Must Read!! In depth learnings
I hesitatingly ordered this book as it was a bit expensive and not have heard of it earlier, but found some good reviews from people.
As I only read physical copies ,so I ordered one. I am happy that I did, it is just an amazing book for working professionals,I found it so interesting that I completed it in one sitting, the anecdotes and living live examples is like a living guide for working professionals. Any body who wants to learn management rules and principles, wants to know how to deal with humans and have growth in life, read this, their is a great story with which you can relate each part of your personal and professional life and would add great deal of knowledge and learning to your current levels and have great exposure to the unseen parts of it. It will help you speed up your process of success. I highly recommend this masterpiece on leadership. Every page of it is priceless.

Perfectly describes how leaders evolve
I just cannot rate this book highly enough to take a different, positive approach to life and work.
What I like most about the book compared to the other leadership books is that the story and the lessons will have influence in your home life as well not just work. It definitely made me think, and i am even finding myself taking a different approach around my team at work.
I'd strongly recommend anyone interested in really understanding how to drive yourself or your business forward, should buy this book immediately and read it at least twice (once to read, the second time to take notes as there is so much content!).

This is an amazing book,which has a beautiful story which talks about ups and downs of an ordinary boy, his gains, his losses,learnings and wisdom he attains- everything about life.Every chapter talks about some specific traits and essential qualities of a leader and how to develop them. Will recommend this leadership guide to all those who want to move ahead on the path of leadership.
