Great book!! This is a must read for all business leaders. After working for a company that Darius Mirshahzadeh help build, I know how important Core Values are. Once Core Values are in place and your culture is living by them, the company will thrive, self govern and have limitless scale. It's amazing! I encourage all leaders of businesses or even families to read this book. So many great tips, trick and stories along the way.
