I was assigned to read and review this book for my graduate conducting pedagogy class.

The format of 100 short essays opens the reader to a wide array of experts, each presenting pearls of wisdom from their field. I found nearly all of the essays useful and instructive. I recommend this especially for those that run school choirs.
