Evan and his party continue on to the peninsula of Rahma, but an ultimatum from the king hangs over Evan’s head. If he can’t get the Lord of Atheson to swear fealty to the crown, then he has been tasked with breaking the peninsula off the continent and letting it sink to the bottom of the ocean. Can Evan get the lord to submit without bloodshed, or is it time for some more draconic diplomacy?
This is an excellent series chronicling the adventures of Lord Evan and his harem of warrior and wizard lovers as the journey on their Grand Tour of the kingdom for King Rehardon. Battling the evil Green Glass Sect. they freed slaves and deposed evil Lords, and picked up a new bear demi-human. The sexual escapades are in context with the story and the characters are well written and continue to grow. I strongly reccomed the series and anxiously await the next installment.
I liked this book, this one was definitely very interesting…. Once again though Evan loves to hear himself speak and the bad guys will do what they do, be it escape capture and whatnot… I love the addition of Rebecca. I liked her from the beginning and the sentiment carried on throughout the book. Evans family continues to grow. Sometimes I wonder about Alyona, she’s a Divinity….she’s immortal that has cultivated for who knows how long, I’m awfully curious as to why she appears so weak at times when it comes to magic.. she gets wiped out doing one or two spells, she doesn’t engage in much fighting and when she does she’s fatigued… granted she knows lots of awesome magic and her knowledge is bottomless but her stamina and longevity on the battlefield seems problematic… this is compared to the enemy… their mages conjure some insanely huge spells solo and she will need a conduit and or multiple channels to boost her to do things. It just seems odd, maybe because the green sect guys are getting their power from demons or evil? I don’t know 🤔 they don’t explain how the normal foot soldier mages get their powers. I’m more curious about Miraya though and her circumstances…. Also what about Nikes sword spirit? She used to be out and about all the time now she never makes an appearance…. Why? You’d think she’d want to hang out with Miraya since they’re sisters and the closest sword spirits… I dunno, just more questions 🤔. Onward lads!
I can remember when I started reading this series it was awesome. But over time the main character has not shown any real growth other than having sex to build up a Harlem of females for breeding. I understood in the earlier volumes that he was learning about himself and the land, however instead of him using his knowledge from earth plus all these abilities as a Dragon. He continues to stumble along and seems to be getting dumber each volume. The supporting characters act more advanced than humans show more focus. The attraction of the series was this person being transported to the dimension and hopefully being able to save the world. He is given powers and abilities that he was initially learning about in the earlier volumes. But now he seems to becoming a sex driven womanizer and a follower. A confused person who shows no inclination to strengthen or better understand his abilities. However, he is going to save and rule the world. A Dragon that relies upon his fiancee to always solve magical problems when each and every volume states the Dragon's are the most proficient and have the most abilities for all types of magic. Which is one of the reasons the bad guys made a effort to wipe out 99% of Dragons from the world. I am hoping that lapse in the main character will get resolved in future volume or volumes. The plots are great and the supporting characters development is good.
This has been a great story so, so far. My main issue with it is inconsistent storytelling. The editing process seems to have been rushed, so things were overlooked. For example, the breach has been open for millennia, not centuries. The phoenix tribe has been in hiding for a millennium, not a century. Evan sent out a messenger dragon with an order to get Mona's reply and return, but instead we get a physical letter dropped off by currier bird.
There are a lot of these inconsistencies that start around book six. It feels like the editor was only focused on copyediting and didn't do a full edit, which includes story consistency, character consistency, and more.
Book 12 and you know what you are in for. I still love this series as much as I did back in book 1. The green glass sect is still playing games in the background while Evan and his companions play catch up and try to save a whole heap of humans and demi-humans from being sunk into the sea. Some obvious and some not so obvious plot twists keep it fresh. Now I have to wait for book 13
Once again the Green Glass sect has twisted things in their effort to take over the world! Evan and his growing collection of talented lovelies are up against evil works by Oliver , they discover that he's planning to open rifts to the demon plain all across the land weakening the Kings power! It's up to the Dragon Emperor to battle the Green Glass sect members before they can kill.more innocent people!
Evan and his entourage have reached the peninsula where he will try to avoid the nuclear option of severing the peninsula from the mainland and dropping it into the sea. He fights spirits, mages, powerful demi-humans, and zombies to protect his harem and further the goal of uniting the cities of Rahma. I like the action, humor, and romance. I look forward to the next book.
I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book. This time around, Evan and the ladies encounter the man who has challenged the King. Things are bad in the territory he controls, but Evan is there to set things right. The story and characters were intriguing and engaging. I look forward to reading more about these characters and their further adventures. This book is definitely worth reading.
The saga continues, the more you join them on their journey, the more surprising it becomes. He keeps adding to his lovers and from where is also surprising. The only part that's bad is as they go further, the dangers increase..but all part of the story..A most outstanding Eric Vall creation, as always..gets better and better....
Didn't stop reading this book until every page was devoured. Loved every minute of it! More mystery, intrigue and old foes with new faces and another city with its own problems.
And our powerful black dragon and his women to help the people in need! Looking forward to the next as always!
A lovely 🥰 adventure with some stones on the road.
Now Evan has now cute teddy bear 🧸 on his lap to pet know. It was a little sad not hear her little back story development but good addition to the story. I hope to see more development with Evan’s lover 😍 with the soul bridge soon.time to fry some fish 🎣 🐟 🔥

Still can’t wait to go back to summoner and metal mage too!!! Endless stories!!! God i can never get enough :) im just like Alyona <3
Another great addition to the series. Can't wait for the next book to come out in the series and see how they all go underwater in this series as opposed to the others.
A continuing saga of great characters in a well written and thought out universe. Evan and his expanding harem and other supporting characters, continue to deliver.
Really like how the characters in these books are evolving. There has been and continues to be so much growth and development with not only the MC but his supporting cast. Looking forward reading the book on this series!
Eric Vall has put out another great addition to the series. I'm not quite sure how he manages to release novels at his pace, but I hope he keeps them coming.
As always the epic scale of the world we are being exposed to just keeps growing. The characters and lore are second to none, Nissan for badass dragon times!
Another great instalment in the saga of Evan, love the way the plot keeps developing, and needless to say love the new women Evan keeps adding to his harem.
Fantastic read! I absolutely love the development of the main character, and the humor the main character projected! I cant wait for the next book to come out!!
