One sex scen and it was bad. Even the partner contact with one of the girls had more content. And the contact was just the first random thing the author though up. It had no mening at all. How people can give this crap 5 stars is beyond me. I gave part 1-3 4 stars but this book was crap. The story is so sloppy and plain. It feels like reading instuctions on how to do different menial task, but on repeat. I'm loosing respect for this author. He just wants to cash in money.

What the what now?
I am not quite done with this one yet but had to skip ahead to voice my queries. Firstly, Taslyn's eye's were amber in the first 3 books. How are they suddenly yellow/green? Secondly, female peacocks do not have a long tail. The long tail or train as it's called is strictly a male thing to attract the females. Yes females do still have but it is only a fraction of the size. I gave the first 3 books 5 stars, but this one got 4 as i dislike discontinuity. Now it will return to my spot and finish.

Deviously clever and full of excitement!
Amazing as always!
The series has done well with building the characters and their abilities and this one takes steps to further that whilst also making a move with the bigger plot in an explosive way!
With weird, unusual and forbidden magic and a bunch or gorgeous women willing to help save the world, this series is about to get fun!

My only real qualm with this series is that it is aggregating to constantly recap every time they meet someone or do something related to a previous book. I would be a poor reader if I can't remember what I read before and is totally unneeded. The other point is that the MC is way too trusting with women in general.

Marriage, sabotage, and saving the world
This was damn good, this journey the author is taking us on is incredible! The characters are a joy to read about and the overall world that is being built within these pages is fascinating. I can't wait for the next one!

Enjoyable story, great entry in the series.
I am enjoying each book in this series as the story progresses, much more than other series I've read. This book picks up quickly and stays interesting the whole way through. I'm looking forward to the next book.

Another enjoyable installment

I would be on book 5 if audible would get the complete series up. But I must admit I did enjoy this series.
