소년병으로 꾸민 채 전장을 전전해왔던 은설은, 백황국 금문장군 기해운의 며느리라며 그 집안에 발을 디딘다.

Have ever wonder what being groomed, r@ped, and eventually develop Stockholm syndrome for a general that believes you are his son's "wife" and could be your father feels like??? Well,look not further..

Now, this story ... was something. And that something is a series of crimes... this man deserves the death penalty.. The MMC is not morally grey he and his worm-eaten heart are blacker than the darkest place on this earth...

The plot as much as plot there was in this... was interesting... It was full of smut I am not going to lie, and it could be good.. if it was not based on rape, coercion, slavery, abuse and other "amazing" things... I don't even know how they expect us to fall for a Hapilly Ever After ending???

I found this manhwa by chance. TBH, I didn't like it much at first because I didn't like the way the General approached our heroine. But as I read on, there were some flashbacks that made sense. (However, I still didn't like it.)

This manhwa feels like another version of Fifty Shades of Grey. In a more intense way.

At the end, he showed his sweet side only to her which melted my heart somehow.
But his attitude, it was it got on my nerves everytime. He is way too obsessed with her.

However, I finished the story. And I need to stay from this type of manhwa for a little while.

Luego de leerme el manhwa y tuve la oportunidad de leer la novela ni lo dude, y la verdad es que me gusto mucho pues la primera parte nos presenta la primera temporada del manhwa que es lo personal me atrapo desde la primera página, y cuando termine esa parte me dejo con buen sabor de boca.
Debo decir que la segunda temporada del manhwa no viene en la novela pero la complementa, pues podría considerarse un intermedio que emociona, pues cuando llego a la segunda parte de la novela conocemos más de lo que ocurre con ambos protagonistas y su relación con el palacio real, que aunque es corta no deja nada al aire pues puede comprenderse lo que llegará a suceder en el futuro con esa relación entre hijos tanto de los protas como del rey.
Una historia corta pero que recomiendo mucho.

1. Histrom with a questionable romance featuring questionable consent. Might as well be hentai, tbh- the sex scenes are way more racy than you'd expect for a softcore smut comic. Anyway, I kinda lost interest the moment the FL turned out to be a Faux Action Girl.

2. I'm sure there are stories that can make the premise of a major age gap + political thriller + questionable romance ft. a seasoned politician ML and a wide-eyed innocent FL work, and for all I know this may even BE one of those. But I'm not the target audience for such a story. The tropes are too much of a turn-off and there are too many stories out there I'd rather read.

Really noooooot my cup of tea at all. This was what I'd read to figure out what exactly was very much not my cup of tea. The execution is fine save for the ex-soldier FL's skinny limbs, but yikes everything that I wince at is in this manhwa.

Half of this manhwa is mostly sex, which is a yes, but I'm glad that there was a backstory and a twist in this story. I like how everything was laid out in this manhwa and there's no unnecessary drama especially since this just has 24 chapters.
