I began writing dark erotica in 2014. I found that it really irritated me how authors bring down their male leads and make love stories sappy. I continually began to feel unfulfilled with reading. So I wrote a book how I like to read it. I find that although my stories are full on and seem a bit much, so many of my readers have connected to them. I try to tone it down ever so often in my books, but I find I write better the harder the material I write about.

This book was about Angelique and Eskander. I liked Angelique a lot she was smart and sensible which made for a bit of a boring book 😭😂 Eskander wasn’t even that evil he actually fell in love with her fast which was sweet to read but when I pick up an EL Beth book it’s because I want angst and drama. This book was fluffier compared to her usual stuff. If im being honest I only read it because I was more interested in Darius and his books in this series… he’s an absolute psycho so im excited for that!! Overall it was a fun read and I added a star because the sex scenes were genuinely the best I’ve read from EL Beth. Way more unique and descriptive than her usual!

Love you, loved it

This book has a lot going on, I don't want to do any spoilers, but the plot was good, the writing is good.

OMFG a book by E.L. Beth that didn't have other woman drama and the MMC was a decent guy? Why can't all her books be this good?
