Duplicated from my Amazon Review: I purchased this understanding it was an analysis/summary, with no links to the original book, but I was expecting something with a newspaper-level of professionalism. On the first page, there was something about "Democrats will surely misuse this information," which I thought was a little over-the-top, but conceded I could have ended up buying a heavily-right-slanted analysis. The paper was filled with unnecessarily flowery language, often grammatically incorrect, and sometimes I couldn't tell what the author meant. The ultimate issue that made me return the document was that I encountered a direct quote from Trump from the book, which I've seen dozens of times in news articles in the previous few days, that could only be explained by having been translated into another language and then translated back into English. This entirely new wording was presented as a quote from the book. No thanks. I was hoping for an interesting alternate analysis from someone other than the usual suspects, but ended up with nothing worthwhile.
Very disappointing...almost sounds like it was written by a Trumper. Horrible sentence structure, partial sentences without rhyme or reason to them, etc.. I have been voting for more than fifty years and, despite all the gloom and doom that comes out pre-election, I have never seen/heard a politician lie the way You Know Who does on a regular basis. I have said for years that political books need The Readers Digest edition, and I hoped that this summary would be it. Don't waste your money.
Review of rage This summary is poorly written . Using big words and extraneous words in attempt to sound scholarly... Plain everyday language would serve well. Trump is horrendous, what more can be said. I'm glad this was free because I'd be missed if I had bought it.
Don't waste money on this! I wish I can get a refund on this book. Total of 10 second read? Come on now! You should be ashamed to be selling this book, Kindle!
I was expecting a more in depth summary. I like the concept of summarizing important books that people may not have the time to read, but I didn't learn anything I hadn't already read online or seen on television. I do still plan to read Woodward's book though.
The anonymous writer of this summary tends to write in long and confusing run-on sentences. There are sentences which are simply badly written. The only saving grace I see is that I probably will buy the Woodward book instead.
