Silver Spoons Inc. #3

Billionaire Playboy

Rate this book
I needed a job. I never expected to end up married. Working as an executive assistant at Silver Spoons Inc. was a dream come true. It was a place where all of my considerable business management skills could be of use, although, I wasn't sure I could put something like waking up naked in bed with my boss on my resume. With blackmailers and killers around every corner, finding out I'm married to the sexy billionaire seems like the least of my worries. Staying alive long enough to find out who set us up is the bigger problem. And if I enjoy the fringe benefit of being married to the sexiest man I've ever seen in my life, who's to know? With more questions than answers, getting a divorce seems like the worst possible thing we could do, but what happens after the dust settles and my heart tells me Crosby holds more than my next promotion? What happens when he starts talking about staying married?

About Me
I believes the only thing sexier than a man in cowboy boots is two, or three men in cowboy boots. I also believes in love at first sight, soul mates, true love, and happy endings.

I live in the great Northwest region of the USA, with my gorgeous husband and soul mate, two boxer/collie puppies, one old biddy cats, and three fish. When I'm not being a mother to my six teenagers or cleaning up after my two 70 pound lap puppies, you can usually find me cuddled in bed with a book in my hand and a puppy in my lap. Or on my laptop, creating the next sexy man for one of my stories.

I welcomes comments from readers, so drop me a line. stormyglenn@hotmail.com

What do I do ?
I'm a writer of erotic, paranormal, werewolf, futuristic, contemporary, gay, and Ménage a Trois romances. I'm currently published with Siren Publishing, Torquere Press, and Noble Ellora's Cave.

Este libro fue el más fantasioso de los tres. No me gustó tanto, ni siquiera la química entre los personajes principles estuvo bien. Agradezco que sean historias cortas porque soy de los que termino un libro si o sí

"Several of them were of me and Sonny, the guy I'd been sleeping with while I was in England" (which is how Sonny was introduced to us.)

" 'According to what Agent Clark was able to learn when he interrogated Pamela, she sent the pictures to keep me from sleeping around. If I was worried I'd be blackmailed, it would keep me from being with anyone else except Sonny. Apparently, because there were no pictures of him, I was supposed to think it was safe to sleep with him.'
Okay, now it made sense."

You're slipping Stormy.
(Also the pictures were so pointless because he didn't see Sonny in the like TWO days TOPS before he was drugged, and the drugging gave him no choice in who he married so he didn't need any feelings of safety toward Sonny whatsoever.) Weak.

Also very weak insta love.

Acceptable, a little much better than the first two books, but it not worth the money and 4 1/2 stars . I’m not recommend this book.

Much like in the first book, I didn’t totally buy into Crosby’s insta-love for Jefferson. Still, at least he was gay so that made it a step up from the first book. Overall, the book was okay.

The best book in the series and it's just my type! A playboy who slept around finally left his old life when he found the one. The one who isn't his type. Jefferson is a perfect match for Crosby who can keep balanced him and keep him grounded.

Mejor historia que el segundo libro, aunque los acontecimientos son demasiados rápidos y sin desarrollar lo suficiente

A lot better than the second book but...

It is safe to say this one too, is not as good as the first book, but as I said before in the header of this review, is a lot better than the second one when it comes to the plot. It has a lot of potential and it could have been even better than the first book if it had been done differently. I did gave the second book a better ranking than this one because Burke and Benji actually knew each other when they decided to be together and that they were in love. While, with this story I had trouble with the fact that Crosby and Jefferson didn’t have time to even get to know each other.
The story is just too short for the amount of things happening around all the characters. It gave no time for the main characters, Jefferson and Crosby, to actually fall in love or get to know one another, and said circumstances, made it sound ridiculous when they professed to love each other. It looked to me like they are in lust instead but the author is trying, and failing miserably to convince us they are in love. Not to mention how wrong it was when Jefferson and Crosby were drugged and were intimate for the first time, no matter how the author tried to write it as if they both enjoyed it, it felt wrong in so many ways; I don’t know about other people but I sure as hell would have freaked the f out if I wake up after being drugged and discovered I had, not very consensual and unprotected sex, with a complete estranger that happens to be one of my bosses AND that I’m also married to said estranger.
Also, this was supposed to be the wrap-up story where everything gets tied together and the stories of the three bosses of Silver Spoons Inc comes to an end, so I would have thought, and was also expecting it to be longer with more detail put into it, but it looked to be rushed as if the author just wanted to get the stories done and over with. It made me extremely disappointed because I was kind of hopping for the author to write another series or stories about the security guards, and the other characters we get to know in this trilogy. I don’t know, I guess that’s it for now? all I know is that the end of this series sure is disheartening.

I did enjoy Crosby's story.
There were a few errors which had me checking Burke's story. First error, in Burke's story Crosby's apartment was the middle one but in Crosby's story Burke is the one that has the middle apartment.
