Taylor has said goodbye to her high school life and is getting ready to start college, she agreed to spend the summer with her mum and stepfather and decides to arrive a day earlier than planned. She’s met by Rick and it’s like the earth stops spinning on its axis and they are the only two that matter, but how can she be feeling like this over someone and someone who is married to her mum? But when she learns that his marriage is over and agrees to letting her mum stay but only if she gives herself to him she finds herself agreeing, not only agreeing but giving him her heart too. Is it possible for her to fall in love that quickly and him with her or was all this a lie to hurt her mother and her heart broken?
Rick Clark is a self made man and has become a billionaire doing exactly what he loves, the only part of his life he has messed up in was with his wife Brandi, soon to be ex wife he is finally done with her and her cheating. However he has a plan to use her eighteen year old daughter Taylor against her, the daughter he has never met. If you like taboo books and forbidden love then this is seriously the book to read. I loved it and highly recommend this book, perfect evening read. 4.5* read.

There’s really no story here. Just the set up. The MMC was betrayed by a wife he didn’t even like. He later meets the Stepdaughter and it’s insta-everything lust/love/commitment. The book revolves around their instant attraction and the almost on to the minute they meet s e xcapades. Their is daddy kink which I really am not a fan off when there is literally no build up for it.
Anyway, it’s pretty fast paced. Honestly too fast for my taste. So the wicked cheating mother catches them at it and decides to threaten the MMC. What a shocker, right?! Not. And the MMC is forced to let the FMC go. BUT, don’t fear, they end up together in the end. Sorta.
I didn’t get how they were secretly married for three years yet no one knows. Considering the MMC’s prominence. Whatever. It was really not an appealing story. The MMC was still married to his vile wife when he had s e x with the FMC. Just asking for a divorce doesn’t make you single people. You are still in a relationship with someone and you shouldn’t start something with someone else until that’s over. All you do is hurt the next person who has to wait on you and or you hurt them while you are in the back and forth of the divorce process. Case in point, how the MMC was forced to let the FMC go.
Anyway, this book reminded me of another story “stepdaughter revenge”, I think that’s the name. But that book had more to it in mental manipulation and erotica. This book was sadly lacking in all areas as it was ridiculously short. So if you want an hours read that has nothing to bite into then this might work. Otherwise, don’t waste your time or money.

Written pretty decent and would definitely recommend this book if you're into daddy kink and cheating. Not bad overall.

Es cierto que este tipo de historias como que pasan muy rápido, es más Taylor se da cuenta que se ha entregado a su padrastro a los 5 min de conocerlo, pero así son las novellas. Y a mi, me encanta.

An 18-year-old girl he never knew, but she is now willing to get to know intimately in exchange for college tuition.
I don't know why I love this kind of stepfather-stepdaughter book. And if you add a hot stepfather like Rick, you have my undivided attention.
This kind of story indeed goes by very fast. Taylor realizes that she has given herself to her stepfather 5 minutes after meeting him, but that's how novels are. And for me, I love it.

If you're in the mood for an OTT Older Man/Younger Woman, Forbidden stepdaughter romance, this may be the story for you.
I kind of liked the way the author portrayed Rick as a pretty upstanding guy. His POV revealed his dislike for casual hookups along with his feelings of betrayal and distain for his wife Brandi serial cheating on him during his three year marriage to him. Brandi was painted as the true selfish gold digger and I wondered how she was able to fool Rick into marriage in the first place.
The heat ramped up as soon as he saw his stepdaughter Taylor as she arrived at his mansion just moments after Rick ended it with her mother. Their first meeting was the start of the OTT instalust, instalove, insta everything as they practically inhale each other within minutes of meeting.
Taylor was sweet in her innocence and her hidden daddy issues were able to be steamily resolved with Rick and his bulldozing attraction.
Lots of steamy scenes ensued, but I was disappointed in the way Brandi was able to smugly turn the tables and get the upper hand, maliciously hurting Taylor in the process.
Of course all of it worked out in the end as this OTT relationship culminated in a nice HEA.

Rick is trying to get his marriage ended and over with quickly. However his soon to be ex isn't making things easy. When they get into a fight she brings her daughter into it and Rick makes a suggestion like he might go after her daughter. Rick had no intentions og doing so until he saw how sexy Taylor is when she arrives. Taylor has no clue what she is walking into when she goes to see her mother. She is stunned when she learns from Rick that they are divorcing and why. Sparks fly between them as the walk in the house. Rick knows he wants his step-daughter so he'll deal with her mother until he can be rid of her so can can have Taylor. What will happen if her mother funds out? Is this a long term thing for them?
This is a steamy hot story that will captivate you from beginning to end. The chemistry between them is blazing hot. This is a well written and very entertaining story. I would recommend this book to any book lover.

When Rick finds out that his wife as been cheating on him he decide to kick her out but there's a problem her daughter is due back and what ever brandi as done to Rick it's not her daughter fault for her mother unfaithfulness but when taylor shows up a day early Rick changes his mind and decides to keep taylor at his and hopefully in his bed but he's got to keep her a secret from her mother and everyone else because even though Taylor is a young adult of eighteen and no blood link to Rick people will look refined upon knowing he was married to her mother. This was a very good instant love with a forbidden twist read

Jenna Rose has become one of my must read authors and this book only reinforces this. Ms. Rose has a way of drawing you into her books with her fantastic storytelling and world building. Her characters are so delightful that you can't help cheer for their happily ever after. In our crazy world today it's such a joy to be able to escape into a short story that leaves you feeling so good at the end. Rick and Taylor's story is one of going after what you want regardless of the consequences. This story has everything that you could want in a book; comedy, drama and of course hot romance. You really will be sorry if you miss this delightful gem of a book!

First things first; I love the cover of this book!
This story is short, fast paced and an enjoyable read. I read this book in one sitting and was satisfied throughout. I found the writing style easy to follow, the characters likeable and the storyline enjoyable. Rick is has just ended his marriage to his cheating wife when he meets his stepdaughter. From the moment he meets her, he wants her.
The chemistry between Rick and Taylor is clear to see and I liked them together.
I really disliked Brandi. I hated the way she treated people. She didn’t care if her daughter got hurt.
I really liked the ending and the epilogue for this story.
The storyline for this book is easy to follow and it is an enjoyable read.

I always love taboo
The story was good, I love the whole forbidden love angle. And SPOLIER
I HATE when the couple ends up staying a secret forever. Obviously we don't see like 10 years down the line, but staying a dirty secret forever would be a HARD no for me. Also realistically it would mean letting your man constantly be chased by gold diggers and showing up to functions either alone or with a fake date. Big ol' nope for me. So would have been like a 4.5 star and now its really more of a 2.5/3 star

His Precious Secret is a deliciously taboo little story by Jenna Rose about what happens when older billionaire, Rick, meets his beautiful 18 year old stepdaughter, Taylor, for the first time. Rick is seriously OTT alpha (my fave) and seems to be a genuinely nice guy who just happens to have a particularly filthy mouth! Taylor is really sweet and innocent and deserves someone in her life who sees her value. The couple has to deal with some drama from her mother aka Rick's soon to be ex-wide, so the story is safe-ish but there is no one else once they meet. I really enjoyed this quick, erotic read! I recommend it if you like forbidden romances!

When the title says secret, it does literally mean . The main old guy looks at the virgin teen and decides he's gonna be her daddy. So yup, it's very OTT, insta-lust, insta-love, and alpha. It was really short and fast, so if you are into daddy kink, HEAs, age-gaps, then go for it.

This was a great book for me. I loved Taylor and Rick together. Rick is an alpha and is ready to fight to fight to get what he wants. Taylor just graduated HS and is home to visit her mom and stepfather. Things do not go as planned for Rick and Taylor cause fate has other plans! I loved the connection that Rick and Taylor had. I would recommend this book.

A sweet yet slightly forbidden love story! The chemistry between Rick and Taylor is so super hot and steamy that it could almost melt your panties off! Taylor and Rick’s relationship is slight taboo and secretive but they are so sweet together that you really want them to reach their HEA. This was a short but cute read!

He was kicking her out of his home and as soon as the stepdaughter he never met arrives, he would be kicking her out too. But everything changed when a beautiful girl showed up on his doorstep. Maybe they could have a little arrangement of their own. Highly recommended

You can never go wrong with this author and her short stories. This one was about Rick and Taylor. I loved the dual first person point of view, which is always a deal breaker for me. I loved Rick even after what he had to go through.

Taylor must be His Precious Secret.
Rick married Brandi, then caught her cheating on him. When he tells her she has to move out she informs him that her daughter was coming to stay with them. Once Rick meets Taylor he decides to let them stay but he still plans on divorcing Brandi and then keeping Taylor as His Precious Secret. This is a great read and I highly recommend it!
