ফেলুদা-তোপসে-জটায়ু— বাংলা সাহিত্যের অনন্য ট্রায়ো— এবার রহস্যের জট খুলতে পৌঁছে গিয়েছেন প্রাচ্যের লন্ডন হংকং-এ।
পটভূমিতে যেমন বৈচিত্র্য, তেমনি নতুনত্ব এই কাহিনীর রহস্যেও। কুকুর খুন দিয়ে শুরু, যা কিনা সহজে শোনাই যায় না। তারপর মানুষ খুন। আর এ-খুনের মূলে একটি ছবি। তবে যেমনতেমন ছবি নয়। রেনেশাঁসের শেষপর্বের এক বিরাট নামী শিল্পী টিনটোরেটো, তাঁরই আঁকা একটি যিশুখ্রিস্টের ছবি নিয়ে তুমুল জট-পাকানো এই কাহিনী।
বিশ-পঁচিশ লাখ টাকা দামের এই মহামূল্য ছবিটি কীকরে এসে পড়ল বৈকুণ্ঠপুরের মতো একটা জায়গায়, কীকরে সেই ছবি চালান হল সুদূর হংকং-এ, কীকরেই বা ফেলুদা অ্যান্ড কোং হংকং পর্যন্ত তাড়া করে গিয়ে ধরে ফেললেন ছবিচালানকারীকে, আর সেইসূত্রে কীকরে উদ্ঘাটিত হল আরও বহু অজানা রহস্য, তারই এক আদ্যন্ত টানটান কাহিনী ‘টিনটোরেটোর যীশু।’ অথবা জটায়ুর ভাষায়, ‘হংকং-এ হিমসিম।’

Ray's grandfather, Upendrakishore Ray Chowdhury was a writer, illustrator, philosopher, publisher, amateur astronomer and a leader of the Brahmo Samaj, a religious and social movement in nineteenth century Bengal. Sukumar Ray, Upendrakishore's son and father of Satyajit, was a pioneering Bengali author and poet of nonsense rhyme and children's literature, an illustrator and a critic. Ray was born to Sukumar and Suprabha Ray in Calcutta.
Ray completed his B.A. (Hons.) in Economics at Presidency College of the University of Calcutta, though his interest was always in Fine Arts. In 1940, he went to study in Santiniketan where Ray came to appreciate Oriental Art. In 1949, Ray married Bijoya Das and the couple had a son, Sandip ray, who is now a famous film director.
Literary Works:
Ray created two of the most famous fictional characters ever in Bengali children's literature—Feluda, a sleuth in Holmesian tradition, and Professor Shonku, a genius scientist. Ray also wrote many short stories mostly centered on Macabre, Thriller and Paranormal which were published as collections of 12 stories. Ray wrote an autobiography about his childhood years, Jakhan Choto Chilam (1982). He also wrote essays on film, published as the collections: Our Films, Their Films (1976), Bishoy Chalachchitra (1976), and Ekei Bole Shooting (1979).
Awards, Honors and Recognitions:

Another of Feluda's adventures - during a group trip out of the city, Feluda and co. Help fix the car of a certain Nabakumar Niyogi, who gratefully invites them to spend their night in the house. It turns out that Niyogi babu is rather rich, and Feluda, Topshe and Lalmohan Babu are treated like royals.
However, when Feluda finds out that the family's dog had been mysteriously killed some days ago, and that there are other guests staying in the house, he suspects something is going to go wrong. And he is vindicated a few days of the layer, when Mr. Niyogi's secretary is murdered and the most treasured possession of the Niyogi family, a Renaissance-era portrait of Jesus drawn by the Italian artist Tintoretto, goes missing.

শুধু ফেলুদার বই হিসেবে নয়। I treat this book as my first ever introduction to renaissance painters. এই বইটার প্রভাবে কলকাতায় গিয়ে কলেজ স্ট্রীট থেকে বহু টাকা খরচ করে বত্তিচেল্লীর রেনেসাঁ পেইন্টিং এর একটা বই কিনেছিলাম। এখনও মাথায় ঘোরে, শ্যামাপোকাঃ মিনি মিডি ম্যাক্সি । আর লাইব্রেরী থেকে বইটা এনে পড়েছিলাম, এক যুগ হয়ে গেলো। খুবই পুরাতন বই ছিল, ঝুরঝুরে হলুদাভ পাতা আর একদম খাঁটি পুরানো বই এর গন্ধ। পড়ার পুরো সময়টুকু ছিল অকল্পনীয় সুন্দর। খুবই খুবই খুবই সুন্দর একটি বই।

আমার দেখা সর্বপ্রথম ফেলুদা ছবি। ২০০৮ সালে ফ্যামিলির সাথে প্রেক্ষাগৃহে দেখা। কি দেখেছিলাম, খোদ নিজে জানি। কিস্যু বোঝবার বয়স তখনও হয়ে ওঠেনি। তবুও এটা দিয়েই হাতেখড়ি। শিশুমনে আশা করেছিলাম ছবিতে হয়তো যীশু সেনগুপ্ত থাকলেও থাকতে পারে। এ যিশু সে যিশু নয়, সেটা বোঝানোর জন্যে অবশ্য ফেলু মিত্তিরের আবির্ভাব হয় নি। হলে জব্বর হতো।
তো যাকগে, কিছুই না বুঝে বাড়ি ফেরা। পরদিন দুপুরবেলার ঘটনা। সবাই বসেছে লাঞ্চ করতে। পুরোনো ধাঁচের মেঝেতে বসে ফ্যামিলি গেট টুগেদার। জমজমাট ব্যাপার। আমি ছোটো বলে, আমার খাওয়াদাওয়ার পার্ট সবার আগেই ক্ষান্ত হয়েছে। সোফার ওপর বাবু হয়ে বসে আছি। চোখ বারংবার চলে যাচ্ছে শোকেসের দিকে। ছবি দেখে ফেরার পর থেকেই তক্কে তক্কে আছি, ছোটোমাসীর 'ফেলুদার পাঞ্চ' এবং 'ফেলুদার সপ্তকান্ড' দুটো একবার বের করে উল্টেপাল্টে দেখবার। মোটা ঢাউস বই, যথারীতি হাতে নিয়ে দেখবার অনুমতি ছিল না। বাড়ির একমাত্র ছোটো সদস্য হওয়ার দরুন আরো না। কিন্তু সেদিন কে জানে, সূর্যের গতিপ্রকৃতির কোন অমোঘ কারসাজিতে আমার হাতে কিছুক্ষণের জন্যে তুলে দেওয়া হলো, 'ফেলুদার পাঞ্চ'। সব্বার মনোযোগ যখন চিকেন কারিতে মগ্ন, আমিও তখন খুঁটিয়ে দেখছি নিয়োগী পরিবারের বংশতালিকা। রোমাঞ্চকর অভিজ্ঞতা। বড় হলাম তাহলে?
কি মনে হতে, উত্তেজনাবশত আমার মা-কে নিয়োগী বংশের মারপ্যাঁচ নিয়ে একটা বেমক্কা প্রশ্ন করে বসলাম। তারপর আরেকটা। এবং কিছুক্ষণ পরে আরো একটা। ঘর জুড়ে নিরবতা। মুখ চাওয়াচাওয়ি। কারও বুঝতে বাকি রইলো না, এ জিনিস মগজে ঢোকবার সময় এখনও আমার হয়ে ওঠেনি। এ জিনিস নিয়ে আমার প্রাথমিক প্রতিক্রিয়া, ক্লাস ইলেভেনে উঠে প্রথমবার অর্গানিক কেমিস্ট্রি সম্মুখীন কোনো জনৈক তরুণের ন্যায় করুন। ক্রমাগত প্রশ্নবাণে অতিষ্ঠ হয়ে ছোটোমাসী যতক্ষণে বইটা ছো মেরে ছিনিয়ে নিয়েছে, আমার 'টিনটোরেটর যিশু' নিয়ে দু-পাতার বেশি এগোনো হয়নি। ফ্যালফ্যাল করে চেয়ে দেখি, আমার সাধের ফেলুপাঠের পন্থা সুরুৎ করে শোকেস মাঝে বিলীন হয়ে গেলো।

তবে আজকে এতো কথা বলছি কেন? বলছি কারণ 'টিনটোরেটর যিশু' আমার সবথেকে প্রিয় ফেলুদা গল্পের একটি। বরাবরই প্রথম পাঁচের মধ্যেই এর অবস্থান। সেদিনের পর এই নিয়ে অনেকবার পড়া হলো। এ জিনিস পুরনো হবার নয়। এর একখানি অলটারনেটিভ খুজে বের করুন তো মশাই, হলফ করে বলছি পারবেন না। আর এতদিনেও যদি না পড়ে থাকেন, তো শিগগির পড়ে ফেলুন। কেবলমাত্র লালমোহন গাঙ্গুলীর অসাধারন প্রেজেন্সের জন্যই পড়ুন। 'বড়িয়া পক্ষী' জটায়ু এগপ্পে স্রেফ টি-টোয়েন্টি হাঁকিয়েছেন। আর কে জানে, পড়লে হয়তো আপনার জীবনে একটা আস্ত "রিনেইস্যান্স" ঘটে গেলেও যেতে পারে...

বাংগালী যুবক চন্দ্রশেখর আর্ট শেখার জন্য ইউরোপ গিয়ে ভাল নাম করেন। ভালবেসে বিয়েও করেন এক বিদেশীকে। কিন্তু স্ত্রী মারা যাবার পরে একমাত্র সন্তানকে ফেলে দেশে চলে আসেন। পরে সন্ন্যাস নিয়ে নিরুদ্দেশ হন। হঠাৎ করে এই চন্দ্রশেখরের ছেলে রুদ্রশেখর দেশে আসেন বাপের সম্পত্তির খোঁজে। ঘটনাক্রমে ফেলুদা গিয়ে পড়েন সেই বাড়ীতে। কিছু একটা অস্বাভাবিক অনুভব করে ফেলুদা। এর মধ্যে বাড়ী থেকে অমূল্য এক পেইন্ট চুরি হয়ে যায়। এই পেইন্টটা রেনেসাঁ যুগের টিনটোরেটোর আকা যীশুর। এবার সে চুরি ধাওয়া করে ফেলুদা যায় হংকং।

বইটা পড়লাম পুরাতন স্মৃতিতে মৃদু পরশ বুলানোর জন্য। আর যাচাই করলাম বইয়ের সাথে মুভির কতটুকু সামঞ্জস্য আছে, আমার কাছে মনে হয়েছে বইয়ের সাথে মুভির মিল আছে ঠিকঠাক। বইটা পড়ার সময় বিভু ভট্টাচার্যের মুখটা ভাসছিল চোখের সামনে। বিভু ভট্টাচার্যের মৃত্যুর পর ফেলুদা মুভি আর দেখা হয়নি। একই সাথে ফেলুদার সংলাপ পড়ার সময় সেন্স করছিলাম সব্যসাচী চক্রবর্তীর কণ্ঠ! ফেলুদার ক্ষেত্রে আমার অবস্থা আগে দর্শক, পরে পাঠক।

আহ অনেক দিন পর একটা ফেলুদার সেরা গল্প পড়লাম।সেরা সেরা।কলকাতা থেকে সুদূর হংকং পর্যন্ত ছড়িয়ে গেছে রহস্য।সাথে জটায়ুর স্বভাবসুলভ হিউমার।আহ কি সব দুর্দান্ত গল্প লিখে গেছেন সত্যজিৎ বাবু ❤️

ক্লাসিক ফেলুদা - প্যাঁচানো রহস্য, লালমোহনবাবুর হিউমার, হংকং ভ্রমণ, হালকা অ্যাডভেঞ্চার, মারামারি, খুন, সত্যজিতের দুর্দান্ত ইলাস্ট্রেশন আর শেষমেশ সবার সামনে রহস্যভেদ। তবে এইবার ভাগ্যটা খুব বেশী সহায় হল ফেলুদাদের।

রেঁনেসা যুগের চিত্রকলা এবং হংকং শহরের এক ঝলক জানা গেলো। বরাবরের মতোই ফেলুদা নিঁখুত। আরেকটা মজার দিক হচ্ছে রাজার সাথে ফেলুদার কথোপকথনের সময় জটায়ুর পার্টিসিপেশন। 🤣

শুয়ে ছিলাম, আনমন�� চেয়েছিলাম দেওয়ালে টাঙানো রোনালদোর ছবিটার দিকে। আরেকটাবার কি নিয়তি পারে না রোনালদোকে রিয়াল মাদ্রিদে নিয়ে আসতে আর সেখানেই তার রিটায়ারমেন্টটা করতে?! এত কিছু ভাবতে ভাবতদেখে হঠাৎ নজর গেল টেবিলের দিকে। বইয়ের টেবিলটা অনেকদিন ধরে অগোছালো পড়ে ছিল। আর আমার একটা বাতিক আছে, অগোছালো দেখলে শরীরের মধ্যে অস্বস্তি লাগে।
ঠেলে উঠলাম বিছানা থেকে। রুমের ফ্যানটা বন্ধ করে, লেগে পড়লাম কাজে। কিন্তু ক্লান্ত লাগছিল। সারাদিন তেমন খাওয়াদাওয়া ও হয় নাই।
তাই পেটকে একটু ডিসট্রাক্ট করতে মস্তিস্কের সহায়তা নিলাম। কানে ইয়ারফোন গুজে চালিয়ে দিলাম ফেলু মিত্রিরের কাহিনি। মস্তিষ্ক ওতেই ব্যস্ত হয়ে পড়ল। এরপর আমিও একনাগাড়ে কাজ করে গেলাম, ক্লান্তি ছাড়া।
ফেলুদার গল্প গুলা একটা নেশার মতন। শুরু করলে একের পর এক না শুনে বা না পড়ে থাকা যায় না। লাস্ট কয়েকদিনে অনেক গুলা ফেলুদা’র গল্প শুনছি। সবগুলোই সুন্দর। কোনটাকে অসুন্দর বলার মতন দুঃসাধ্য আমার নাই। আমি ছোটখাটো মানুষ... মহারাজার সৃস্টিকে তাচ্ছিল্য করার মতন স্পর্ধা দেখাই কিভাবে!
ফেলুদার এই গল্পটা ছিল একটা পেইন্টিংকে ঘিরে। সেই পেইন্টিং এর রহস্য সলভ করতে ফেলু মিত্তির পাড়ি জমিয়েছিল সদূর হংকং এ। যদিও রহস্যের সলভ কলকাতায় ফিরে হয়।
পুরাটা সময় জাস্ট শুনে গেছি। এত দারুণ করে উপস্থাপন, সত্যজিৎ রায় ব্যাতিত অন্য কারো দ্বারা সম্ভব হইত না। Fullly Enjoyed! 👌
ঠেলে উঠলাম বিছানা থেকে। রুমের ফ্যানটা বন্ধ করে, লেগে পড়লাম কাজে। কিন্তু ক্লান্ত লাগছিল। সারাদিন তেমন খাওয়াদাওয়া ও হয় নাই।
তাই পেটকে একটু ডিসট্রাক্ট করতে মস্তিস্কের সহায়তা নিলাম। কানে ইয়ারফোন গুজে চালিয়ে দিলাম ফেলু মিত্রিরের কাহিনি। মস্তিষ্ক ওতেই ব্যস্ত হয়ে পড়ল। এরপর আমিও একনাগাড়ে কাজ করে গেলাম, ক্লান্তি ছাড়া।

রেনেসাঁর শেষের দিকে ইতালিতে আঁকা হয়েছিল যীশু খ্রিস্টের একটা ছবি, চিত্রশিল্পীর নাম টিনটোরেটো। বাঙালি ছেলে চন্দ্রশেখর নিয়োগী ইতালি গিয়েছিল ছবি আঁকা শিখতে। দেশে ফিরেও ছিল, কিন্তু হঠাৎ করে নিরুদ্দেশ হয়ে গেল, শোনা যায় সন্যাসব্রত গ্রহন করেছিল সে।তার সাথেই বিখ্যাত ছবিটা এসেছিল বঙ্গদেশে। এই এতদিন পর দেশে হাজির তার ছেলে রুদ্রশেখর, বাবার উত্তরাধিকার সূত্রে পাওয়া সম্পত্তি বুঝে পেতে। একই সময় আরেক বাঙালী ভদ্রলোক সেখানে উপস্থিত, নিয়োগী পরিবারের ইতিহাস লিখবে সে, তাই চন্দ্রশেখরের খাতাপত্র, পোট্রেট, এইসব নিয়ে গবেষণা করবে।
ফেলুদা উপস্থিত বৈকুন্ঠপুরে, নিয়োগী পরিবারের প্রাচীন বাড়ি দেখার লোভ সামলাতে পারলেন না। কিন্তু সেখানে বেশ থমথমে পরিবেশ, বাড়ির কুকুরটিকে কেউ খুন করেছে।তবে কেউ কি মূল্যবান কোন কিছু চুরি করার ফন্দী করছে, তাই পথের কাঁটা কুকুরটিকে আগেভাগের সরিয়ে রাস্তা কন্টকমুক্ত করার চেষ্টা করছে কেউ। মূল্যবান জিনিস বলতে তো সেই টিনটোরেটোর যিশু। কিন্তু সেটা চুরি হওয়ার কোন লক্ষন দেখা গেল না। তবে কিছুদিন পর দেখা গেল যীশু খ্রিস্টের মাথায় লেগে আছে একটা সবুজ পোকা।
চোরাকারবারিদের পিছু নিতে ফেলুদা এবার হংকং। হংকং এর অল্প একটু বর্ননা আছে বইতে, তাতেই প্রাচ্যের লন্ডনের প্রতি আকর্ষন বেড়ে দশ গুন। বেশ বিপদেও পড়েছিলেন ফেলুদা এবার হংকং গিয়ে, গল্পে রহস্য-রোমাঞ্চ, সাসপেন্স, একশন সবই আছে। ফেলুদার রহস্য যত জটিল লেখকের লেখনী তত সহজ, সাবলীল এবং গতিময়।

soooo cool to read about hk from his perspective, especially from the 1980s. so many familiar road names, so many "oof, hk" moments. crazy how his description is still so accurate despite the 40 year time difference.

ষোড়শ শতাব্দীতে ইতালিয়ান চিত্রকর তিন্তরেত্তোর আঁকা যীশুর একটি ছবি। সে ছবি এলো কি করে বাংলাদেশে? ফেলুদাই বা কিভাবে যুক্ত হলো এর সাথে...
পুরনো শিল্পকর্ম আর তাই নিয়ে রহস্য— এ দুটো একসাথে বেশ জমে। এর সমাধা করতে গিয়ে ফেলুদা, তোপসে আর জটায়ুকে উড়ে যেতে হয় চীনের হংকংয়ে। সত্যজিৎ রায়ের লেখনীতে হারিয়ে গিয়ে আমিও প্লেনে চেপে বসলুম তাদের সাথে!
জমকালো সব স্কাইস্ক্রেপার আর দোকানপাটে গিজগিজ করা হংকং শহরটার বেশ পরিপাটি একটা বর্ণনা পাওয়া যায় গল্পে। জটায়ুর চীনে ভাষা শিখতে হবে কিনা, এর উত্তরে ফেলুদা বললো, 'আপনার জিভে প্লাস্টিক সার্জারি না করলে চীনে অক্ষর বেরোবে না'। 😅 কথাটা ভুল বলেনি ফেলুদা।
আমার আক্ষেপ, রহস্যটা যেন একটু সহজেই সমাধান হয়ে গেল। তবে দারুণ উপভোগ করেছি বই কি!

ফেলুদা দ্বিতীয় খন্ডের সবচেয়ে রাজসিক গল্প বোধহয় এটাই। এমনিতে প্রথম খন্ডের গল্পগুলো আমার বেশি ভাল্লাগে, সেই তুলনায় দ্বিতীয় খন্ডে জাঁকজমক কম। কিন্তু টিনটোরেটর যিশু অনবদ্য।

চন্দ্রশেখর বিখ্যাত আর্টিস্ট। ইতালিতে থাকতেন। তাকে খুশি হয়ে একটি যীশুর ছবি উপহার দিয়েছিলো এক রাজা। সেই ছবি রয়েছে বর্তমানে বৈকন্ঠপুর চন্দ্রশেখর এর ভাই এর কাছে। সেটি নিতে এসেছে রুদ্রশেখর। চন্দ্রশেখর এর ছেলে। বাড়িতে আরো রয়েছে সাংবাদিক রবীনবাবু। একদিন বৈকন্ঠপুরে ছবি চুরি হয়ে যায় এবং আসল ছবির জায়গায় জাল ছবি ছিলো। এবং একটি খুনও হয়। সেই ছবি উদ্ধার করতে হংকং পর্যন্ত যায় ফেলুদা।

I think everyone has a problem of forgetting the story after some time. It is really disappointing to forget something to which we have invested so much time & energy. Thus, I am giving a summary of the story here for those who read the story a while ago but do not remember now & do not want to re-read the whole story.
SUMMARY:

Feluda goes to Baikunthapur to visit a numerologist to find a suitable name for Jatayu's new book. On the way, they give a ride to N as his car has broken down on the road.
When they arrive at the Neyogis', they learn that:
1. N's father's dog has been brutally murdered.
2. C's son Soumyasekhar has come to claim his property (he is nearly 60 years old).
3. A journalist named R has come to write a book about C, as C was a renowned artist in Italy.
The Neyogis have a painting called Tintoretto's Jesus, which was gifted to C by his father-in-law when he married an Italian woman.
One day, the Neyogi family's caretaker, Bankim, is killed, and C's son, Soumyasekhar, is also missing. They suspected that the person posing as Soumyasekhar is actually a thief masquerading as him. Feluda discovers that the original painting was stolen and a fake painting was put in its place, identified by a শ্যামা পোকা (Green Bug) on the painting.
Feluda suspects that S has the painting because he had earlier shown interest in it. He also learns that S plans to sell the painting to G in Hong Kong. They go to Hong Kong and are welcomed by P, a friend of N.
F and his team are kidnapped by S to prevent them from interfering with the sale of the painting. However, through F's fighting skill and intelligence, they manage to escape. P acquires information about G and S and the place where the painting is to be sold.
G exclaims that he has been sold a fake painting, also identified by a শ্যামা পোকা (shyama poka), so where is the original?
Climax:
1. The person who stole the painting and killed Bankim because he saw the thief steal it is none other than N's own brother, who went to Bombay for acting and never contacted or came back to the family. F deduced this from information given by R (a newspaper cutting) that Soumyasekhar died in 1955.
2. R is the one who painted the fake and kept the original for himself because he knew that the person posing as Rajsekhar was not Genuine and might have come here to steal the painting.
How? Because he is the son of Soumyasekhar and also the rightful owner of the painting.

জোশ জোশ জোশ!!!
মাত্রই শেষ করলাম অডিওবুক, সঙ্গে ছোটও ছিল! তার বোধহয় মাথার উপর দিয়ে গেছে কিছুটা ^_^
একের পর এক টুইস্ট, লাস্টে এতগুলো চমক একসাথে!!! ভাবাই যায় না, ওহ ওয়াও! শুরু থেকেই একটা অ্যাডভেঞ্চারাস ভাব ছিল, ফেলুদার মাথার খেলার সাথে গায়ের জোর আর তোপসে-জটায়ুর তাৎক্ষণিক বুদ্ধিতে ধরাশায়ী প্রতিপক্ষ।
কিন্তু মাথাতেই যে ফেলুদার খেলতে হয়েছে বেশি, সেটা গল্পের শেষে আর বলার অপেক্ষা মোটেই রাখে না!
সাথে পুর্ণেন্দুবাবুর তারিফও করতে হয়, ওদিকে সাংবাদিক রবিন চৌধুরীই বা কে- সেটা জানতে তো পড়ে বা শুনে ফেলতেই হবে, দাদা আপনাকে😉

মূলত এক চিত্রকর্ম আর ভারতের এর বিখ্যাত চিত্রকরের ঘটনা নিয়েই গড়ে উঠেছে প্লট...চিত্রকর্ম নিয়েই আঁকা হয়েছে পুরো গল্পের চিত্র, এ নিয়েই বিভিন্ন রহস্য উদঘাটনে উদগ্রীব ফেলুদা এন্ড কোং...
কুকুরের ব্যাপারটা মনে হচ্ছিল আর সুরাহা হবে না- কিন্তু না! এও দেখি ফেলুদার বচনে বের হয়ে এলো।।

দৈবাত ক্রমে নিয়োগী পরিবারের এক সদস্য নবকুমারের সাথে পরিচয় হয়ে ফেলুদা উপস্থিত হল এই বৈকুন্ঠপুরে। সেখানে বাড়ির কুকুরটিকে কেউ খুন করেছে।তার কিছুদিন পর দেখা গেল যীশু খ্রিস্টের মাথায় লেগে আছে একটা সবুজ পোকা মানে নকল পেইন্টিং, আসলটা উধাও। সাথে রুদ্রশেখরও নেই। পেইন্টিং এ নজর ছিল বড় চোরাকারবারি দলের।

চন্দ্রশেখর বিখ্যাত আর্টিস্ট। ইতালিতে থাকতেন। তাকে খুশি হয়ে একটি যীশুর ছবি উপহার দিয়েছিলো এক রাজা। সেই ছবি রয়েছে বর্তমানে বৈকন্ঠপুর চন্দ্রশেখর এর ভাই এর কাছে। সেটি নিতে এসেছে রুদ্রশেখর। চন্দ্রশেখর এর ছেলে। বাড়িতে আরো রয়েছে সাংবাদিক রবীনবাবু। একদিন বৈকন্ঠপুরে ছবি চুরি হয়ে যায় এবং আসল ছবির জায়গায় জাল ছবি ছিলো। এবং একটি খুনও হয়। সেই ছবি উদ্ধার করতে ফেলুদা হংকং পর্যন্ত যায়। শেষে রহস্য উদঘঠিত হয় যে আসলে ছবি চুরি করতে এসেছিলো নবকুমার বাবুর ভাই নন্দকুমার , রুদ্রশেখর এর বেশে। রুদ্রশেখর অনেক বছর আগেই মারা যায়। আর ছবি জাল করেছিলো রবীনবাবু যে আসলে রুদ্রশেখর এর ছেলে রাজশেখর।
