to a amazing and lively parents. As her parents had an arrange marriage, she has already made her mind about love and marriage. She was bit comfortable and happy when she was introduced to Aditya. The story then continues ahead, much recommended book, not moving ahead or else would break the silence and will share the spoilers.
The most complicated feeling is Love & yet I picked this Book to start my Monday with some Love 😍😁❤️(not complication 😅)
Ishika idolises her parents relationship which was an arranged match 💍 Also she is at an interesting stage of her career working hard towards her goals 😎 With all those idolisation of Love within arranged match & expectations she meets Aditya 😇 Aditya has all those attributes she deemed fit as a partner yet he does not arouse any kind of feelings of Love within her 🤭
In the midst of these realisations she gets to travel to Mumbai for a work related project and bumps into Siddhant at her work place 🙃 Bingo ! Opposite attracts 😁 Siddhant a focused professional and an extreme introvert is all set to break her heart or woo her Read this book to know 🤪
Arranged or Love? The story is not only about who is destined to be together 💜 but while reading this book there were many places giving so much clarity about what kind of unrealistic expectations we keep from a relationship but are we also invested enough to expect? 💞
The author has beautifully written this delightful, emotional & fascinating story of Love & Compassion ❤️😍 Do read this beautiful tale & the cover is totally eye-catching 😁💛
Moon Light Proposal is a cute romatic novel. As Author mentioned, it is indeed a journey towards the discovery of LOVE.
Ishika Kapoor, a beautiful, charming and independent girl in her early twenties, believes in arranged marriage rather than love marriage because her father Shantanu Kapoor from Delhi and mother Nandini Arora from Amritsar, two strangers from different states tied their knot through arranged marriage and they are celebrating their happily ever after married life. Ishika adores the way her parents explains the way they feel when they met for the first time. After hearing all those stories and by seeing the way her parents love each other, she took a decision that she will only get married through an arranged marriage. She rejected many proposals she got during her college life and from colleagues. At last her parents find a perfect match for her. Aditya, son of their family friend. He graduated from abroad and taking care of his family business. Both families arranged a meeting. Aditya liked Ishika very much but she didn't felt that attraction/attachment back to him. But she agreed for some more dates to know each other. But very soon she have to shift to Mumbai for three months for job purpose. There she meets Siddhant. They both started enjoying each others company and the feeling was different for Ishika.
Will she find the love in Siddhant? Or will she marry Aditya? Whom she will choose?
Moon Light Proposal is a beautiful and cute romatic piece of work. After each chapter, it will rise curiosity in the reader's mind. Language is very simple and the characterization is beautifully done. Even though the plot was developing slowly, it will keep the reader dive into the book more. If you love romantic stories go for it without any second thought.
"Moonlight Proposal" by Sayali Arora is a story of Ishika, a charming and lively girl, who witnessing the beautiful arranged marriage of her parents intends to follow the same path. But the universe has other plans for her, and bestows upon her two equally caring and enchanting guys, Aditya and Siddharth. Whom will she choose?
✨ The story is really cute and romantic. It is a short read. The characters are described beautifully, they are interesting and the description is also smooth.
✨I really liked it. It was such a sweet tale, it definitely had its own charm and splendour. It was adorable and alluring but I would have loved it more if it was a little less monotonous.
✨ The description of various places mentioned in it, reminded me of my own travels and made me feel nostalgic 🙈.
✨ Although I felt that the ending was a little obvious, and some instances a little bit cliche.
✨ The language is easy and engaging. It's a good book for beginners as well as romance readers.
✨ It's a worthy book by a debut author, and deserves a chance.❤️
This book feels like our very own book. It feels as if it is written exclusively for you. The way this book is written is overwhelming. In the form of letters, it feels like the author is sitting right beside us and telling the story ( like in Audiobooks ). You will not feel alone while reading this. Every word of this book touches the heart. I am pretty sure, that after reading this book, you will get healed in way you wanted to live a happy love life. It is a cute book but I feel like the story had more potential
Moon Light Proposal" is a reasonable, happy and fascinating story of Ishika, She is the main character of the story, Aditya and sid are also important characters of the story. Basically the story about Ishika, who fantasy an arranged marriage just like her parents. Because ( Her father Shantanu Kapoor from Delhi and Her mother Nandani Arora from Amritsar ) Later Destiny fiddles its activity and Ishika's gets a chance to fall in love. I really like the mentioned questions at the end of each chapter. Well know more about the story of the book, must read this book 📖.
I totally agree with Ishika ↖️ because , I also saw a few of my seniors debating over arranged and love marriages. As more people were in favour of love marriages, I thought my review post should be for love this time. But then my mind whispered, ‘getting your parents to arrange someone for you is better – for they know what you want, and they will choose the best for you.’ The book cover is so beautiful and lively. Title of the book is apt for the plot and can't be better than this. Language is easy and narration is crisp that one can finish a book in go.
It meets more than my expectations. The book was written expertly and goes into great and important details about the interesting topic. Well imagined story written by debut Author ( Good job 🤟) I highly recommend it. It can positively change the way people live and enjoy their love life. My rating 4 star ✳️
This book is in the romance genre. And it's not the sexy, clothes-ripping, off the charts chemistry one. It’s a PG13, Sanskari Romance book. It follows Ishika, a naïve girl who believes that only an arranged marriage can find her the perfect life partner. Now let me clarify that why is believes so is because that how her parents got married and they have had a great marriage. So she meets Aditya but… she doesn’t feel anything for him. Like emotionally, physically nothing. And she is confused because she thought she would find “THE ONE” and she met him but doesn’t feel anything. Facepalm moment right there! After this drags on for a chapter or two, she moves to Mumbai from Delhi on the account of her job. There she meets this introverted guy, Siddhant. They develop mutual feelings but she doesn’t acknowledge it to herself and also rejects his proposal. She moves back to Delhi and here she realises that she loves Siddhant and go searching for him. But she doesn’t find him for two years. They meet at the wedding on one of their mutual friends and love blossoms. But in the duration of the two years she has been talking to Aditya and due to family pressure gotten engaged to him also. Ughh! But in the end, she ends up with Siddhant and they live happily ever after. Now I really don’t know how to feel about this book. I wanted to feel nice, reading this cutie-romancy book but it didn’t happen. The whole time I was reading this I was counting chapters “like 5 more chapters to go. Yeah I can do this”. The language was great but the plot was like a Bollywood romance movie. Nothing new, all cliché. And at one point I thought that this would have been a decent script for a Bollywood movie but as a book, I think it's not there yet. But I have to give two stars for the effort. Writing and getting it published. Coz I know how hard it is to write. I can hardly write a cohesive review at many times so I acknowledge that. So until the next one!!
Moonlight Proposal by Sayali Arora is a cute love story revolving around three characters Ishika, Siddhant and Aditya.
Ishika is a lively, optimistic girl who is a bundle of joy for everyone present around her. She has a very positive outlook on life and is successful in every sphere of life and aspires to have a fairytale love story like her parents'.
Ishika is smitten by the idea of arranged marriage and has firm belief that it's the only way to find her true love just like her Mom and Dad.
In pursuit of her "fairytale love" she meets Aditya as part of an arranged marriage proposal but to her dismay she doesn't feel anything for Aditya but still she keeps dragging him along (poor Aditya) just to give it some time and understand her feelings better.
Meanwhile Ishika has to go to Mumbai to work on a project where she meets Siddhant for whom she feels all the things she hoped to feel for Aditya.
Then after some twists and turns, the story reaches climax culminating in a happy ending.
The title and cover are very apt, these are absolutely in alignment with the story.
The story sometimes felt like watching some rajshri productions movie with everything happy and chill. It also relies heavily on stuff like coincidence and destiny.
Character description is good. Easy and fairly predictable storyline.
A unique quality of writing style was the effort to raise excitement through interrogative tone of the narration especially during the end of chapters.
Teens and young adults might enjoy reading this book.
¨Moonlight Proposal¨ by Sayali Arora is a Romance book. It totally talks about love, heartbreaks and destiny. It has a whole new concept. At the beginning of the story we meet the protagonist Ishika and the her parents.

🌷 My Opinion About The Book:
I absolutely loved and enjoyed reading this book. Romance, being my favourite, kept me hooked to the book until I finished reading it. The concept is new as now a days no one writes about arranged marriage. Being a debutant, Sayali needs to work on some minor things or else she is just awesome. I loved the writing style and the narration. Her Characters are lovely. The places are beautifully described which is less screen in debut authors.
.
🌷Recommendation:
I would surely recommend this book to everyone and specially to Romance Lovers. She had worked a lot being a new writer. The concept is new and different from most of romance novels of present days. I enjoyed reading it. It's a small read hence will refresh the mind of the readers.
Book: Moonlight Proposal Author: Sayali Arora Page count: 119 Genre: Fiction . "Love is boundless; it cannot be conquered by the idea of falling in love with your brain or beliefs. The Moonlight Proposal as the perfect name for this book This book is just like a Bermuda triangle of 3 peoples "Aditya-Ishika-Siddhant" Siddhant, then the man whom she loved the most, and Aditya who did every possible effort to make her move on.
Ishika believed that a successful marriage can only happen by calling an Arrange marriage and seeing a perfect man for having this successful relationship. The author gave us a very drifting mode in this book by conveying a message that “Successful marriage is not the outcome of arranged marriage. A successful marriage is a result of mutual understanding, cooperation and respect towards each other” This book is full of questions at the end of every chapter which arose a curiosity within you. . But what the end of the story? Will she live with siddhant or with Aditya? . By not spoiling the end I just recommend this book as a must-read, So that you can easily understand that how much you, your feelings are important for yourself asides everything.

She finds herself infatuated towards him , Siddharth being an introvert and a committed person towards his goal doesm't feel the same for her earlier . She confesses her love for sidd . 'Moon Light Proposal', a short romantic story, revolves around Ishika , an exuberant girl who believes in 'Arranged Marriage' as she witnesses the happy consequences in her own family. Being an only child, she is being nurtured very delicately. She has been fascinated by cinematic consequences of first meet but she doesn't experience such when she meets Aditya. Her bright performances in professional life earn admiration from many of her colleagues and Siddhant is one of them. Whom will she choose in her life when she has intense belief in arranged marriage? The cover and title of the story is very irresistible and language also very lucid. The story moves through emotional turmoil and at the end of each chapter the author throws questions intentionally to arise curiosity. But the content of the story is very common and monotonic.

Love is boundless; it cannot be conquered by the idea of falling in love with your brain or beliefs. It runs with no logic. It’s a beautiful thread that ties the destinies of two people who are meant to be together. This is literally the best quote in the whole book.
The book is fast paced and explained each character along with their backgrounds well. The story revolves around Ishika who wants an arrange marriage just like her parents and hence meets Aditya and on the other hand falls for Siddharth.
The story explains love in a beautiful manner. Ishika who is now confused between the two has to decide. I really didn't like the ending as it was too dramatic. Other than that the whole story is very well written. Each chapter ends with a question, a thought to pounded upon that kept me excited for the next chapter. If you need a romantic book, this is definitely a catch!
"Moon Light Proposal" is a simple, happy and engaging story of Ishika, Aditya and Sid. Basically the story revolves around Ishika, who wanted an arranged marriage just like her parents. Later Destiny plays it's game and Ishika's life took a change. Read the book to know more. . Being a debutant, Sayali Arora has done a wonderful job with the book. The writing style is so good. This is a big turn of a story...i really recommend this book to everyone who loves love story.Author wrote this book with easily understandable words.
The story revolves around ishika and her parent's arrange marriage and she has grown up seeing there relationship. Ishika was shown quite confusing throughout the novel, because she was first shown with Aditya but the environment was not how she ever thought and saw.
The moment she met Siddhant in Mumbai, she felt a connection which was more of love by her side. She is shown as a beautiful and a charming character.
It will absolutely be called a love story. I really liked the character of Aditya.
From melodic songs to romantic plotline, the story completely fulfilled my choosing this read.
Love is love, it is blind less and boundless, yet it had the most beautiful theme. Ending was amazing but yet predictable.
Have you ever fallen in love with an idea of love ? A story of a girl named ishika who had already witness the success of her parents arranged marriage . Had her own beliefs in this era of live in relationships . The story and concept is beautifully conceptualized by the author . Even the characters and cover designing are out standing and attractive . Overall I recommend this book to all the readers to give it a try for once .
She felt like a SOOTHING RHYTHM to him that painted colors to his WITHERED SOUL"
Ishika is very lively and cheerful girl who believes in a fairytale love story. Aditya is a tall, handsome extrovert who has a very good nature. Siddhant is an introvert who doesn't even smile, is handsome and hard working.. What happens when destiny makes their lives and beliefs turn upside down?? Ishika has always dreamed of an arrange marriage, because of her parents beautiful bonding. But when she meets Aditya for marriage something doesn't feel right. Aditya falls head over heels for her. And then siddhant comes to her life bringing some butterflies in her stomach. Who will she fall in love with? Who will she chose? This is a very beautiful short read and will give you all Bollywood feels. I could connect to Ishika cause my personality is just like hers. The love saga of 3 different people is put in a very subtle way. I loved it and would recommend this book to any beginner as it has simple language and an adorable romance
