Guide to self love

This book has great advice on moving on after trauma. The book is less about changing thought patterns and more focused on accepting them and increasing critical thinking. Why? According to this book our thoughts are just narratives we have created and not absolute truths. It's odd but I found that comforting.

Helped in aiding me to go through all the bad experiences and problems I am trying to solve right now. It provided the proper advice and procedure that will be the catalyst and change towards my life from now on.

I did enjiy this book and learning about acceptance and commitment therapy. I liked how the book discussed how to decide if act is the right therapy for you. So mich great information.

This book will help you learn about anxiey in relationships and will help you conquer that. It will give you an understanding of yourself or someone you love who is struggling with this issue.

You should read and take in even if you feel you won't due. I will say that you may already know some of it. Recommend!
