Meet Bree Capri, a popular YouTuber boasting millions of subscribers. When it comes to showcasing the latest makeup trends, she's your go-to guru. However, navigating her personal life is where things get complicated for Bree. Commitment terrifies her; the mere idea sends shivers down her spine. Take her relationship with long-term boyfriend Mike Manning, for instance. While Mike dreams of a future filled with marriage, kids, and happily ever after with Bree, she grapples with the concept of spending eternity with one person. One fateful evening at a concert in Atlanta on a whim from her sister introduces Bree to rising artist Lennox Blu whose music resonates deeply within her soul. As Lennox locks eyes on the stunning Bree swaying to his songs, he too harbors his own reservations about commitment but is intrigued by getting to know this captivating woman. The burning question remains – are either of them truly prepared for what could be eternal love?
My Review: I quite enjoyed reading this book. The narrative primarily focused on Bree, but we also got to see the perspectives of other characters, including one of her twin sisters. Although I appreciated the fast-paced nature of the story, I found myself craving more content. The plot was filled with a significant amount of drama and unresolved issues that left me wanting closure. While Bree's storyline wrapped up nicely (though a sequel would be welcomed to see where life takes her next), her sisters' own relationship struggles were mentioned but never resolved, leaving readers desiring answers. Overall, I liked the book and am eager to delve deeper into the lives of these characters.
