Well worth your time

This is a fascinating and immersive read that left me genuinely moved. The blend of spiritual themes with accessible storytelling makes it stand out as the words feel both ancient and deeply personal at the same time.

The pacing is excellent for the most part, and there are moments of real beauty that linger long after you’ve finished.
It does get a little repetitive in places, which slows the momentum, but never enough to lose interest.

Like the author, I was raised in a Catholic household and have some of the same questions about praying. Studying shamanism and other indigenous cultures I have found How to Pray the Shaman's Way a very refreshing voice on the idea of praying. It is as I have always felt prayer comes from the heart and when you pray from the heart Spirit hears you. I highly recommend this book!
