This has been a great series and in this final book we join Maddie in the fight for her life! There’s tons of action, danger, deception, betrayal and surprises along the way in this thrilling journey to the final battle. It’s exciting and gripping as the reapers battle it out against the hunters and has been a most excellent series.

This is book three of the Shadow Reapers series and Maddi Wessen has now been voted into being the leader of the Reapers after the betrayal and disappearance of her father Ezra, the founder of the Shadow Reapers and also previously a Hunter. But she is finding out that he is something else altogether and that means she is something different and unknown herself. She is getting snowed under by paperwork, as the group try to recruit some more Reapers and train those they have. Gen, the computer whizz, and Asher, her magic trainer, are looking into what she may be, the black fire she produces shows she is not a normal sorcerer or magic user. They have also split each of the Reapers into separate groups dependent upon their abilities, such as assassin, mage, researchers and so on. Each group has a lead member, who sits on the new Council helping make decisions for the group as a whole, along with Maddi, so not everything is totally on her alone!
The Hunters are still after them, especially Maddi, who is now their number two target, with her father being number one. Mundane humans are in danger from Ezra’s plans to bring back demons and possibly everything that the Hunters managed to spell off of this realm hundreds if not thousands of years ago. Ezra managed to use ancient grimoires to create enhanced vampires and then even dragons, to keep Maddi and her group distracted and off what he has been working on. The Hunters seem to know where Maddi is every time she goes out of the spelled sanctuary of the church building, but she needs to get out and kill something. Paperwork is doing her head in! Ezra knows that she will work out what he is up to eventually, especially with Gen on her team, but he inserts himself in her way to taunt her with what she really is and telling her she will come voluntarily to him and help him to achieve what he has planned! Not likely, but who knows. The Hunters are turning up in larger and larger numbers, to take down any Reapers who come outside of the church, and Maddi is soon facing groups of eight, ten and more.
Luckily her magic seems to be getting stronger, but it is also out of her control. There is something black within her very core that wants to take her body over and it is kinda scary! She needs to learn how to control this strange presence or power within her as it may be the only thing that could help her to overpower Ezra, who the reapers are beginning to learn, has been around for much longer than any of them could comprehend. If Maddi can’t defeat Ezra, then the world as they know it will be destroyed. Never mind the problems they are having with the Hunters and their high ideals about any supernatural being is a monster who must be killed on sight. If Ezra manages to get his current spell to work, then that fight will be moot! A war is coming and Maddi may be the only one who can put a stop to it. But she is being drawn to the other side by Ezra’s explanations of what she is and that all those like her, are doomed to die as their realm is dying. Unfortunately, with Ezra, nothing can really be taken as the full truth and she has her own personnel problems closer to home. A cracking ending to this trilogy and sad to see it finish so soon. There is lots of conflict and fighting in this one as well as a load of new responsibilities on Maddi’s shoulders. A fascinating series that I would recommend to all who like the supernatural with a bit of a kick to it. Hurled into a minefield chocked full of deadly drama, perilous intrigue, ruthless pursuits, vicious deception, spiraling danger, swirling suspense and unnerving situations, kicking this baby into the eye of the storm blowing it into a tailspin with mind-blowing results, melding this bad boy together seamlessly. The characters are complex, genuine and realistic with traits and qualities that balance and blend, with amazing depth and diversity with enough spice to add an extra kick to the mix. The final battle between Hunters and Reapers is unavoidable
“Revealed” the final book in the “Shadow Reapers Trilogy” by Jack Knight featuring Maddi Wessen, a former Hunter trained to kill supernaturals just turned Reapers’ leader, is a fantastic closure to the trilogy.
The final battle between Hunters and Reapers is unavoidable. The Hunters have put all Reapers in the eradication list, and thus Maddi has no option left, but to lead the Reapers into a full war. With enemies closing on all fronts the Reapers are out of options, Maddie has to win, but maybe winning is not what she thought to be in the first place.
Jack Knight trilogy is a very welcome addiction to the UF verse, a captivating, pleasing, and very well-crafted story, realistic and highly interesting, with a relatable, independent, witty and somehow reluctant heroine, that keeps on saving the day, even when she is out of options. Her interactions with the secondary characters on both sides of the conflict (Hunters/Reapers) are credible and enjoyable. The story is fast-paced, entertaining, easy to read and a veritable page-turner.

Well here we go again, more deception and surprises. Angels and Demons use to be on earth but we’re banished many years ago. Ezra plans to bring them back and use Maddison to do it. Maddison and the Reapers have to stop him. I wish that the Hunters and Reapers would work together but that’s not going to happen. This book is action packed and a page turner, I had to keep reading to find out what was going to happen next. An excellent read that I recommend because with each book you learn a little bit more and in this story you learn what Ezra and Maddie are.

This series continues to grow and the character development is excellent. Maddi and the Reapers move forward with their plan to wage war on the hunters all while Maddie continues to try to find her father Ezra. He has a plan and it involves Maddi being sacrificed to achieve it will Madi destroy him or will she fall to his machinations?? Excellent series keeps you engaged and pulls you into the story arc. Love it so far and look forward to more.

Maddi and the Reapers have declared war on the Hunters. They had placed all Reapers on a kill on sight list. Meanwhile, Maddi is still trying to find and kill her father Ezra. He has a plan and it involves Maddi being sacrificed to achieve it. The Reapers must find a way to stop his plans at all costs. What a great series this has been.

Revealed (A New Adult Urban Fantasy Novel) (Shadow Reapers, #3) by Jack Knight is an amazing story that I have read and loved. This is book number three in this amazing series that I have been hooked on since the beginning. I highly recommend this story to everyone who loves reading about suspense anad fantasy in their stories.

Everything has been leading up to this book. Maddi is in the fight for her life as danger abounds. Had to read to the end to see how everything would play out and what Maddie would have to do. How would she survive and win the day. Lots of action and danger as the final battle happens.

In this final book of the trilogy, Maddi finds out exactly what she is and what her father wants from her. She must win this final battle at any cost. Everything depends on it.

I really liked this series but this story was disappointing. It was a great story until the very end. I have so many questions and it's just over. If the author is planning a spinoff for the series, he left this one with too many unanswered questions
