My mother gave me a copy of this book that she bought at a garage sale for .50 cents when I was about in 9th grade. One of the nicer things my mom ever did for me, as she was usually hoping for my demise.

I did not buy into all of the book, but I did see how visualization and tapping into a greater mind can help your mind to influence your body. You don't have to just take what nature does to your body -- you can build back. I credit this book as being the single most important factor that at age 50 I look like age 30 and I'm the youngest-looking person that I went to high school with. It's because I use self-suggestion and visualization. I've learned about it more from other books, but this was my beginning.

The book was okish, many manifestations and affirmations. The author explains a technique he imagined a meeting with inventors and investors wich he shared ideas and asked advice, pretty crazy but productive in a way. Talking about the hypothalamus that it's the core wich the concious mind can open. Be more aware in concious being rather than thinking and preluding negatively
