Bree Capri is a YouTuber with millions of subscribers. When it comes to recommending the newest makeup, she’s your best bet. However, when it comes to her love life, she can’t seem to figure it out. There was a lot goin on in this novella....Initially, I was confused because of the narration....but the story actually talks about 3 sisters...instead of the one....There's some interesting plot twist that occurred and unfortunately there's a lot of story left unaddressed....I'm not sure if there is or will be follow up stories about these sisters.....I've still been awaiting follow-up stories to this author's last audiobook. She gives you a lot of content without resolution. That is disappointing to say the least.

I struggled with the rating on this one. I have read several of Jahquel J.'s books and loves them. This is not one of them. I feel as though the book would have been better if it would have focused on one sister in this short story. Maybe then Jahquel could have come up with a suitable ending. As it is I rated the book a 2.
It was inittially difficult to follow. it took me a minute to figure out all of the characters in the short story. The plots were average. I thought there was too much going on.

Good storyline
This story was very different. I love how independent Bree was. She knew what she wanted and what she didn’t want. Her relationship with Mike was like trying to put a square peg in a round hole. Lennox is more her speed and I hope she commits to giving him a chance. Bia just about broke my heart, I had a feeling about how she got pregnant. I was shouting at my kindle let Romeo love you girl, lol. Bianka is still up in the air with me. I’m hoping as this series continue we will find out more about her and her situation. I love the bond these sisters have and how they have each other’s back whether they agree with the others decisions or not. Looking forward to the continuation of this story.

Jahquel J. really captured the push and pull of wanting love but being afraid of what comes with forever. The chemistry, the flaws, the tension it all felt honest and layered. Bree and Lennox mirrored each other’s fears in such a way that you couldn’t help but root for them, even when you weren’t sure if either of them was ready.

My Review: I quite enjoyed reading this book. The narrative primarily focused on Bree, but we also got to see the perspectives of other characters, including one of her twin sisters. Although I appreciated the fast-paced nature of the story, I found myself craving more content. The plot was filled with a significant amount of drama and unresolved issues that left me wanting closure. While Bree's storyline wrapped up nicely (though a sequel would be welcomed to see where life takes her next), her sisters' own relationship struggles were mentioned but never resolved, leaving readers desiring answers. Overall, I liked the book and am eager to delve deeper into the lives of these characters.

Unfortunately adults, some, put so much stock and faith in a church home that they pay no attention to those hurting right next to them!!!…
Bree wasn’t afraid of love, she wanted love on her terms, commitment with marriage or being forced fed the narrative that she had to have children!!!…Mike breaking up with her was the best thing he could have done for her!!!…I truly wanted to see what would become of her and Lennox!!!…
Bianka didn’t want to disappoint her mother and found herself locked in an abusive marriage at the young age of 20 with a man who was old enough to be her father!!!…She is now trying to figure out how to get out of it because everything she wants on a husband and marriage, is not what she got!!!…

Out of all the books I have read by Jah, this was by far, the worst one. LMAO
Bree... I hated her. So much. She never got better, and I thought she would with Lennox. She didn't. And while I understand not wanting to jump back into a relationship, its like she leads folks on in a way. IDK how to really describe her, but I didn't like her.
Mike... stupid. LOL Stupid for staying with Bree as long as you did and you wanted marriage. Stupid for going BACK to your ex and proposing. Like proposing for what exactly? Now you're really rushing marriage. Smh poor thing.
Lennox... eh. He was alright.
BIA and BIANKA... Bia, that's my girl! Loved her character and I hated what she went through. Hopefully, if there is another book, she and Romeo get their happy ending. Bianka, chile. Get rid of that man and stop listening to your mother.
Overall, this book was very redundant. I was so tired of reading about Bree and her damn commitment issues. She was just weird. How is this the title of the book and it still never got anywhere? LOL thankfully this was a short story cause goodness. I was already skipping through some of the repetitive dialogue. Like her with Lennox at the end, how are you still saying no relationship and you're doing all the things of a relationship? LOL

How does this story really end?
There are too much questions that left unanswered: (1) what is the real story with their mother because she does not seem like she is happy with her life. (2) Is Bianka going to stay in that abusive relationship just make her mother and father happy. (3) Bia is going to let that Pastor gets away with what he did to her? It might have been other girls that he might have done this too. I also feel that she and Romeo should be in relationship, because they sound cute for each other. Why Mike not happy with the relationship he chose for himself and why did he went that way. Bree is looking to be going down the road she scared to go and how Mike will feel about that?
I really enjoyed the story but I was not looking for the book to end that way, so I hoping that there will be a another book to finish this story.

Loved these sisters, and the bond that they shared. They all were so different, but together when it counted the most. Bree! She was no nonsense about her feelings about love and babies. Didn't care who or what had an issue with it, she was going to be her. Lennox was so perfect for her. The vibe that they shared was so amazing. Was so not ready for the bombshell that Bia dropped! No wonder church was a no go for her! She was strong, stood her ground, and did not let her mother or anyone else mistreat her or Aries. Bianka, so busy trying to please her mother, has gotten herself into a marriage that is not what she imagined. I hope there will be another book, as I would love to know what happens with Bia and Bianka, and their relationships. Really enjoyed this read. 👍👍👍

A great way to learn about these three beautiful yet uniquely different sisters!
I enjoyed learning about all 3 sisters!! Lennox and Bree are definitely meant for each other. I don't know too many personally that don't want to be married and have children but whatever floats your boat. I love how her sisters supported her in every aspect and vice versa. I wish their parents, especially their mother would do the same. I cannot wait to read more on Bia and especially Bianka because she's more of a mystery than the other two. I part of me believes that Romero and Bia could work out but she has to be willing to let him in. I enjoyed every moment of this story.

Started the book and it was a little slow. But picked up backed up and completed in one night. A set of twins and a sister love lives all liked different. Church raised but as the sisters got older each one of them did their own thing. Love they still had family dinner. The mom wanted all her girls to be married like her. One sister had a child as a teen. The ending was shocking on who the father is. One sister got married and looked like the perfect marriage. One sister didn’t want a marriage or a child. She seemed to be the main character. Finding your person is key. I definitely vibed with who she ended up with.

Rushed Ending But Good Storyline
Tho book was actually pretty good. I just would have loved a little more at the end regarding all of the sisters. There was so much going on in the book that I think it was left up in the air. From the pastor to the relationships, to the last minute abuse etc. it was a very rushed ending but up until then it was a pretty good storyline.

Good read
Bree, Bia, and Bianca had a nice sisterly bond that was essential to deal with the pressure their mom put on them to marry young forsaking their own wishes. Bree had an atypical take on marriage that defies the traditional norms. Lennox seems to be her speed!

An Anomaly!!
Lennox Blu is what I’d consider to be an Anomaly(something that deviates from what is standard, normal, or expected). When people speak of others being “a different Breed”, he is most certainly the true definition of that!!

I loved the story very much and so glad that lenoxx and Bree found each other but Bree mother is so overbearing and worrying about what others think instead of letting her girls be themselves. I’m glad Bree stood up to her instead of marrying mike.

I'm glad Bree found happiness with Lennox. Michael couldn't accept that she didn't want to be married now he's miserable and engaged to his ex. I hope there's a story for Bia and Bianka also because that pastor needs to be dealt with and so does Bianka's husband.❤❤

Great Read!
I have a strong dislike for parents like Mrs. Rhonda and Mr & Mrs Capri. I’m glad as least 2 of their children stood up for themselves. I really hope Bia and Romeo get a story, I would love to see how they handled Bia’s news.
