Waking Eden is book three in the Eden series by Rhenna Morgan. This book was generously provided to me in exchange for an honest review by the author.
Wow, just Wow. This series keeps getting better and better. I think this is my favorite book so far. I loved Trinity and Ramsay.

Ramsay Shantos, the twin of Eryx Shantos, is in Evad trying to find any clues to help to solve the mystery of the prophecy. All he wants is a night off. A night to remember how it felt before when he was wild and free. So he and two of his friends went in to a popular night spot. He heard her voice before he actually saw her face. As soon as he really saw her, though, that little word started pinging around in his brain, “mine.”
Trinity Blair knows she’s not completely human. She is half spiritu. Her upbringing hasn’t been pleasant. Her adoptive father was killed and her mother became a religious fanatic. Trinity is a librarian. She loves books. Trinity was only a child when she realized that when she touched a person, she saw their deepest, darkest secrets. So she has spent her life without touch. No hugs, no kisses, nothing. Until that night in the bar. When Ramsay touched her, nothing. She didn’t feel anything at all. Could this be her chance? Her chance to experience all the things she has longed for?

Trinity is wearing a pendant identical to the markings his sister-in-law, Lexi bears. What connection could this woman possibly have to Lexi? So now he has an excuse to spend time with her, to figure out why she is wearing the pendant. There’s more to it then that, though. Ramsay just wants to be near her. To figure out what this pull he is feeling towards her is. Ramsay has a hard time accepting the feelings building inside him. He has spent a lifetime keeping people at a distance. Trinity has awakened something. So when Trinity asks him to teach her all the things she has longed for, how to be intimate with a man, he accepts the position eagerly. It will give him an excuse to be with her and then he can figure out what is up with the pendant and get her out of his system, right? Or not.
At the same time, back in Eden, Serena has been tried for her crimes and given her sentence. But this seems to fuel her desire more than ever to gain power. She wants to be in power, no matter who she sacrifices to get there. She has a new partner in crime that has his own agenda. Serena is still her usual devious, diabolical self.
We get plenty of Lexi and Eryx in this book which I loved. So the Shantos clan is desperate to solve the prophecy and to stop those that seek to overthrow the kingdom and enslave the humans. And Serena is desperate to do just that. But mostly, this is just Ramsay and Trinity’s story. Both of these people have cut themselves off from emotion, from love. But I believe that fate was saving them for each other. They were a perfect fit. I loved these two together. And for me, there is something about the student, teacher scenario that gets me every time. When Trinity asked Ramsay to teach her, I about melted into a pile of goo. Did I already say they were perfect? Well, they are.
This series is best read in order. So if you haven’t started it yet, this is your big chance. Start at the beginning and meet Lexi and Eryx. Then you’ll be all ready when this book is released. I hope you love it. The next and final book is Eden’s Deliverance due out next fall. I can’t wait to see what happens next, how this is going to be figured out, and if all the characters I have fallen in love with will be safe in their beloved realm of Eden!

Ramsay is put in a position because Trinity may be the sister to his sister in law and he will need to tread carefully. But Trinity is hiding a painful secret, of her true desires and of her heritage in being a Spirtu, because Ramsay despises them and Trinity is one of them through her father and she doesn't want to risk losing this man who has shown her what love really is...
Plot and Story Line
I was really excited when I was able to obtain a ARC copy of Waking Eden!! I have really loved reading this author and this world of Eden she has created for us. I was also stoked to see that it would be Ramsay's story. Man...I love him, he can be such a scoundrel at times but makes a perfect hero for the story.
It starts off in Dallas. Our heroine Trinity, is going out with her girlfriends. Now Trinity---is content with her books. She doesn't need a social life or to meet a guy at a bar. But her friends drag her anyway and she meets Ramsay. There is instant chemistry between these two with just one look. Trinity is so out of her realm here...she has no idea how to handle Ramsay. But I did love that Ramsay doesn't rush her, he seems to understand her pretty quickly (at least her reservations and fears) and is pretty patient with her.
When Trinity learns that she may have a sister by blood, she agrees to go to Eden, since its very likely that she will have an awakening. We see how her secret is tearing her apart though. She wants to be honest with Ramsay of her true heritage, but he seems to despise her people and its quite a struggle. But what I liked was that the "secret" wasn't dragged out for the whole book. I did like seeing these two stumble a bit in their relationship and work through issues that felt so real and easy to relate to. It was quite fun to get back with this crew, and boy can I not wait for Ludan's story hehe he is a hoot and so brooding. I am very eager to see what Rhenna does with his story. So if you like fantasy and a solid and heartwarming romance...pick up Waking Eden, you won't regret it!!

5 Stars - 3 Flames
Why oh why can't I give this more than 5 stars? This is the third installment of the Eden series and BY FAR my favorite thus far. Usually when you read a series, it rarely gets exponentially better, but this is beyond amaze balls!!!
Ramsay oh Ramsay. After reading Eryx' story with Lexi, I just KNEW I needed yours. Even though Eryx is your twin and you possess some of the same qualities, your tender soul and love is what makes you stand above the rest. You are without doubt every woman's dream come true and Trinity is one lucky girl. Dammit.
Trinity is living in the human world, but knows she's not quite human. You'll understand later. I mean, it's not normal for someone to touch you and see into your soul and all. It's no wonder when she meets Ramsay and her senses don't freak out that she's immediately questioning a prophecy she's been told about since she was little.
So what do you do when you're the brother-in-law to a woman who is not only now family, but has the identical prophecy symbol Trinity has? You take Trinity back home with you, right? I mean...she's not human. So he's not breaking the rules and everyone needs answers to this prophecy. But it turns out that Trinity isn't just NOT human, she's a spiritu, which means she's also not Myren.
So how does a spiritu fit in to the prophecy? I'm not telling because THAT is where I completely fell in love with everything that has ever been written in this series. EVERYTHING starts to fall in to place and we are sent on the most amazing ride that makes me wish that I lived in this world FOR REAL (I have to keep reminding myself that it's not real...dammit).
I have I mentioned that I love this series? Come on Rhenna, please don't make us wait for the next one. I need answers!!!!!!

The third book in this series and things are really about to get very messy indeed! Eryx may have found Lexi, the woman of his dreams but there's unrest in his kingdom. In fact it's getting out of hand with those previously close to him stepping up and helping the resistance . It's ok though as his twin Ramsey has got his back but things are about to get even more complicated as Ramsey meets someone who seems to have something very much in common with Lexi!
Trinity may live amongst humans but she knows full well that her rather unique origins make her very different indeed. Touching others is a no no but when her skin accidentally brushes against Ramsey not only is it tolerable but the poor guy lands flat on his back unconscious ! Yes it makes for an interesting beginning but Ramsey isn't about to be put off and discovering Trinity's secrets might just set even more calamity in motion!
Such a lot is coming to fruition in this book so I'm somewhat loathe to say too much . A prophesy has been triggered but the repercussions are still somewhat vague. There's unrest in Eden but the foe they face is a particularly nasty one unafraid to do the unthinkable and reveal their existence to humans. Then of course there's the question of Trinity and just exactly what she is and as everything falls into place not only do we get a sweet and warm romance but a whole new world of possibilities opens up.

I'm so sorry to have missed the second book... It seems that I've missed some rather important parts of the overall story...
Still I loved this book and I'm looking forward to the next one, because some things are left unresolved and they're pretty important!
This is the story of Ramsay and Trinity and their road towards HEA.
I like both of them. Ramsey because he was able to admit his errors and Trinity because she was always honest. Yes, she hidden her origins, but she did it because she was afraid, not because she wanted to deceive. Usually I'm not so forgiving, but I understood why she did it.
I enjoyed Selena's evilness and at the same time I pittied her because she was kind of victim to her upbringing and her father...
I loved the way the prophesy is slowly revealed, but not totally shown. That's why I'm looking forward to future book/books! :)

While each book in the Eden series focuses on a separate couple, I would suggest starting with book one. I started with book 3 and felt like I missed the beginning of the story, because I did. That does not take away from how much I really enjoyed this book. I am definately going back to book one and starting over. This is one of those series that although they feature different couples, you get the continuation of the couples from previous books. Every single character in this book was important and I was drawn to each and every one of them. This story line is fresh and is steadily building towards an epic ending. I highly recommend this series to readers who love paranormal romance.

Totally adore this series. Morgan has created such a unique world. Trinity and Ramsay burn up the pages in this one. Plenty of dark intrigue, danger, and romance. Recommended to all who enjoy great contemporary fantasy romance.

By far my favorite of the three, although each story focuses on a specific couple, we get more answers and information about the overarching story arc. Answers are coming about the prophesy and while many of the repercussions are still nebulous, the understanding of one’s role is clearer, at least to Ramsay. He NEEDS to find the puzzle and work it out.
Even as he’s decried connections and entanglements, when he first heard Trinity’s voice he couldn’t stop the strong and strange reaction of MINE running through his head. He’s not interested, or so he tells himself, but he can’t possibly stay away. For her part, Trinity’s life has been troubled. She knows she’s not entirely human, but she’s not sure what it means or what benefits she can gain from it. To this point, she’s afraid to touch anyone since seeing every secret of a person when she was little. She’s blocked herself off from people – retreating in books and the comfort they provide, sharing their wonders with patrons of the library.
From the start, the connection between Ramsay and Trinity is different. She’s not experiencing the soul-shaking sightings when they touch, and her desire for contact without the images and secrets overwhelm her. While Ramsay is trying to puzzle out why she and his sister-in-law have the same pendant, he’s more than willing to step in and be her teacher for all things sensual.
We do see some of Serena’s continued plans to enslave humans, as well as several moments with Lexi and Eryx as they are working to dissemble the prophecy and defeat or forestall Serena’s plans as she manipulates and masterminds for control. With a few more insights into the story as pieces start to fit into their place in the puzzle, this instalment is a wonderful addition. Not a story that would be easy to follow if you haven’t read the earlier books, this is my favorite for the wonderful connection and depth that is coming forward with each pairing. The mysteries around the prophecy aren’t half bad either, and while I have some ideas of where it could go, Rhenna Morgan has again managed to create interest and drop a few hints to further my interest.

What’s not to love about this series?
We get to spend time in a unique world with a cast of characters that you can’t help but fall in love with, well, for the majority of them anyways, add in a rebellion and a prophecy that is hanging over everyone’s head that could bring about a whole bunch of crazy that the world hasn’t ever seen before. That right there is why this series falls under my list of #SeriesIAdore and it just keeps getting better.
I loved Trinity and Ramsay from the very beginning. Although Trinity was unable to touch others, she wasn’t bitter about it. Instead she took it in stride and found a way to connect with others and live a decent life. Her strength and compassion jumped off the page and holy hell does she have patience in spades. Ramsay is all determined alpha male filled with charisma and a bone deep loyalty for his family and those he calls his own. His playboy ways tend to stem more from a fear of letting anyone in versus being a true manwhore, but he doesn’t apologize for keeping things superficial. Their relationship moves at a quick pace,, but they still find a way to get to know each other while the sexual chemistry sizzles between them and find that they are two halves of a whole. There are some bumps in the road for Trinity and Ramsay due to the need to be circumspect about who they are, but they work it out and come out stronger for it.
The Prophecy is hanging like the Sword of Damocles over the Shantos family’s heads and the race to deciphering before those in the Rebellion is on. There were some interesting twists and turns in the plot as well as how they came to light. And while I don’t like Serena, I do have to give her mad props for being a two faced manipulative bitch and keeping things interesting.
This is the third book in the series and should be read in order to fully understand how things work in Eden and how the characters all connect to each other. Jagger and Ludan are still my favorite characters and as happy as I am that Ludan’s book is next, it also makes me a little sad because it is the conclusion to the series and there are still some characters that I’d love to know more about. But regardless I can’t wait to see what Ms. Morgan has in store for us in Eden’s Deliverance!

Instead she took it in stride and found a way to connect with others and live a decent life. Her strength and compassion jumped off the page and holy hell does she have patience in spades. Ramsay is all determined alpha male filled with charisma and a bone deep loyalty for his family and those he calls his own. His playboy ways tend to stem more from a fear of letting anyone in versus being a true manwhore, but he doesn’t apologize for keeping things superficial. Their relationship moves at a quick pace,, but they still find a way to get to know each other while the sexual chemistry sizzles between them and find that they are two halves of a whole. There are some bumps in the road for Trinity and Ramsay due to the need to be circumspect about who they are, but they work it out and come out stronger for it.
The Prophecy is hanging like the Sword of Damocles over the Shantos family’s heads and the race to deciphering before those in the Rebellion is on. There were some interesting twists and turns in the plot as well as how they came to light. And while I don’t like Serena, I do have to give her mad props for being a two faced manipulative bitch and keeping things interesting.
This is the third book in the series and should be read in order to fully understand how things work in Eden and how the characters all connect to each other. Jagger and Ludan are still my favorite characters and as happy as I am that Ludan’s book is next, it also makes me a little sad because it is the conclusion to the series and there are still some characters that I’d love to know more about. But regardless I can’t wait to see what Ms. Morgan has in store for us in Eden’s Deliverance!

WAKING EDEN is another stellar addition to the Eden series. I admit that when I read the blurb about the heroine being a librarian, I was hooked. We voracious readers have to stick together. Trinity has struggled since she was a child, discovering that with a touch of another person, she can "see" their personal secrets. She finds solace in her lonely life with her love of books.
Ramsay is on a mission to learn more of the prophecy dealing with Eden. "The" Eden, which knowledge must be kept from humans. In his research, he hears Trinity's voice and is drawn to her. She is also surprised because she can't see his secrets when the accidently touch. The sexy and worldly warrior never believed that he would find someone to call his own, but he feels possessive when he spends time with Trinity and he also knows that she is not just human, especially when she possesses the same symbol that his new sister-in-law has.
The chemistry between Ramsay and Trinity sparkles. Their fit is just right. The story is fast paced and really grabs ahold of you. Tension builds when Ramsay brings Trinity back to Eden and they try to puzzle her of who she really is. There are more visits with previous characters including Ramsay's brother Eryx (his twin) and Lexie his new mate. Evil is near and time may be running out.
Rhenna Morgan delivers another complex story full of fun, suspense, and sexy romance. Her characters are strong and relatable and she has a wonderful way of coloring her unique world. My heart went out to Trinity and I cheered for her HEA with Ramsay. My only problem is that I have to wait for the next book. This series just keeps getting better and better!
Note: This fantastic series should be read in order to get the most enjoyment. There is a thread linking each story and the suspense about the prophecy is building! The next in the series, Eden's Deliverance, is due this November.

I love Eden. I’m still trying to find a portal to get there myself. In the meantime, I’ll have to settle for reading Morgan’s books. Waking Eden doesn’t disappoint. But this book is not a standalone. You’ll need to read the previous books in the series to understand what’s going on in this one. Fair warning – you’ll get hooked and be very impatient for the fourth and final installment of the series. (Taps foot with impatience.)
I really liked Trinity. Her story was full of twists and turns. I’m normally a huge opponent of virgins in love stories, but it worked here because there’s a whole story behind Trinity’s inability to touch others. Ramsay annoyed me at times. Luckily, he had a brother to help him pull his head out of his a$$. The love story was enjoyable to read, although I’ll admit to liking the couples in the two previous novels better.
The battle between good and evil is heating up, though, and the intrigue that involves will keep you flipping pages long after you’ve promised the hubby ‘just one more chapter’.
Start this book – or the series if you haven’t already – at your peril.

"Waking Eden" by Rhenna Morgan. This is a paranormal romance that captured my heart. I really, really liked our main characters - Trinity and Ramsay. I found their connection believable and their chemistry scorching. Ms. Morgan captured my interest and my heart with the relationship these two develop. Ramsay, despite believing he never wants more, can't deny the attraction and draw to Trinity. Trinity, believing she could never have more, is so thrilled with this connection to him. This is the third book of the series although the first that I have read. For me, it did take a bit away as I was unsure of the background. Ms. Morgan does try to relay previous events, but I still didn't fully understand some things. However, the meat of this story is Trinity and Ramsay and the love they feel and, in that regard, Ms. Morgan hit a homerun. I look forward to reading the previous books to learn the entire story and will most likely re-read this one to fall in love with these two characters once again. (received copy for honest review)

Sometimes it's good that Ramsay gives his woman step by step plans that way there, there's no surprises, "he whirled her around and gripped her shoulders. “I’m going to go home, spar, and beat the eff out of Ludan or Jagger until I can breathe without wanting to break something. Then you and I are going to have a very long talk.” He pried his hands free and took a step back, leaving a path to the doorway. “You can walk, or I can throw you over my shoulder, but either way, you’re going to Eden.” Ramsay has no problems giving his woman the reins every once in awhile, "his ***k jerked in answer before he could. “Does it look like I’m bothered?” He thrust his pelvis up suggestively and threaded his hands behind his head. “Take what you want. Just get your hands on me before I take over.” I really enjoyed this book, this is a great series and I'm always eager for the next one to come out.

I'm loving the Eden series!
In this book we see Ramsey fall from his cushy bachelor status. And oh how the mighty fall! To a slip of a woman, no less, who has been touch deprived most of her life (thanks to her "odd gifts"). Their courtship is fast and passionate.
The imagery Rhenna creates with her words always sucks me into her stories. I could almost feel the fabric of Trinity's dress later in the book. And wait until you see/read about Ramsey's mating mark! Love it!
Book 4 needs to hurry up because I really can't wait to find out if Serena finally gets run over by a bus. Or has a house fall on her. Or catches a contagious disease that involves itchy boils.

Walking Eden
And Rhenna Morgan does it again with this amazing series this book moves seamlessly the second book and straight into the third book with the characters at the heart of the story now being Eryx brother Ramsey and Trinity a bright, shining beacon that he can't stay away from.
The twists and turns in these book keep you tied into the story so you don't want to put it down I spent a day solid reading this and my kindle was a permanent fixture in my hand for the day.
I really do love these stories and can't wait for the next and last book but I'm also sad that that will be the end of them.

‘Waking Eden’ is the third installment of the Eden Series by the talented author Rhenna Morgan. She’s created an exquisite alternate world called Eden and it comes to life within the enchanting novels of this wonderful series. This novel falls into the Paranormal and Fantasy genres and goes beyond those genres with the amazing depths this story brings to the readers. This novel has been written from three character P.O.V.’s(point of views) which are Ramsay Shantos, Trinity Blair, and Serena Doroz Steysis.
Eden may be in danger thanks to the release of certain information about it’s existence in the human realm known to the Myren as “Evad”. Trinity Blair knew some information about what she was, she was told that she was born half human and half Spiritu. Being that she was half Spiritu, she could have the ability to see her fate and use the powers that she is capable of, if she’d only give herself completely over to her Spiritu half. Trinity chooses not to, in order to try and live in the blissful ignorance of her human-half-self and also to stay near her human mother who Trinity worries would be left all alone if she gave herself fully to the Spiritu side. To top it off, Trinity has a phobia of touch, making it very hard for her to ever get truly close to anyone. When she meets someone that surprises her in ways she never expected, will she able to allow him to get closer to her or will her innocence and issue with touching keep him away?
Ramsay Shantos is the brother of the Myren Race’s (king)Malran Eryx. Ramsay has always been a strong warrior of his people. He had recently learned of a prophecy that could help the Myrens. The prophecy says that a Shantos would take a mate with specific marking, bringing a new era for Eden. Ramsay never had a problem finding lady company but it was always shallow and he never felt the need to try for a deeper relationship. When he meets sweet, beautiful, and shy Trinity, he can’t help but fill a strange pull toward her. As he gets to know her, the allure of getting closer to her intensifies. His curiosity about Trinity deepens when he finds something about her that might tie into the prophecy that could change things for his people. When he finds out more about her, will it change how he feels about her?
Serena betrayed the cruel leader of the Lomos Rebellion, her lover Maxis, and now had to find a way to be trusted again after her betrayal put her under a form of house arrest. For the longest time she wanted Eryx, the malran and leader of the Myrens but he’d given his heart to another. Now she would have to face up to her misdeeds and see what her future held. Now that Maxis’ old friend Uther has brought a new plan to her attention, she may have found a way to gain the power that she has been seeking while potentially bringing down those in power. Waking Eden by Rhenna Morgan is the 3rd book in her Eden series. We knew after Eryx and Lexie were mated in the first book, and Galena and Reese in the second book, that this book belonged to Ramsay. Even though his siblings (Eryx and Galena) found their mates, Ramsay doesn’t believe he will ever need a mate. Ramsay is his brother’s protector, and takes his job seriously, especially with some unrest in their kingdom. He enters the human territory to try to discover the true meaning of a prophecy warning about a big change in Eden. While relaxing with his friends in a bar, he bumps into Trinity, our heroine, and immediately falls to the floor unconscious.
Trinity Blair is secretly a spiritu; she has the ability to touch people and see everything about them, including deep dark secrets. Trinity avoids touching anyone, and when she accidently bumps into Ramsay, she realizes he is not affected by her touch. Ramsay discovers that Trinity is more than human, and makes it his business to learn more about her.
What follows is a romance that will heat up quickly, as Trinity finds herself attracted to the hot hunk that Ramsay is, and the fact that now she has found someone who can make her enjoy his touch. Ramsay is attracted to Trinity, but sees something around her neck that is a duplicate of Lexi’s branded tattoo. Who is Trinity Blair? Once Eryx and Lexie (they have a nice size part in this story) find out about the pendant, they are determined to bring Trinity to Eden. Ramsay goes back to Trinity, and shortly thereafter, her secret is revealed causing Ramsay to bring her to Eden. Lexi and her become close immediately; with vibes that they are somehow related. Ramsay has always kept himself distant from relationships, but in a short time he begins to feel a pull towards Trinity, and knows she is the woman for him; first he must get past the fear of being involved with a spiritu. Ramsay and Trinity have a lot of sizzling chemistry together, especially as he teaches her all the things she has missed being unable to touch anyone. Trinity has a hard time coming to terms that she belongs in the Myren life, and soon will meet the Spiritu King and Queen that will help guide her in what she is and how to use her powers.
Serena, one of the villains, in the first book returns. Eryx and Lexie know she is bad to the bone, but they cannot prove it. We get to see Serena join hands with traitors against Eryx to plot his demise. This evil group wants to take over Eden, and destroy all humans. Will they prevail?
Much of this is left hanging for the next book. I loved Ramsay and Trinity together, and was happy to see much of their issues resolved. I also loved seeing our other heroes from the first two books continue to be a big part of this story. Together, Eryx, Lexi, Ramsay, Trinity, Galena, Reese and those loyal to them will have to work together to understand the prophecy and defeat their enemies, and this series will continue.

I've waited, it seems like forever, for Ramsay's story. Just like the wait was worth enduring for Healing Eden, the wait was totally worth enduring for Waking Eden.
(A side note, before I go on, please make sure to read the books in order. Each book is about a different couple but events in each book are building up to what I know will be one hell of a finish.)
In this story, the mighty warrior Ramsay falls like only a mighty man can. And it isn't by any weapon that could physically disable him but by a woman who intrigues him and, eventually, captures him. That woman is Trinity. And she is nothing like I was expecting.
For one, she is completely deprived of touch. Her gift allows her to see everything about a person with just a touch. She sees it all--the good, the bad, the downright ugly. So she keeps her hands to herself and goes about her quiet life, until Ramsay.
There is a point in every book I've read when the hero and heroine experience an "Ah-hah!" moment. The first time Trinity touched Ramsay was that moment. It wasn't because of that electric spark or that fiery sensation that is often used to describe attraction in books. It was because she experienced touch for the first time in her life without seeing into the other person. She finally met someone she can enjoy touching and be touched by.
There is a problem though. What Trinity is, spiritu, is what Ramsay despises. No matter how strong the attraction is that he feels for her, getting over his hatred is priority.
The growth Ramsay and Trinity show is beautiful to watch. They grow past their insecurities and reach for a future that's filled with promises and light and love. Despite the chaos in Eden, despite the uncertainty of the Kingdom's future, despite the race against time to decipher an ancient prophecy, Ramsay and Trinity flourish and burst from the ashes of destruction much like a phoenix rises at its rebirth.
You truly don't want to miss this series. I can't say enough about Ms. Morgan's ability to world build and evoke a reaction from this reader. Even if reading fantasy isn't your thing, I sincerely hope you give Eden a try. I promise, you won't regret it.

Amazing world building, fantastic characters, a thrilling story!
Ramsay is emotionally closed out. He is not capable of sharing his feelings with others. He plays the part of the always happy playboy, but in reality he is scared. He has seen his twin brother and his younger sister taking the plunge after finding their mates. Is he willing to do that?
Trinity can't let herself touch anyone. She feels too much. So, she has shut herself away from the world, and has been living a life of deprivation. Now, fate throws a chance of a new beginning. Will she choose to take it?
The Eden series is constructed on details. The world building is very cohesively written, and the author doesn't leave any loose ends. All main characters are easy to love, relate and understand. They are also very complex. Adittionally, this series has many amazing secondary characters. I could imagine many characters that I would still love to know more, and was a bit shocked to read that next book will be the last. Oh, Ms. Morgan, I'm not ready to let it go!!!
This book has several great sexy scenes, but most importantly you can feel the love and passion of the characters.
I don't want to say much more and risk unintentional spoilers. This is the kind of series that deserve the wow factor. It has many unexpected twists, and always bringing something new to its plot.

Waking Eden…Apropos name for what inspired in this novel. Rhenne Morgan invite us into a fantastic paranormal-fantasy world of “Eden” the world that we human once resided in. Secrets are unveiled to why we’re no longer are welcomed to “Eden” and why the residence of Eden must keep the place a secret from us when they visit our world (Evad). To get the full history and what makes Eden series a fantastic piece of literature well worth the time to escape from your day. I advise to start with the first book in the series.
In the 3rd book. Waking Eden….we finally get Ramsay Shantos story. Ramysay was entrusted to find out more on the prophecy the one that began in Unexpected Eden. To unwind he entered our realm “Evad” but once here, he finds that the only hope of saving his world and ours is to get closer to Trinity Blair. Trinity was aware that other beings walks among us, since she was part of the other beings. Trinity was a Dark Spiritu…..you know that voice we should all listen to and don’t, the voice that tries to keep us out of trouble. But in Trinity case she has yet to take her powers not wanting to leave her only relative. If I was in Trinity shoes I would have taken my powers and say good riddance. Her last living relative was bat shit crazy. Well, crazier than what is considered the norm.
Trinity secret was exposed to the people of Evad and it was up to Ramsay to rescue her and the only way to do that was to take Trinity to Eden.
Waking Eden was the best book so far in this series…it was very fast pace just like the others in the series. And just like the others, it captures you and just won’t let you go until you turned that last page. And after turning the last page, Waking Eden leaves you wishing that November was tomorrow so that you can have your “Eden” fix.

Trinity was a Dark Spiritu…..you know that voice we should all listen to and don’t, the voice that tries to keep us out of trouble. But in Trinity case she has yet to take her powers not wanting to leave her only relative. If I was in Trinity shoes I would have taken my powers and say good riddance. Her last living relative was bat shit crazy. Well, crazier than what is considered the norm.
Trinity secret was exposed to the people of Evad and it was up to Ramsay to rescue her and the only way to do that was to take Trinity to Eden.
Waking Eden was the best book so far in this series…it was very fast pace just like the others in the series. And just like the others, it captures you and just won’t let you go until you turned that last page. And after turning the last page, Waking Eden leaves you wishing that November was tomorrow so that you can have your “Eden” fix.

I haven't read any other books by Rhenna Morgan, so it took a bit to fully delve into the world she created in Waking Eden. Once I did though, I was very intrigued by the many layers of mystery in the story, and I was pleasantly surprised by the relationship between the hero and heroine. They grew individually and as a couple, which made the story believable and genuine.
Trinity Blair has rarely known the touch of another person. Ever since she was young, the touch of another would mean she could read their thoughts and memories. She always avoided physical contact, until she ran into Ramsay Shantos at a club with her friends. She can't read him, and that is a little scary. Ramsay is on edge due to a prophecy when he meets Trinity. When he sees the pendant she wears around her neck, and realizes it's the same symbol mentioned in the prophecy, he is desperate to learn more about her. Not to mention that he is very attracted to her, and he hasn't felt so strongly about a woman before.
The world in this book was built very well, so that even though I struggled a bit due to not reading the earlier books, I was able to get a clear picture of things. There are two supernatural beings - the Myren and the Spiritu. The Myren live in Eden, a world connected to our own but separate. The Spiritu act as guardian angels of a sort, where each person has both a light and a dark Spiritu to guide them through life. Our hero is Myren. Our heroine is...well, you'll just have to read and find out.
Great story! Ended in such a way that hints at a future book, which I look forward to reading.

Paranormal Romance Third in the series by Rhenna Morgan . Hero is Ramsey . Heroine is Trinity .
This is a fantastic story with different stories woven into this one . It will have you glued till the end .
Ramsey has gone to earth to unwind after to much fighting . He and his right hand person pull up to a club in a Spider . But Ramsey is still so wound up . Ramsey finds a table and sits . He is not his usual chick magnet self .
Trinity was adopted by her parents . She will not tap into her super powers . All she has is a necklace and a visit every so often . Trinity doesn't want to know .
Trinity also knows that people can't touch her without so thing happening .
Trinity meets her friends at the same club that Ramsey is at . She is shocked that he can touch her and nothing happens .
Ramsey notices her chocker and he has questions . Trinity runs . Ramsey needs to find her and get answers ... But he has others things on his mind concerning her . Meanwhile another subplot back at Eden there is a trial happening with the evil woman that was with the rebellion .
Grab it and get blown away with the amazing story

Wow! "Waking Eden" is the first book I've ever read by this new-to-me author, but it certainly won't be my last! ... In fact, Rhenna Morgan is now on my 'absolutely must read' list. What an amazingly unique & riveting, fast-paced contemporary fiction page-turner! I was totally engaged from the start to the very end, then was left craving more, especially due to the tease at the end for the next upcoming book!
A totally unique storyline with fantastic descriptions that will pull the reader into an awesome world of fantasy. Well defined characters with entertaining magical gifts make this an action packed roller-coaster ride in PNR full of twists & turns and of course smoldering hot romance that will keep readers engaged.
Even though I was fortunate to receive an advanced copy to read in exchange for my honest review, I really do recommend this phenomenal page-turner to fans of fiction. Just make sure you have plenty of time set aside to read, coz once you start you won't want to put it down.

This was actually my first book read in this series,
so I can attest to the fact that it can be read as a stand alone... But why would you want to do that?? After reading this, I am definitely going back and getting the first two and looking forward to the next in the series!
This story was very well written, there's a great plot that just keeps unfolding more and more. The characters all have great connections and chemistry. From what I have gathered, all of these books will be about the main characters finding their mates, so there is quick falling in love- but everyone knows that's just as great as the love that takes time. **5 stars for a great paranormal romance**

This book focuses on Ramsey and Trinity. The world and characters are so captivating you won't want to stop reading. Trinity has a unique story about not receiving touch and a prophecy and watching it unfold as Ramsey comes into her life and along with a burning romance is enough to stop you from putting this book down. This book ends with a lot left hanging in the balance that will be answered in the fourth book. Again this book is highly captivating, you will not want to put it down, and will be dying to get your hands on the next.

This was a well crafted read, bit more graphic than I prefer but it played into the emotions of the story. I liked the aspects of homecoming, and finding your place that permeated from start to finish. My goodness that cliffhanger ending though! I'm going to have to buy the last book just to see what happens!
