Shenanigans #6

Undercover Shenanigans

Rate this book
She was a real live Shenanigans mystery. Travis and Glory always thought Cassie was a bear like them, while Max and Pete were convinced she was a wolf. Dan and Cole insisted she was a cougar and the witches considered her one of them, even though they'd never actually seen her cast a spell. But Cassie herself? Well, Cassie was used to keeping her entire nature a secret because she was something else entirely. Something the rest of the paranormal world didn't exactly appreciate.

Sadly, Pepper was not born a shifter. She dreams of being adopted (or mated) by one, but until such a glorious day arrives, she consoles herself by writing about shifters instead.

Either that, or she really IS a shifter and is just pretending NOT to be a shifter, to protect her people.

Whether the former or the latter is anyone's guess, but either way, she's living her absolute best possible shifter-life.

Cassie is a Shenanigans mystery as no one knows exactly what she is. Everyone believes she's one of them, but Cassie knows that she's something else altogether. Cassie has found happiness with the Shenanigans crew and hopes to stay where she is. This is especially true when she finds her mate among the dragons. But can her people force her to leave?

I'm really enjoying this series and this book's no exception. The series has been excellent and each time I think I've found a favorite book, I read the next one! This tantalizing story charmed me and kept me entranced from start to finish. I'm very eager for the next book. I highly recommend both book and series which I think is best read in order.

Likeable characters and a fun story. These are very short; closer to short story than novella length.
