This is a great series one that hooked me from the very start. The storyline is engaging and exciting and is full of twists and turns and the characters are relatable and intriguing. An fast paced and exciting boxset with a little romance that I would recommend!

Disgraced Fae is the prequel novel to a brand new series Fae Prison Academy and a spin-off from the Nocturnal Academy series which I had the privilege of reading and enjoyed every minute of every book. Disgraced Fae gives us an insight into this new world bringing back some characters from the Nocturnal Academy world as well as introduces us to some new characters too.
Reluctant Fae is the first book in a brand new trilogy the Fae Prison Academy. Reluctant Fae took us into the beautiful Faeland where I felt as if I was there myself. I could just see all the beautiful colors in the fields and their clothes. The descriptions of the different colors made me feel all warm and cozy and light, happy. The world-building was so well done I could see it in my head as if I had ESP or something. Maybe the authors had me under their spell or they have magic abilities like Virgie or something similar.
Rebellious Fae is a fast-paced and thrilling read that will pull you into its depths from the first page with all the action and suspense. The world-building is so amazing that it just jumps off the page and into your mind until you are lost in its world and you are racing to the end right along with Virgie as she tries to save the Fae from the Summer Court King and imminent war. Oh and speaking of the ending that was one surprising twists that I wasn’t quite expecting. I can’t wait for the next book Wrathful Fae coming June 2020 to see what Virgie has in store for us.

I enjoyed this series very much was upset that I’d have to find another book to read, as I didn’t want the series to end haha I have four stars as with all kindle books I’m buying lately the editing is horrific. The one thing I love to do when reading is get into the book but if things don’t make sense or there are spelling errors it completely puts me off! Are kindle books edited by professional editors? I’m curious as the genre I like reading is YA. I just thought an editor would be good st picking up errors in content. I always report the errors but it distracts from my reading. I read to avoid thinking on my pain hence my mentioning it. A great series otherwise. Well thought up and executed aside from errors. 4/5 from this little ducky! !

I had to force myself to finish the prequel, and it was a hard pill to digest. I was hoping the main books of the series would be worth it, seeing how it has a good review rate, but it was as bad. I could not finish the first of the 3 main books.
The main female characters in both prequel and the first book are supposed to be intelligent but their way of thinking is not. And talking about thinking, as a reader you're constantly reading about what they see and think. There is so little dialogue in between these seas of words that I was wondering what type of point of view the author chose. It left me frustrated and confused, and it completely killed the pace of the book. so thoroughly that I'm not sure I really remember the story.

This is the follow-up to the Nocturnal Academy series, and it's amazing! By far these are the BEST academy books I've ever read. I love every character in these books and I'm so glad Penny has seen the error of her ways since Nocturnal Academy. I'm love how each character has their own developed back story which in turn relates to how and why they act the way they do. I feel like I know them and I care about their relationships and what happens to them. Great job again Margo! Keep on writing and I'll keep on reading!

What a great collection of books I so enjoyed this boxset. There are all sorts of critters in these books like vampires and fae. There is danger, suspense, magic, love with unreal twists, first-rate characters, and a story that just will not quit surprising the reader. I was so impressed by this fantasy and if you like fantasies then this is a must-read. I did receive a free copy of this book and voluntarily chose to review it.

An amazing rabbit hole
Oh I really enjoyed this installment by two fantastic authors!! Follow Onyx and her frenemies on the journey that none of them saw coming. Fae and vampires...friends or enemies? Twists galore, crazy relatives, love and rromance and a journey of discovery and adventures. If you enjoy strong and sassy females, with hidden strengths who never give up, you will love this!!

Disgraced Fay
This is the complete boxed set, but I will review each book. I loved this book, I hope the series meets my expectations as I was entranced with Peonie’s strengths and faults. She seemed very real even though this is a fantasy world. I can get behind her growth as an individual. I will keep reading!

I really enjoyed reading this series, possibly more than I enjoyed the nocturnal academy series. These books take place after the nocturnal academy series and pick up nicely where the other left off. This is not normally a genre I read(with that much romance), but I was pleased with what I read. Great for anyone loving ya fantasy involving fae, romance, magic, and a twisted plot.

Virgie, Onyx, and Peony's stories are great.
I had a hard time with Peony's story, because she was so horrible in Onyx's stories. But we have a little more insight into how she thinks now. The other three books are mainly Virgie's tale. I love how she grows into her own person. If you haven't read Onyx's story yet, I suggest starting there.

Fae Prison Academy
This is a very exciting,fun series. I enjoyed the adventure, the characters and the romance, regarding the adventure as well as the soulmate connections. The action never slowed down and kept me reading and sometimes laughing.

Chick book
Got half way thru first book. The author is a talented writer, however the main character was weak. Not enough magic for me. Lots of intrigue and stuff women like.

Fae Prison Academy
I read each of these books as an advanced reader and these are copies of my voluntary reviews. You will see that I complain about cliffhangers, you won’t have that problem!
Disgraced Fae
Peony is an earth fae who has an affinity for planes. She can grow and manipulate them in unusual and amazing ways. She is owned by a vampire who uses her skills at his museum to impress rich vampires who then commission him, and her, to create specific things for them. She is tasked with creating a plant that will encourage fae servants to reproduce in order to keep a supply of fae for servitude. Just when Peony accomplishes this task the plant is stolen and Peony is blamed for its loss. She ends up in the Nocturnal Reformatory which is located under the Academy she used to attend. Another prisoner is brought in the next day and to Peony's surprise it is the fae who actually stole her plant. Find out how these two manage to not only escape the inescapable, but bring down the whole ball of wax, er, you know what I mean.

Find out what happens when Virgie is suddenly taken to the Summer Court and placed in a school where she is expected to learn to use her persuasive powers to help King Peter. Virgie is used to adapting to circumstances, but she can see that the earth fae are not going to be treated much better by the fae of the Summer Court than they are by the vampires. Both have uses for them that take no account of them as individuals worthy of respect. It is just a new prison with different guards and masters. When Onyx comes to the court to try to negotiate a truce between the Winter and Summer courts, Virgie can see that the King is not interested in peace. He wants revenge and doesn't care how many fae die for him to get it. Virgie does her best to influence the proceedings but has little success. When she and the military commander are sent to the Winter Court to bring back a high-profile prisoner they end up bringing back the one person Onyx will do anything to get back. Oops.
Rebellious Fae
Ugh, another cliff hanger. I hate waiting to find out what happens. The story continues, so be sure you have read the previous books in the series, with Virgie still trying to stop the King of the Summer fae from starting a war with the fae of the Winter court. The king has turned Onyx's consort, Thorsten, into a cactus plant and is holding him hostage. Virgie has to figure out how to save him and stop Onyx from retaliating. It becomes more and more clear that King Peter wants a war and doesn't care who he has to sacrifice to get it. As the fae warriors of the Vasara school become aware that they are considered expendable, Virgie tries to win Nathan to her side but his oath to the King makes it hard to work against him. She must walk a thin line between the two courts as she struggles to find a way to save them both.

A battle between monarchs goes wrong. One is banished to the fae wastelands. Allies flee and then mount a rescue. A powerful ancient intercedes, but his requirements will not be easy to meet. Join Onyx, Peony, Vigie, Blair, Caleb, Nathan, and a cast of others as they fight to save the Faelands and restore the wastelands. Old enemies will reemerge and new powers will be discovered.
A great wrap-up to the series.

The plant is stolen and Peony is blamed and sent to the Nocturnal Reformatory, a hard prison, as punishment. There she runs into the servant boy who stole the plant. Caleb is really a fae prince from the Fae Summer Court and is tasked with rescuing the fae from the academy and the reformatory. Peony reluctantly helps. This tale has betrayal, drama, suspense, and intense action. This prequel really sets up the Fae Prison Academy Series.

The perfect beginning!
“Reluctant Fae” is the first book in the “Fae Prison Academy” series and is a spin-off of the Nocturnal Academy series. Virgie is back after having been bought as a courtesan by a vampire, but things are not as they appear when Virgie realizes that she was actually purchased by a prince of the summer court and is taken to a new academy, Vasara in faeland. Virgie quickly realizes that all is never as it seems when she is once again caught in the middle of the war between the Summer and Winter courts, and with her friend Onyx, a princess of the Winter court, Virgie is reluctant to commit to the war. Joining her on this adventure is the High Commandeer Nathan whom Virgie is highly attracted and their chemistry is off the charts hot. Nathan is the Kingsman, which leaves Virgie to wonder, which side is he on? Virgie, along with the rescued fae students from Nocturnal Academy are told that they will be trained in preparation for the war between the Summer and Winter courts. Virgie begins to realize that she doesn’t know who at Vasara can be trusted. This tale has drama, action, betrayal, deception, twists, and a cliffhanger, leading you to read the next book, “Rebellious Fae”
REBELLIOUS FAE
OMG! Just OMG!
“Rebellious Fae” is a fast-paced, well-written second book in the “Fae Prison Academy” series. Virgie and Nathan are under the scrutiny of King Peter as they try to find ways to prevent the war. Meanwhile, King Peter is trying to provoke Onyx into a war by turning Thorsten, her consort into a cactus, which Virgie and Nathan tried to prevent. Virgie is going to need a miracle to prevent this war. This tale has drama, action, suspense, and twists you never see coming. The scenes are so vivid, realistic, and exciting with frenemies becoming allies and allies becoming victims. The cliffhanger is the biggest twist of all.
WRATHFUL FAE
I absolutely loved this ending!
“Wrathful Fae” is the perfect final book in this trilogy. Virgie fully comes into her powers and learns a few more. She and her friends find their happy ending (almost) and the war is settled. The action, drama, suspense, and romance culminate into one of the best endings of a trilogy with all of your questions answered but one; which may lead to another spin-off. I loved this series and read all three books back-to-back in one day and I wish there were more as I was fully invested in this series and I highly recommend this box set! 5 stars for sure!

“Rebellious Fae” is a fast-paced, well-written second book in the “Fae Prison Academy” series. Virgie and Nathan are under the scrutiny of King Peter as they try to find ways to prevent the war. Meanwhile, King Peter is trying to provoke Onyx into a war by turning Thorsten, her consort into a cactus, which Virgie and Nathan tried to prevent. Virgie is going to need a miracle to prevent this war. This tale has drama, action, suspense, and twists you never see coming. The scenes are so vivid, realistic, and exciting with frenemies becoming allies and allies becoming victims. The cliffhanger is the biggest twist of all.
WRATHFUL FAE
I absolutely loved this ending!
“Wrathful Fae” is the perfect final book in this trilogy. Virgie fully comes into her powers and learns a few more. She and her friends find their happy ending (almost) and the war is settled. The action, drama, suspense, and romance culminate into one of the best endings of a trilogy with all of your questions answered but one; which may lead to another spin-off. I loved this series and read all three books back-to-back in one day and I wish there were more as I was fully invested in this series and I highly recommend this box set! 5 stars for sure!

I love sets and this world was a wild ride. It was a different take on Vampires and Fae but it worked to give a good story.
Disgraced Fae - Peony, a Summer Fae, who is a slave to Vampires who ends up in trouble and in Prison. I loved rooting for Peony to survive and do what she had to do. The characters were fun and a blast to read. I laughed and enjoyed it. Watching her grow was amusing.
Reluctant Fae - This is the story of Virgie and how she ends up in faeland and being taken in by the Summer Court. The story was interesting and entertaining although I spent most of it waiting for Virgie to loose her cool and scream at a few people. It was full of suspense, danger, waiting for betrayal I thought was around the corner for sure, and hoping Virgie would survive and find a home and friends where she would feel safe. It kept me reading and in suspense for what would happen next and what craziness would show up next. Just a great beginning to the series where the people are intense and crazy.
Rebellious Fae - The story and situation gets crazier for Virgie as the King is aiming for War while she tries to stop it without being found out and losing her life. It had action, danger, betrayal, and subterfuge all wrapped into an addicting story that kept me reading to the end to see if Virgie would survive and succeed. Virgie is amazing along with the rest of the cast of characters that are all so amazing. With the twists and the ending I need the next one.
Wrathful Fae - A battle between monarchs is here and it was fun to see who survives. One is banished to the fae wastelands and characters must fight to save the Faelands and restore the wastelands. Old enemies will reemerge show and new powers will be discovered. Just a good story in this series.

I really enjoyed the series. However the narration could use some work. The story itself was great with lots of different characters. It also had some cool magic. The story starts with Peony & she has cool plant magic. Her master was always kind to her and she was grateful. Most vampires abused their property. One day her master asked her to create a fertility plant that would cause mating to become irresistible. He had a customer who had requested such a plant. So Peony diligently worked on it. Before she could give it to her master it was stolen. So Peony's master sent her to the fae prison. It was an awful place that preyed on your weaknesses & delivered cruel repercussions for those that disobeyed. The vampire guards were always drooling and staring at her neck. She was crushed at the thought of staying there. Then the thief that stole her plant was put in the cell next to her. It was frustrating her but she could do nothing. After getting to know Caleb he escaped from his cell. As Peony thought about his words and then knew he told her how to as well. so she did it and ended up in the fae realm. She made many friends & tr6ied to change her ways to become a better person. Then we met Vergee another who was sent to the fairy realm because of her mentalist powers. As Vergee & all the others who were rescued from the fae prison learned to use their magic they met evil King Peter. He was working with the Headmistress from the prison to create a fertility plant as well. The adventure to defeat the evil King was a great battle for Vergee, Peony & all the others. They worked with Onyx a vampire that helped free the faires from the prison. It was an epic adventure that has really cool magic and plenty of action. Great job of worldbuilding. A great read.

There she encounters both Peony and Kristen once again as she learns the ropes and finds her own possible romance. Virgie has a keen intellect and easily sees through their King. Can she convince others around her that he doesn't have everyone's best interest at heart? True to form there's tons of political intrigue, deception,and suspense... And one uber smart, canny, fierce female at the center of it all. It does end with a cliffhanger, and I for one can't wait for the next book in this exciting series!

I really enjoyed this boxset! It has amazing world-building and fantastic characters, including some strong, kick-a$$ heroines who fuel the story. I really loved that. There is magic, betrayal, war, friends, allies, enemies. It has an interesting dynamic between vampires and fae that was a little unique, plenty of action, too. I am really glad I discovered this series after the box set came out. Some of the individual books have cliff-hangers, and I would have hated waiting for the next book. The box set is a steal at $0.99 for four books right now. If you like fae, vampires, and fantasy, I recommend getting it now.

What happens after Nocturnal Academy is taken down? Onyx is now the queen of the Winter Fae, but what about the students she went to school with? Both her few friends and the ones who tormented her.
