Esther E. Schmidt is an USA Today bestselling author who loves to write MC (biker) series, Mafia Romance series, PNR series, contemporary romance series, and more. She's a graphic designer that also loves to write. She released her first series "Areion Fury MC" in October 2015. Esther lives in The Netherlands with her family, three daughters, and a crazy iguana. She loves to write about bad boy Alphas with a heart for only one woman. To make it a bit interesting, that woman needs to be a badass herself.

I really love this series. They are perfect combination for something quick with a bit of action and danger, and enough of spice.
If you aren't new to the series, then you know Colt. And if you aren't, just know he's lonely, darkish and can be an ass type. So, to see his unexpected other side... I had to confess, I was a bit shocked... Well, maybe not that. I just had this stupid smile on my face and mushy feelings, and dreams of someday soon meeting my own Colt.

I just love this series, I mean come on…. Cowboy Bikers who play hard and love fiercely… What’s not to love. Ms. Schmidt has given us another intense yet heartwarming addition to the series. This is Colt and Kadence’s story and if you’ve kept up with the series, you just knew this book was going to be explosive. Colt is a loner with issues from his past that have caused him to keep people at a distance. Heck he even lives by himself on the very edge of the ranch his MC brothers own. Don’t get me wrong, he’s 100 percent dedicated to the club, the cattle and his horses. But when a little spitfire, Kadence, waltzes into his life his world becomes topsy turvy. Kadence is not only his sister’s best friend and ex-roommate, she is also the sister of another MC Prez. She also happens to be in a world of trouble. Trouble that Colt doesn’t want or need anywhere near the club or his sister.

The banter between these two is great. The suspense and thrills are done in true Esther Schmidt fashion and had me flipping pages to see what happens next. I Highly Recommend this book / series. While it can be read as standalone, I suggest reading these short stories in order as they do overlap. 2 Thumbs Up and 5+ Stars.

This is the fifth book in the series. While they could be read as a stand-alone. I recommend reading them in order. At least reading book 4 before this one. This book continues right from book 4. Colt is Mayven’s brother. Her best friend is Kadence. Colt and Kadence have this weird love hate thing. Kadence is an mc princess. Her brother recently become president. Things are difficult for her so she runs. Colt is attracted to her but there is an age difference. Danger may be coming for Kadence. Colt will have to decide if he is going to give into his feelings for her. Kadence is stuck. She knows there is danger in running to another club but she feels like she has no choice. This was a great read. Colt and Kadence are a fun couple. Colt will do anything for her. I can’t say enough about this book or the series. The guys in this club are always there for each other and would do anything for their women. I can’t wait for the next book in this series. Fantastic job Esther.

Another awesome story in the world of Cowboy Bikers MC. I loved Colt and Kadence's story. It may be a quick read, but as with the other stories in this series, it's packed with all the hotness, sexiness and drama you need to make you fall in love with this couple!! Loved it so hard!!!!

I love Colt, he has his issues which he deals with in his own way but he has connected with Kadence in a way that hasn't happened to him before. Cadence life has spirald out of control thanks to the family MC, she has to her friend for help. With the backing and protection from Colt and his MC she feels safer. This is a wonderful story with a mix of gentle romance and some violence, nothing is ever plain sailing in this world of bikers no matter how hard they try to find the most beneficial solution to a problem for all parties. I think Colt and Kadence are well suited and each give the other the calm and balance they need. Loving this series so much, it's different and has enough content and surprises to keep it interesting, books are not very long but do pack a punch and entertain the reader.

This is another great part of a great series, that is getting better with each new book and characters.
Colt, has had deep feelings for his sisters best friend forever. When she is in trouble, and shows up on their door step, he will do anything to help and keep her safe. The feelings are getting stronger between them as the days goes on.
Kadense, came to check on her best friend, because she needed her love and understanding, following her parents funerals.when he brother tells her that she is going to one of his men, she panics and runs. When Colt sees she’s getting ready to run, he tells her he will help her and keep her safe. she takes him up on his suggestion. They give in to their passion and build a deep and loving relationship that can withstand anything.

I love this series and recommend it to everyone!! They are short but action packed and full of soulmate connections. Colt and Kandence's book picks up right where Ledger and Mayven story ended. I love Colt and Kandence aka Doll! Colt was always known as a loner in ways especially with the PTSD he experienced. These two were perfect for each other in every way. Kandence was the light that Colt has always been looking for to tame his nightmares. Even from their first kiss Colt could feel the touch of brightness that Kandence brought him. I dont want to give too much away but boy do I need a man like Colt in my life! The way Esther wrote Colt describing Kandence I fell deeper in love with him! "To have this slice of heaven to last a lifetime".

I loved every single thing about this book!
Colt is a cowboy Biker. He likes his solitude and quiet life. Kadence is on the run, from a very sticky situation. These two have a connection that is explosive. I absolutely love this series, even though it's about a different character with each book, you still get to read what's going on with the others!
There's plenty of action, drama and oh baby lots of hotness 🔥.I think Colt and Kadence just might be my favorite couple. I can't wait to read Alfie's story. Don't know how Esther is going to top this book, but I'm positive she will.❣️ Such a fantastic story! Love it!!! Totally awesome 💞

Strangely enough, this was my favorite couple. I say that because in the previous books, I thought Colt was a bit of a jerk. But getting into his head, seeing how completely gone he was for Kadence endeared him to me. Kadence was also a bit of a mystery. Her showing up at the ranch in the previous book wasn't a good time for her. She had been through so much in a short time. She quickly showed her strength and character and I found myself completely in love with these two. What I have noticed about all of the couples is that each one truly displays that they are a team, equals. I love that so very much! Cannot wait to see what Esther E Schmidt dreams up next!

This was a great addition to the series, Cowboy Bikers MC #5 had a strong plot, it was filled with many emotions, the story was written well. Esther E. Schmidt did a great job on this book.
I enjoyed Colt and Kadence's story, they were strong characters that were meant for each other. The attraction between them was instant, they were drawn to each other, their connection was strong. The chemistry between them was off the charts, it was hot, they were great together.
This was a great story, can't wait to read more of this series.
I'd recommend reading this book.

We met these characters in the last book and the definitely had me curious about their story.
It was an awesome story! Sweet and sexy with just a bit of action. Add a nail biting scene and this was a book I devoured.
I for one love a damaged man who finds the right woman to help him heal.
Colt fit the bill perfectly! In true Esther Schmidt fashion our hero falls immediately and I love her books for that.
Kadence had a set of issues herself. Together the healed each other in this wonderful love story.
I am absolutely loving these MC Cowboy books!!

Loved it!

Kadence and Colt were perfect together. While the story is short, you get to see how their attraction grew. Colt was surly and distant and once Kadence burst into his world, he really started to live. After Kadence's parents died, she was lost and needed someone to help her navigate life on her own. Colt was the perfect one to guide her and save her .

Watching them come together to fight the threat to her life, you knew they were headed for HEA.

I'll start off by saying I love these books! I mean, who wouldn't love a cowboy biker?

Colt is a loner. He has his brother's back but he keeps to himself, his house is away from everyone, on the edge of the property, which is good if your trying to hide something.

Kadence, Mayven's best friend and Colt's sister, is in trouble.

I loved the chemistry between Kadence and Colt! You could see the chemistry between them in Ledger and Mayven's book but it only intensifies in this one!

I can't wait to see what Esther e Schmidt gives us in the next one!

I loved this book! This series is amazing and I think this book is my favorite one yet! I mean....I have had a total love/hate relationship with Colt...such and a$$hole. Now I can say my relationship is a total love one! He found his one and is complete...he totally deserves it. I absolutely loved the beginning of this book...that is all I will say. I love how he and Kadence came together. It was a fun ride and now I will wait patiently (or maybe impatiently) for the next!!

I absolutely love this series, each book s better than the last. Kadence runs to her best friend to get away from things going on with her brothers MC. Colt is a loner but when his sisters friend shows up and in need of help, Colt steps up and will do everything to keep her safe and to make her his. Each story is a quick read that will draw you in till the last page. Can't wait for Alfie and Joaquin's story.

Cowboy Biker MC #5 is another book in Esther E. Schmidt’s series. In this book, we meet Colt and Kadence. Kadence is the sister of the brother of another motorcycle club, the Deranged Hounds. Her father was killed, and her brother takes over the club. To achieve a smooth transition, he promises his sister to the VP, Connor. Connor is a cruel man. Kadence is a strong-willed, independent, and proud beauty. Determined to avoid such an arranged marriage, Kadence goes to visit her girlfriend, Mayven. This is where she meets Colt, an alpha male biker suffering from PTSD. He is eight years older that Kadence. Upon meeting, an instant attraction ignites. Colt is determined to keep Kadence safe from her brother and her betrothed. Will he be successful? What happens with Conner? Will Kadence and Colt find happiness?

Once again, Ms. Schmidt penned another romantic suspense story. This one is filled with action, danger and romance which is the perfect combination to garner her readers’ attention. I like the way she creates her characters. The primary characters are always complex. At first, there is an attraction that they try to ignore. In this story Kadence and Colt balance each other out. Through her skill in crafting conversational and internal dialog, her readers get a complete look at Kadence and Colt’s personalities. I also enjoyed how Ms. Schmidt connects all her characters in this series. The men are a band of brothers who are willing to do anything for a fellow brother. The women are connected through pre-existing relationships. This allows for a camaraderie amongst the story’s cast of characters. I hope Ms. Schmidt continues to add other books to this series.

Another cowboy biker to fall in love with! I absolutely loved how he was determined to do what he could to keep her safe and with him. I loved how she still held onto her fire and while she gave him leeway, she still voiced her opinion! Steamy read!

Soo good

Colt and Kadence's story was one made of love and I may just hate you but love you at the same time. They couldn't get enough of fighting each other but it was a ruse for the heat that was boiling between them. This story is so hot with the love and danger factor that you may get burned reading it.

Kadence and Colt

Another fantastic story in this series. This was a wild ride for sure. It was suspenseful, thrilling, sweet, and super steamy. Colt met his match when he met Kadence. They are both feisty, fierce, and extremely protective. I love them together. I cannot get enough of these Cowboy bikers. Great story!

Another excellent book in this series. Good characters and plot along with some twists and turns plus action and romance. Looking forward to the next book in this series.
